Great customer service and competitive rates. Matt was very friendly from the first phone call. He quoted me over the phone. When he showed up he noticed one of the jobs was a lot less work and lowered the price. He found a way to move light switches to the other side of the room without damaging any drywall (two other electricians wanted to tear out my walls). I'll be referring them and using them again in the future.

Ion was fabulous. They always arrive on time as expected and completed the work before our deadline and working around a lot of activity. Great attitude and highly recommend  and their prices were well below all the competitors. They also scheduled a dry wall professional who completed repairs right away around the new lights and were neat, cleaned up and were very careful with our wood floors and finishes. Very easy to work with!

This is the company you need to go with for recessed lighting.  Troy and his team know their stuff and they are as honest and dependable as you could ever hope for.  I had some specialty recessed art lights I wanted and they got them and installed them perfectly.  They look fantastic.

Troy and team also put in some LED panels in our laundry and two closets.  These give off the most pleasing and beautiful light.

They can also add switches, closet lights, home automation, you name it.

Excellent! Extremely timely response. Great service. Super knowledgeable and thorough. Robert, the owner got back to me I'm less than 10 minutes, I described my problem (a tripped breaker that I couldn't reset), he gave me a quote, we spoke on the phone and he was at my place within an hour! Not only a very thorough and competent electrician (he checked every outlet in my house!!) but a good person and an honest business person. Don't hesitate to call this company for ANY size job. They're commercial contractors too.

David came out to install a EV charge. Was on time, very detailed and knowledgeable on what he was going to do. I would highly recommend using hm for  any electrical job.

Quick response, good communication (plenty of notice for an unanticipated appointment time change), and overall job well done.  We had a 220 outlet installed (level 2 charger) in our garage for a new electric car. We were given the different options available (minimum standard for what we needed v the option to install larger gauge wire and breaker for future upgrades).  They worked within our budget and our new plug works great!  Overall, very happy we worked with this small, local business.

Romel and his son came out immediately and took care of the issue. Romel came out in 30 minutes and go to work.  Romel found the problem and troubleshooted every way possible and made sure to give me options along the way.  We had a huge thunderstorm from the night before and our GFCI was the issue and the power was tripping on an outside circuit and Romel and his son quickly took care of it.  Will definitely call Romel and his son for any future electric needs. My son is buying his first home and home inspector noticed problem with breaker panel.  As a first time homebuyer, he proactively set an appointment for 3-30-20 the week prior, then found out closing was delayed to 31st so he rescheduled for 4-1 at 8:30 am.
Today, deed recording was delayed through no fault of his own and he proactively called you to reschedule.
A rescheduling call was difficult for him to make, your reaction was completely unprofessional.  This is how you as the owner deal with new customers?  Telling him to f___ off?  Really???  I told him initially to go to Parker and Sons, guess I was right.
I've been a commercial banker and realtor in the valley for years and never encountered this lack of courtesy and customer service.  
No recommendations here, very disappointed.

They listened, fixed what was causing the problem and helped with another problem I was having!  They don't try to upsell you and their pricing is fair. Just bought a house in North Scottsdale and needed a little rewiring work done. Checked out Yelp as I do with most things and found John Castle. Called and had an appointment within two days. Travis came out and completed the job in an efficient manner. Was great to work with John and his staff. I will definitely use them again for all my electrical needs!

Called Superior needing 5 ceiling fans installed and to properly wire outside garage driveway lights on an app switch currently on a 3 way switch.  Larry and his very charming and beautiful daughter Nicole showed up and got em all wired up, installed properly, and working and looking wonderful!  2 of the ceiling fans have energy efficient DC motors and somewhat non-standard wiring they are 72 which are fairly large man do they work great both rooms these bad boys are in have very nice circulation  now and all the new fans look totally gnarly   2 thumbs waaaay up for Superior Larry and Nicole are a good team cleaned up after themselves and are very nice to work with I'll be getting them back here for more work in the future I have more gnarly items on tap that'll require electric help! Great job!!

Requested for a quote and received instant response with quote for work. Which was great! Planned a date for service... but then no show. Never heard back... Totally different experience since my last requested service... Even referred this company to a friend and got the same experience. Would not recommend...

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, hardly ever actually. However, I felt it was extremely important for people in search of a handyman to be forewarned.  First of all, I do want to start by saying that Mike is good at what he does, so that was not the issue.  The issue was his RUDE and crappy attitude!  He is short, condescending, and has very little patience. He also has very poor communication skills, and overall I have to agree with his other reviewer that gave him a 1 star.  He doesn't seem like he enjoys what he does at all, and is very unpleasant to have in your home.  There are so many beautiful, kind, compassionate humans out there, and plenty of handymen (that are way less expensive) that do a fantastic job without the attitude.  Do yourself a favor and don't waste a minute of your energy on this guy!

Asked Thom to install a charging outlet for my EV and he did a great job! He was very professional, friendly and provided a fair rate. The work was done on time and quality was very good.
I definitely recommend him as an electrician and will get in touch with him for future work!

We needed  to run electrical to our patio ceiling to install a ceiling fan.  Called AZ Top Shelf and spoke to the owner, Greg.  He came by the same day, gave us an estimate for the fan installation as well as a couple of other  small projects we needed.  Greg came back in a couple of days, did the work and it was great.  I would highly recommend Greg and his son Jon at AZ Top Shelf for any electrical work needed.  Professional work at a fair price.  5 Star company for sure.
