I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Kitchen Sink facet replacement.  Came over late in the day and worked me in to his schedule.  Installed my pre purchased facet without a charge.  Performed the function efficiently with a good price.

Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Very friendly and honest and always communicated with me on things so we were always on the same page! We could not be any happier with the results on all the work he did for us! ViTech came out for a home warranty plumbing service. Prompt reply and easily made arrangements to have my issue taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and honest.  Would definitely consider calling them again if the need arises.

I called Sunland plumbing and they responded promptly, did the work within a day and the quality of the work was excellent. There prices are competitive as well.

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Eric really impressed me.  His knowledge and ability to quickly troubleshoot our issues will make him our go-to plumber for future needs.  He not only identified and solved the problems we presented him with, but he offered improvements (that I could do myself or contract with him to complete) that would address other issues that we did not raise to him.  

Eric fixed our water pressure issues, replaced water valves for washing machine, identified issues with water heater installation and even pointed out ways to improve our dryer efficiency.

Piece of mind plumbing/Joe, is one of the most professional companies that I've used.   As a Realtor, I run across a lot of fly-by-night companies this gentleman with his professionalism and his care to do the job correctly far surpasses any plumber/company that I've used in the past.

I would highly recommend him!!

Setup an appointment with Justin.  He did not show up.  I called and he said he was on his way.  Two hours later and he did not show or respond to my calls.  The right thing to do would be to call and let us know he would not be able to make it anymore but that did not happen.

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

Mike came to our house to install a porch swing on our front porch. He was easy to communicate with, his prices were reasonable, and he did a great job. When he was done, I asked if he had additional time to install a drying rack in our laundry room knowing that this had been on my to-do list for quite some time. He was very kind and was willing to help, even though I had not originally asked him to do this project. We will definitely hire Mike again!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I called on a Monday because I discovered an upstairs toilet leak over the weekend. The lady that answered the phone was great and was quick to get someone out (the reason for more than 1 star). The guy they sent out was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The toilet was removed and the angle stop replaced, then I was told that the floor was rotted and would need to be replaced before any other work could be done. That cost me $200. I was told that they had a guy that could replace the floor and that and he would contact me. I did get a message from the guy about a week later. I called him back and left a voicemail to set up a time to have him come complete the repairs, but I never got a call back. So, fast forward to me calling a restoration and remodeling company to come out and take a look at replacing the floor. I was told that the floor didn't need to be replaced at all and they showed me what they were looking at, and explained to me why. I am thankful I never got a call back from the guy because I'm sure that would have been a very pricey repair that wasn't even needed.

We have a one year Homeowner's warranty through Old Republic Home Protection which we purchased last December with our house.  Last night around 6PM we realized that we didn't have any hot water.  I checked the water heater, and it was cold.  Checked the breaker, and it was OK.  So I called Old Republic, and within an hour I received a call from Cure All Plumbing.  He explained to me how to reset the button inside the heater.  I did that and the unit fired up. All is well.

About an hour later we hear this noise coming from the heater, and as you would expect, it started leaking and was shorted out.  I called Cure All back again around 8:30PM.  He said he would send someone out tomorrow between 7 and 9 AM.

About 7:30 this morning Ben from Cure All showed up, diagnosed the problem, called the proper people, and by 9:30 we had a brand new working hot water heater.  The installation went very well, and since our heater was inside the house, it required extra care.  Ben was very professional and friendly.  I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, since 14 hours earlier, we hadn't realized we had a problem.  I would recommend Cure All Plumbing to anyone.

Never again.  I want my $63.55 diagnostic fee back but I'm frankly afraid to call these creeps again.  When my pool pump wouldn't work, they quoted me $1400 to fix the wiring.  This included $300 for a new timer, which they insisted I also needed.  When I hesitated at dropping over a grand the electrician became VERY pushy, called me several times to pressure me, and eventually resorted to scare tactics (your pool will be ruined if we don't do this TODAY, etc).  I got a second opinion from the excellent Bryan Selberg at Selberg Electric (see my separate review), who did the work for $625 (this included digging a new trench and laying a new line, something GB hadn't even offered to do) and assured me my timer was fine (it is).

These guys are terrible.

DO NOT give this company your business, they simply do not care about their customers. It was all hugs and kisses with they were selling me the Concierge Package but that was the last time I received any customer service.

- First phone call in to dispatch was answered by an incredibly rude and unprofessional woman who really couldn't be bothered with helping me.

- I had a spring/summer AC rejuvenation scheduled for early March but had to cancel due to a family emergency. When I called to reschedule, I was told the first available appointment was in September. Keep in mind this is part of the Concierge Package I paid in advance for.

- Had a plumber come out in April to provide an estimate to install a new water heater and run a gas line to the pool heater. It took a month for the estimate to be emailed (I had to call and remind them) and still have not received the financing information I requested.

- Brought these grievances to the attention of a manager named Roscoe who assured me that as soon as we got off the phone dispatch would be calling me to schedule an appointment. Two days went by with no call and when I did call in to let him know, six days went by with no return call (I had to call him back).

- Roscoe then promised me the Plumbing Manager would be at my home on 08/30 at 1pm to straighten everything out. It is now 2pm...no Plumbing Manager and no phone call. I took half a day off to be here.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and sorry Goettl, a gift card to my favorite steak house will not fix this. You've lost a customer.
