Help in a crisis!
I had another electrician move a couple of outlets in preparation for the installation of built-in cabinets.  As the cabinets were being installed, I discovered that one of the outlets had been moved to the wrong place.  The original electrician was unavailable to fix his mistake.  I called Apollo Electric and explained my situation.  While the cabinet installers took a lunch break, Matt sent one of his electricians over with only 30 minutes notice.  The mistake was quickly corrected and my project was completed on time.  Apollo Electric saved the day!

Alex and his helper (I think his name is Evan), did an amazing job on replacing our ancient 1946 fuse box with a new 200 amp panel. He obtained all the necessary permits, PGE applications/phone calls and city inspections, very quick to follow up and answered every silly question I had about the process. I was only without power for about 2 hours and he made the process so seamless and stress free for me. My house is split level and on a hill so PGE required that the working surface be flat, I offered to flatten it but he said just to get him a shovel and they will do it! Evan flattened the ground very nicely. Their work is very neat and clean and they were very nice and professional. They installed 2 grounds, one next to the panel and one at the main water shut off and got rid of my old panel. I am overall very pleased with my service and would recommend Ion Electrical to my friends and family.

Let there be light! We live in a ground floor condo with the only direct natural light in the bedrooms...cool in the summer, but a bit like a cave most of the time. When we decided to add the recessed lights, I liked the flat rate that this company charges--no surprises, right? Well, I didn't need to worry. Troy, the owner, is so upfront about pricing that we ended up doing more than originally planned. He is always clear about the pricing. He communicates early and often. He shows up on time. He never leaves a mess. He is thorough and straightforward. The new lighting is great. We added more than originally planned. We enjoy our home so much more, now that we have more usable (well-lit) space. I didn't realize how I would always end up in one spot so I could see better! Now, I can go anywhere--and did I mention, the closet is fabulous!

We kept losing power every few minutes the previous evening but couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with our breaker. The next morning we'd reached out to a few electricians and Robert with RCT replied almost immediately with availability to come in the next couple hours. Once he arrived he assed the issue with our breaker and was able to discover the cause of the problem very quickly. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and explained the cause and what was needed for the repair. Once he finished going to get the part, he was quick to get the repair completed and our main breaker was replaced in no time! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and friendly electrician, look no further!

David is top notch.  Everything you could ask for from a tradesman.  On time, great communication and got the job done including some we added while he was here without excuses.  I asked him to give me a couple more quotes on some other things we were interested as well based on his awesome service.  Highly recommended, no need to look elsewhere.

We had C. Read Electric out to our home recently for wiring updates, pre wire and install of 4 ceiling fans, dedicated circuits and a doorbell fix.  Jacki was amazing and informative.  She answered all of our questions, provided our bids and got us on the schedule quickly.  We could not be happier with the work performed.  Clarence was on time and extremely professional.  His work was perfection and we will continue to use this company for all of our electrical needs (next up canned lights)!

Chose Pro Solutions through Home Depot and very glad that I did.  Andy was outstanding in replacing can lights in a 20-foot ceiling with LED discs.  Cleaned up every speck of a small mess resulting from removing the cans from the ceilings.  Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Since moving here to Arizona this past summer, we have experienced some pretty lackadaisical customer service for any home improvement needs. I'm extremely grateful to have called RG (Romel Garcia) yesterday to have him help us install some dimmer light switches in our home. Not only is RG extremely responsive, he's also punctual and personable as well.

He came to do the work within 24 hours.
-Did not need to turn our power completely off to complete work
-Educated us on some wiring
-He's also a father of three sons; we have sons, hence why I was even drawn to call these guys

We definitely have our go-to electrician now and excited to have RG and his crew work on some other electrical projects we have upcoming.

I called RSB late in the day and asked a few questions about a project I am working on. Robert answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and gave me some ideas on what I should think about.

He quoted me a reasonable price and was not pushy. I was really impressed with the whole call.  I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if you need any help.

I don't know enough synonyms for awesome to write this review! The ceiling fan and overhead light went out in our nursery a week before the baby was due (and this is Aug in Phoenix, people! A room without a ceiling fan is unlivable!)  Brian came out a couple days later (one day before my due date!). He was on time - called when he was about 20 minutes out, which was so thoughtful! He gave us a couple options for the ceiling fan and light situation, took care of it very quickly and now we have both a working light and ceiling fan in that room! He cleaned up when he was finished (actually my OCD husband starting cleaning before Brian had a chance but he jumped in immediately and got it all cleaned up!). Also, I have read a review on Yelp that claims Brian is the nicest guy on earth, and I have to agree with that one wholeheartedly. If you are like me, you searched yelp for an electrician and found Brian due to location or reviews, but you see so many positive reviews you wonder if it can possibly be true? Can someone really be this good? The answer is a unanimous YES! I will hire Brian again in a heartbeat for the next project or fix and I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a responsible, reasonable, super cool, nice and knowledgeable electrician! I really got the impression that these guys want to help you solve your problems! They listened, fixed what was causing the problem and helped with another problem I was having!  They don't try to upsell you and their pricing is fair. If I need an electrician again, I'll give these guys a call for sure! Thanks!

I highly recommend John Marenghi and Castle Electrical! John just finished installing a new panel on my house, ran a dedicated line to my microwave, and installed a ceiling fan and several light fixtures. Why I'm giving Castle 5 stars:

John's quote was detailed. I had a clear picture of what he was going to do and the steps neccessary to accomplish the job.

He showed up on time, gave me a heads up he was on his way and did what he said he would do.

He handled everything with the City of Scottsdale and SRP.

He cleaned up EVERYTHING. He removed and hauled away a old satellite dish that was near the electrical connector,  hauled away the old light fixtures and the boxes from the new fixtures.

He gave me suggestions. One fixture I wanted replaced he suggested moving a bit. It was something I hadn't thought of. It turned out he was right! The new fixture looks much better in the new location.

He was honest. Once he got to the house I showed him an outdoor patio light that was monkey rigged.  I wanted to replace the fixture but didn't know the effort it would take to install a new light into the stucco/concrete block wall. He quoted what I thought was a fair price and he performed the work. At the end of the day when I went to write him a check he said that the effort to install the outdoor patio light wasn't as intensive as he first thought so he only asked for half of what he had originally quoted me!

He was polite and professional as was Matt that assisted him on the job.

I would definitely hire Castle Electrical again.

I had an electrical issue with my dryer. Bring a new home owner I did not know where to turn to. Thankfully I found Frank and his Daughter of Superior Electric he went above and beyond to fix my electrical issue with my dead power line to my dryer. He was on time friendly and straight shooter of what my issue was and how he was going to fix it! Him and his daughter promptly fixed the issue was great work for a great price . If you like supporting small businesses and believe that hard and decent work is worth it, hire Frank!

I did an entire 1930 historic house overhaul and rehabilitation with Mike and his work was always outstanding. With this type of undertaking we ran into MANY unforeseen challenges, but each time Mike called me with at least two viable solutions and ways to keep the project moving forward. He didn't just text me a photo and ask me what I thought we should do. With extended projects like this there has to be patience and communication from both parties and Mike was very good with this. He understood the goals of what I wanted the house to look like and he took pride in providing that level of service and workmanship.

If you want a $60 repair, Mike isn't your guy, take your fake feeling of entitlement and importance somewhere cheaper. If you want quality work and a handyman who treats your home like his own....hire Mike and sleep better at night.

Highest quality work, above and beyond what was expected. Thom was incredibly friendly, flexible, and honest. Will go nowhere else for electrical work and will recommend to anyone looking for it.

They showed up in masks and were able to fit me in within an hour of reaching out to them. They fixed all my issues quick and efficiently and were very nice and professional. I will definitely be using them for any additional electrical needs in the future.

We needed  to run electrical to our patio ceiling to install a ceiling fan.  Called AZ Top Shelf and spoke to the owner, Greg.  He came by the same day, gave us an estimate for the fan installation as well as a couple of other  small projects we needed.  Greg came back in a couple of days, did the work and it was great.  I would highly recommend Greg and his son Jon at AZ Top Shelf for any electrical work needed.  Professional work at a fair price.  5 Star company for sure.
