Ion Electrical Services saved the day... TWICE! Hours before a final inspection for a project in Oakland, some of our electrical stopped working and our project electrician was no where to be found. On a recommendation from another contractor, I contacted Ion and they came out and fixed the problems we had well before the inspection. Alex is very knowledgeable and quick and his pricing reasonable and I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may have.

On another project we needed to do some electrical repairs and again Alex came out promptly to see what the issue was. He was able to do everything we needed - including installing a new subpanel and updating our existing panel to code all in amazing time. He knew all of the current codes and saved us a major headache of having to go back and forth with more inspectors by being so knowledgeable the first go around.

Let there be light! We live in a ground floor condo with the only direct natural light in the bedrooms...cool in the summer, but a bit like a cave most of the time. When we decided to add the recessed lights, I liked the flat rate that this company charges--no surprises, right? Well, I didn't need to worry. Troy, the owner, is so upfront about pricing that we ended up doing more than originally planned. He is always clear about the pricing. He communicates early and often. He shows up on time. He never leaves a mess. He is thorough and straightforward. The new lighting is great. We added more than originally planned. We enjoy our home so much more, now that we have more usable (well-lit) space. I didn't realize how I would always end up in one spot so I could see better! Now, I can go anywhere--and did I mention, the closet is fabulous!

Honest, hard working, great work ethic!!! Above all, friendly and helpful in making sure that you're on the right path! I would highly suggest that you consider this fella / company!!!

Rob was quick to respond and help us out long distance with our electrical issues at our townhouse.

He also took the time to diagnose a bad fixture that we did not even know was going bad as well. Great help-

Awesome job!  On time, efficient and great install.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a home charging installed.

We had Clarence come to our home to quote a new circuit for an over the range Microwave/Convection Oven.  The estimate included cutting drywall so that the wiring could be run to the cabinet.   We were called the night before and our appointment was confirmed by Jackie in the office.  He arrived right on time today to complete the work.  To our amazement he was able to complete the job without cutting any finished walls.  He completed the job below the estimated price.  He left our home spotless, no dust or debris anywhere.  It's refreshing to find a company that exceeds expectations.

This was easy to schedule and they were here next day. Super friendly and knowledgeable! This will be our new go to for electrical needs!

My previous electrician recently closed up shop - not honestly sure why, but it left me scrambling to find one when I wanted to have my pool equipment moved. Romel was prompt on their response, showed up when he said he would, was patient when I told him that I was seeking other quotes on the job, and when I finally went with him, did an excellent job. Will happily be calling him up again if/when I have any electrical work that needs done.

Contacted Reno about changing out some worn out outlets. He was quick to call me and walk me through the process and availability. He showed up on time and  was very professional. The outlets were fixed and his work was great, would use this business again!

Didn't return phone calls or text. I understand one may be busy and overwhelmed with work but a simple call back is basic professionalism. There is always time to call a client back and inform them you are unable to accept new jobs at this time. I would recommend calling a different electrician. It doesn't matter how good someone is if they can't call back or be available.

I called Dodge Electric, another 90 + reviewed 5 star company on Yelp. Dodge picked up the phone each time....yes, each time I called. I think they are organized and have someone designated to answer calls and make appointments. They had great communication They were booked out but they still fit me in.

I called, texted and sent Yelp requests to several electricians. All Around Electrical Services not only responded first, but had the problem resolved before some other locations had even responded. His help saved me money by listening to my needs and not trying to upsell me with unnecessary upgrades.  I will call him again in the future, and recommend his services to others.

Ten stars for this company. John completed two jobs efficiently, professionally and reasonably priced. So impressed with how quickly John responded to my call. He was there to do the work within 2 1/2 hours.

Larry came same day and fixed the circuit breaker very fast. He also matches the price if needed. Just bring a quote and he will match or even beat the price

I had Ty hang a fan for me earlier this week and install a new light fixture today. Very professional/friendly, reasonably priced, quick to respond and schedule  I will definitely use again in the future. I highly recommend!

Like I wrote before , the guy is never on time, and I always have to clean up after him. He ate lunch and left all his garbage there on the floor.

Found Tom on Craigs List and got lucky.  I needed service on my grandmothers home and I'm not from the SR area.  Tom showed up on time and did a great job fixing several projects around the house including a light switch and electrical panel work.  Thanks again.

They showed up in masks and were able to fit me in within an hour of reaching out to them. They fixed all my issues quick and efficiently and were very nice and professional. I will definitely be using them for any additional electrical needs in the future.

Jon just installed a dining room chandelier for my parents in Sun City West. He did an expert job in under half an hour and was super professional and friendly even when my mom was hovering and asking a hundred questions. He even took off his shoes because we just got new carpet. You should have complete confidence hiring AZ Top Shelf, they are fully licensed pros at what they do, offer very fair pricing and they are nice people too!
