Awesome family business! Very down to earth, friendly guys who provide great customer service. We recently purchased two shade structure kits and absolutely love them! I would highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations.  I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call.  Wow!!  This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

Mike at First Iron Repair did a great job installing a spring on our gate, which was required for our pool inspection. Mike was on time, priced right and was very thorough with the job. I highly recommend First Iron Repair.

Excellent, professional, reliable company.  Most definitely recommend them above all the ones here in AZ...  We had four quotes and JC from Landmark Iron blew us away with the details of exactly what we wanted for our front door and we got exactly what we wanted.  JC listened to every detail and made recommendations and built the most perfect door for us...  The impressive architectural detailing To the frame and door was absolutely perfect. His crew were extremely friendly and very professional and installed a perfect door.  We get so many compliments and has turned out entrance way into a stunning feature.

Juan Sanchez of Steel Addictions is OLD SCHOOL First Class in Customer Service and Quality Craftsmanship.
We first hired him since we were own/builders for our new Pool/Spa to build our Pool Gate and Pool Equipment Enclosure.
He built it exactly how we envisioned it to look with no disappointment!
Everyone that sees his work at our property is so impressed.
Just to show you how adamant Juan is for perfection, the painter whom he first hired to paint the finished product did not do a satisfactory job and Juan insisted on dismantling and redoing himself....he did so to his standards which was above our expectations.
Since then, we've had him build a privacy screen across our back fence which was finished today....we keep standing there admiring his work!
He's 5-Star in quality, personality and professionalism!

This company is one of the better of the bunch! I was fortunate enough to stumble across Roll-a-Shield who couldn't help with my need but recommended The Screen Co and I gave them a shot.

This was definitely one of my better decisions in 2019 lol

They arrived on time, paperwork was executed quickly, the guys were professional, quick and reliable. I am totally calling them for my next project!

We love our new gate!  It is so easy to open and close. Considering one side is 14 feet wide. The process was very smooth from start to finish.  We highly recommend using Action Gates!  You won't be disappointed.

On March 15, 2015 Mr Moon and I agreed on terms and signed a contract to complete two courtyard gates for my home.  One of which was to be modeled exactly as the gate we loved on a house a block away.  He took measurements and pictures and set his target date for completion a month later on April 15.  The target date passes, I didn't hear from them so on April 22nd I followed up and called to check on the status of my gates. They told me they needed another week.  Being reasonable and understanding some parts of the process (Powder Coating) were out of their control, I accepted the delay.  We agreed on May 1st for installation.  

May 1st rolls around and they show up as promised and begin installation.  I immediately notice issues.  

1) The iron across the arch of the top of our main courtyard entry gate is bent crooked rather than a continuous arch.  

2) The center slats on the side gate appear to have extra pieces that were glued together at the bottom to fill the space rather than using single pieces.  

3)  The main Courtyard gate is completely missing the 44 round Nail head details that I told Mr Moon I definitely wanted when we discussed replicating my neighbors gate.

I was willing to accept and live with the first two issues but asked him if he would please figure out how to get the nail head details figured out.  He said he would look into it and contact me once he figured it out, but it would come at extra expense.    

Several days passed and I never received a phone call so I called to ask him and he said he's still looking into it.  After following up and calling Moon ornamental at least 10 more times to let him know one of the slats is now loose and to ask if he would finish the job that was started over 4 months ago he is not responsive.  

I am disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship in the work and am even more disappointed in the lack of follow-up Moon Ornamental has as a business.

We wanted a custom courtyard gate to fit the unique opening we had.   Ken came out and met with us.  He reassured us they could do custom work.  We checked out their catalog and liked the S and C scrolls.  We wanted to make sure the top was filled in and not left open.

The fabricator was able to make exactly what we imagined.

Ken was awesome to work with.  Any time I called or texted Ken was very quick to respond.The process was very smooth.   I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I seriously called 4 different iron pool fencing companies and Kurt's was the only one that bothered to call me back. The others are probably busy and don't need my business but still so rude to ignore a customer completely. Anyway...

I had a great experience with this company. Kurt was nice and personable! He came to my house and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate and my fence was installed the following week. The transaction could not have gone more smoothly.

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.

(Edit) owner response says that he didn't work for us but he did. Just a warning to future clients. Run or be careful.

I suggest to everybody to do their research before using him, go check out his shop and his previous work before paying for something you may or may not be happy with.
