I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Erick is awesome! Our water heater broke and Erick was able to replace the unit quickly. He is extremely reasonably priced and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable using his services. I highly recommend CTR plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

I had a good experience with Joe - needed a pressure regulator and ball valve replaced on our main manifold.  He was responsive and did that for a decent price.  While he was at my home he found another problem with my water heater plumbing and had the time and materials to fix that too.  I appreciated his neatness and the thought he puts into his work (choosing a high quality pressure regulator valve).  Best of all our water pressure is great now and no leaks!

Responsive company that won't try to up-sell you. Based on my experience, they are knowledgeable, friendly and operate with integrity. We will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

Michael painted a closet, changed a filter and prescribed the fix for a broken disposal.  He is on board to do a whole bunch of other repair and maintenance things for us.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is prompt, smart, thorough, nice, compassionate  (we had a glitch) and works very hard.  Neat, also.  Truly a Handy Man!  We are so glad to have found him.  He sure knows his stuff.

Twice I have had plumbing issues in the past 6 months and both times I called Sav-On Plumbing.  I couldn't be happier with the service and quality provided. Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Extremely rude he came in and said he fixed our toilet and sink and it was all the same ended up charging more than he said he was. I would not recommend to anyone. I heard their the best in Suprise, Az and honestly I would've done a better job myself.

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!

George Brazil's a great company providing consistent excellent service. Tom F came out today for a scheduled service call, and as usual, he was punctual, professional and polite. Not only did he place a mat outside the front door, he donned show covers before entering our house. Tom performed the expected service inspection, and explained everything he'd done. This is the outstanding service we appreciate and enjoy from George Brazil, and Tom F is a big part of that!

I'm a new Goettl customer and Jordon and Noe came to prepare my AC's for Arizona's hot summers. They are so knowledgeable and explained things as they were working because I told them I wanted to learn about my house and the condition my AC's were in. So polite and patiently explained everything to me, I feel more informed about what to expect as I should it's my home.
