Called twice and sent a text for a question about completed work and another project. No response. Not sure why and not thrilled about it.

We've used Mason Mechanical for our rental property.  We were having some A/C issues & I highly recommend giving them a call.  They were able to get someone right away to have a look at our unit & were able to troubleshoot & fix the issue efficiently & affordably.  We'd without a doubt use them again - they are trustworthy & reliable.

We hired Vetsbuilt to come out as a general. Contractor to do painting, install of cabinets, and redesign of cabinets. In addition to that the kitchen counter concrete tops needed to be taken out and new granite tops installed. We needed the use of a plumber, electricians, painters  and carpenter.
Bob Jenkins handled everything. He presented me with a very thorough contract that listed all costs and both the expectations from Vetsbuilt as well as my role in the project. I found this very helpful because this eliminated any surprises.

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I needed to install a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. Kristin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an in-person quote a couple of days later. Jacob called 30ish minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and they arrived as expected. They were able to give me a quote within 3-5 minutes which I agreed to and then they were able to complete the install right there within 45ish minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that was made. Will use them in the future for any electrical needs and highly recommend.

I been trying to get some work done for sometime and one certain company that I had an appointment with for 3 weeks flaked out so I called Mark. He was out within an hour and got the job done for a reasonable price. I know who i will call from now on. Thanks Mark

Purchased deal on website, they reached out immediately and discussed my needs. They were very helpful and on time. I had my breaker box rejuvenated (lol) its an old house and the breaker box needed some TLC. Was in and out quickly, very professional and even helped with any questions I had. This review is based on communications only. I ended up going with another electrician simply due to availability, but Colter was very responsive and gave a competitive quote for the job needed.

I was so surprised at how quickly I got a response. Alen scheduled  me for the following morning. Bryan and Ahmen showed up exactly when they said they'd be here. They installed a ceiling fan, a bathroom light fixture and an outdoor light fixture. They were so fast and professional. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away the old fixtures. It's hard to find a good electrician, one that doesn't shy away from doing the job right and not cutting corners. Garrett is a class act and a great electrician. I own a 50 year old home and he helped me bring it up to speed and did a great job!

I had a fantastic experience using Castlegate to install a Tesla charging station in my garage. They were professional, prompt and communicated well. The job was not an easy one as a lot of cable had to be buried and driveway pavers had to come up, however they coordinated all the work end to end and the results were excellent. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Chad spent so much time with us and helped us design a beautiful design for our lighting features. Juan and his crew were so pleasant and friendly during the installation. The finished product was better than we could have hoped for and we just love our outdoor paradise. The genuine desire on their part to make sure we were completely satisfied was quite impressive and very much appreciated.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

Shane Boblet was very friendly, punctual, helpful, giving us advise. I will always ask for him for my future plumbing problems!
