We have used Simple Electric for 4 jobs, and have been completely satisfied each time.  The office manager Ashley is cheerful and quick to respond, and most importantly very efficient at scheduling.  Each of the technicians we have worked with have been personable, smart, and highly knowledgeable.  Our last two jobs have been with Cash, who is awesome to work with.

Very highly recommended if you are searching for anything electrical related.

I called Wiring Pro for an estimate and they were very prompt it getting back to me a providing me an estimate. Though we didn't use Wiring Pro we would have had we not determined there services weren't needed. I had 2 estimate done and the other did come out but has yet to provide the estimate.

We needed some wiring done for our pool.  Contacted ROGOZ had a reply within 30 minutes.  There estimate came in much lower then several of there competitors.
Talked with them over email and they sent Bryce out the next day,  came early in the morning to accomadate our schedule.  Looked at the problem told us what needed to be done and went to work.  Job was complete within an hour no mess and no problems.  

I thank you all for great customer service and getting the wiring in for the pool.  We will use this company again when we need there expertise.

Had a pleasant business encounter with One Shot Installation yesterday 12/2. I went into my garage to find the entire wall where my washer/dryer are had dryer lint all over it. After getting behind the dryer it seemed that the vent connection had come undone and it looked quite clogged. I called up One Shot and they said they could come that same day. I live in Tempe and they are based in the west valley so I was pleasantly surprised.

Gabe got to my house about 2 hours later and proceeded to help me move the appliances and got to work on the dryer vent. There were some issues with some kinks in the line but he stuck with it and got it all cleaned out. Gabe was friendly, professional, and of course timely.

I thought it was a little pricey ($100 for not quite 2 hours of work) but I don't know the standard rate for all this stuff. However, with all the horror stories I've experienced with service companies in the past I would gladly pay a premium for someone that I know and trust. And Gabe and One Shot definitely fit that description.

Ryan and his crew arrived exactly at the start of my scheduling window to install a 50A circuit for our new hot tub. Work was completed in a timely manner and for a fair price. There was a minor hiccup when the hot tub installers went to connect things. Ryan was at my house within 10 minutes and got everything online. Exceptional service and a good value. Will use again if I have an electrical need.

On Sunday I scheduled a booking for an electrician to go to my tenants. The booking was for Monday morning and showed as available to book. 8 am -10 am timeframe.

Monday morning comes and before 8 am I get a text to call and verify some info. They verify all my info and then tell me that the availability I booked is not available. Then proceeded to offer me other days.

If the availability for the booking option is not accurate, it probably should not be offered. I thought I had an appointment scheduled and if I knew that it was not available then I would have kept looking on Sunday. Instead, after I found out there was no availability, I had to call 5 or 6 other places to try to get someone out.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.
Affordable electric service was polite, prompt, professional, dedicated, patient, courteous, cleanliness, fast and most importantly they live up to their  name affordable, they had a great price.

I just bought an electrical vehicle and reached out via Yelp to several individuals. Arc electrical was very quick to respond. The gentleman that contacted me was named Alex he was one of the owners of the company. He came by the next day checked out what I needed to hook up my new 240 connection and said that he could do it for me quickly because he knew I was taking delivery of a new car.

I have always been quite nervous when it comes to dealing with contractors because there are many flyby night guys and I have seen many of them at my property whether it's pool roofing etc. Alex was incredibly friendly his pricing was extremely fair and his service was phenomenal. He told me he would have the job done within a couple days and delivered on his promise. Initially he said that the job would take about four hours but it actually took about six because the ground at my property was quite hard and he had to do a lot of extra digging. He still held to his price which I was really happy about.  This fellow buit up quite a sweat and did a phenomenal job installing 100 feet of wire in pipe underneath my walkway and through my flowerbeds. Immaculate job.
If you're looking for a really nice young fellow who does incredible work at a very fair price definitely reach out to Alex. In today's world there aren't guys that do a great job at a fair price this guy is awesome and I hardly recommend him.  He is a licensed electrician, A veteran And was true to his word not to mention he does seriously quality work.  Great experience and highly recommend

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Was prompt, reasonably priced, friendly. Did a great job on installing ceiling fans and hanging a large piece of art. Will definitely use him again.

Plenty of other reviews include technician names and you did not seem to have any problems with that. I did not intend to attack anyone or the company, and simply intended to share my personal experience with Dodge Electric, which unfortunately not a good one.

In my opinion, internal communication issues within the company should not be customers' problems, and I have noticed few other reviews with similar issue.

I did leave out few other miscommunications that occurs (other than my examples), because I did not want my review to be longer than it already is. I understand if the amount of miscommunications made it difficult for the technicians to complete the job properly. Ed did showed me the work order that he received and it was simply few pieces of paper with little information.

It is unfortunate, however, that Dodge Electric did not spend much time to try solving the miscommunications, and instead chose to left and told me to find another company. Having technicians left on the job was also the first for me, having lived in AZ for 18 years and being a licensed AZ real estate agent for 7 years.

In my last phone call with Jordan, he did apologize to me for not being on top of his game, due to dealing personal health issues and surgeries. I understand and accept that. However, at the end of the day, my house project is not completed (Yelp 2 star definition: Could've been better).

I needed an electrician in a pinch and Mike, the owner, moved his schedule around to help me out. His prices were very competitive and he helped me understand what happened and prepared me for what to do if it happens again. I'm grateful for his help and definitely recommend calling Mike if you need an electrician!

This is the place to go for fan repair or replacement. They quickly obtained the necessary parts to refurbish our old fans.

Alex rewired my entire house in 2019, seemed like he did a good job. Couple months later I realized he missed the plug for the fridge and asked him to fix it, been ghosting me for a year since.

Quick to respond to my request for a Solar Install consult. Unfortunately, Yelp has them miscategorized and the owner informed me that they do not currently install solar.

My home is an older place, and the bathroom fan died. You never really realize how helpful those fans are till your a is broken.

Zimmerman was helpful over the phone. Answered my questions and seemed very knowlegagble about all things electrics. The moat impressive part was the questions he asked over the phone. He knew what to ask and provided a dew outcomes. That conversation alone is why I didn't call anyone else.

When they arrived they continued to impress. The work was done well and I am ecstatic with the end result.  I asked about a few other electrician things. Very prompt, honest and prices were reasonable.

Anything else I ever need done is going to be theirs. Best electrician experience ever.

This was my second time this summer using Coltech Eletrical Services.  Both experiences were pleasant, prices were reasonable, and they take a consultative approach, which I love.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
