We recently called Mason Mechanical concerning Heating Issues in a Rental House. We were offered a Quote for Furnace Replacement BUT it was never mentioned that we could have Switched our Roof Top A/C Unit WITH a Built-in Heater. The Heater (Furnace) is now Inside the House Closet. If we had been made aware that we could have had the Heater Inside the /C Unit on the Roof, we probably would have gone that Route. Now we will need to Replace the A/C Separately. I have not had a chance to follow-up with the Tenant to see if the Heater/Furnace is working Satisfactorily. Mason Mechanical called me to say they was going to Check to make a follow up Inspection to insure it was Functioning  properly but I have NOT heard from them. The Quote was over the phone and they DID NOT mention what size Furnace would be Installed OR even if it would be Sufficient for the House Size. I later found out that they  Installed a 60,000 BTU Furnace. I went to the House during the Installation and was told that this Unit SHOULD Heat the House. I don't live at the House BUT I am the Owner and since I am the Purse Strings, I would like to know what my Money is being Spent for. I will be needing a New A/C Unit at this House and maybe a couple of others BUT you can bet that I WILL closely Scrutinize the next Quote more Closely. I have a Check in the Mail for the Total Amount of Installation. Just called the Tenant and as of Today, there has not been a Follow-up Inspection. If I ran a Business like that and had the same Complacency practices, I would probably NOT be in Business for very long. Selling and Installing and getting Paid and not worry about if the Installation was good or bad, is no way to Run a Rail Road, in my Estimation.. Mason Mechanical WILL get Paid for THIS INSTALLATION, but any Future Installations??? I read Comments about Mason doing Rebate Paperwork?? I am NOT aware of any Rebate. Mason failed to mention it. I am NOT real Happy with Mason Mechanical. I really can't say that I would Recommend them or even want to use them again. Fortunately they are NOT the only people that Instal,l A/C or Heating Units.

I'd obtained quotes from several companies and was just having issues with communicating what I really wanted/needed to be done. I had a leaking patio roof and a broken, ugly patio concrete slab and I wanted both fixed or replaced. VETSBuilt was the last quote I obtained and once I met Bob, I knew I wanted him to oversee the work done on my home. Not only do I support the mission of VETSBuilt, but their work is solid. Bob is an excellent communicator via email, text and phone, and an all-around personable guy to work with. Their work is amazing, I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

Del informed me of the time he would arrive.  Upon arrival Del was pleasant and welcoming to share his findings of the problem.  Took him 20 mins to identify the issue and resolved the power outlet issue.  It was a very good experience.  Thank you.

I have been volunteering at the Market of Dreams, a non-profit that helps businesses owners own a business.  

They had moved locations and needed an electrician.  No one could help, was too expensive, or outright unwilling.  

Colter Electric stepped up.  Wow!  The knowledge and professionalism brought to the sight was a miracle.  Renovations will continue to be made and the community of Sunnyside will have a place to feature art, goods, services, and food!  

His team collaborated with the other professionals on sire, thoroughly explained the process so a four-year-old could understand, and was awesome to work with.  Things such as safety were brought to the attention of the site manager which impressed me.  He didn't suggest the minimum protection, but maximum for long terms safety even if it was an a higher cost.  Our health was his priority every step of the way.

Alen and his team showed up today and helped us troubleshoot power in a few different rooms in our home and installed some pendant lights over our kitchen island.  They did a nice job, cleaned up after they were done and the price was very reasonable. It's hard to find a good electrician, one that doesn't shy away from doing the job right and not cutting corners. Garrett is a class act and a great electrician. I own a 50 year old home and he helped me bring it up to speed and did a great job!

I had a fantastic experience using Castlegate to install a Tesla charging station in my garage. They were professional, prompt and communicated well. The job was not an easy one as a lot of cable had to be buried and driveway pavers had to come up, however they coordinated all the work end to end and the results were excellent. Would highly recommend and use them again.

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

I recently had George Brazil service two units. The technician indicated everything was great except for a starter that was going on one unit. The starter was replaced and all was suppose to be good. Three weeks later one of the units stopped working. The next technician that came out told me that the capacitor went and he thought I needed a starter on the other unit which the previous technician said was great three weeks earlier. I declined the starter and they wanted to charge $300 + for the capacitor replacement. When asked why it would cost so much, they said the mark up was due to the warranty and costs for their trucks, etc.  A $250 mark up is a little extreme.  In a matter of 5 minutes through google and you tube, I found a new capacitor for $30.00 and did it myself in under 10 minutes. I would NOT recommend George Brazil.
