We are a complete residential home maintenance and repair service company. painting accent walls, hang pictures, change out plumbing and electrical fixtures, electrical dimmer switches, ceiling fans, furniture assembly, drywall repairs, railing installation,change batteries in smoke detectors, air filter replacement, drain water heater bi-annually, add salt to water softener,and manage complete home remodels and much more.

HISTORY

Established in 2015.
We started Home Maintenance and repairs from the request of friends and neighbors after they watched me renovate our current home that was a short sale and needed a complete renovation. after several years in business we realized its the small things that matter like smoke alarm batterie replacement that seem to go bad at 2 am we decide to take a proactive approach and schedule replacements annually and other minor maintenance items.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I have been in the construction business my entire life and built several custom homes and large estates, I was offered a position on the west coast in 2007 with a large corporation.
In 2015 I was diagnosed with a rare cancer and moved back to Fountain Hills and part of my rehabilitation I started a handy service and discovered the huge demand for honest Profesional in home maintenance services.
understanding that most people can't or don't have the time to perform the needed maintenance.

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation. He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust. I would highly recommend him!
