Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

Great plumber! Fair on pricing, no bait & switch here. He replaced my leaking water heater in our newly purchased home and brought the fittings back into code. Connected our HW recirculation line and fixed a broken valve so it works correctly now. He recognized the problems immediately without a lot of teardown time to troubleshoot. He is knowledgeable about plumbing and that saves you money and buys you peace of mind. You won't go wrong. On another visit he repaired my leaking water main and offered to fill in the hole with me off the clock. Great service.

Called Saturday morning when I couldn't get my water back on from installing a new appliance. Joe was really great and tried to help me over the phone first, was out within a few hours and saved the day. Great pricing for a Saturday emergency. Highly recommend.

My tub had been leaking and Justin came out to check it out. I was told I would need to replace my tub and drain system. I was told I would receive a quote the next day which I never received. I followed up with Justin 3 times and he never responded to me.
I finally had another Plummer come out who discovered the drain in the tub was loose and had no calking. Quick and much less expensive fix on the spot.
Disappointed that this wasn't even checked during the initial visit and on top of it completely ghosted me when I was willing to pay for the work he said I would need.

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

EXPENSIVE! replacement of ring in toilet, handle and spout on bathtub, almost 900.00.  I had a very small leak coming from under the toilet meanwhile the handle on the tub broke. I hand a dr appt and arrived just as plumber was going to leave. He had replaced my handle with a cheap chrome and clear plastic. He said my husband approved it which was true however, plumber should know better. I went to get a brushed nickel replacement and he put it in. I have used this company once before for AC but will never do it again

I have paid for a service package where they come twice a year to check heating and AC. Appointment scheduled months ago for this morning between 8-11. When I hadn't heard anything by 10 sent an email, and received a response by phone at 10:45. The CSR said the tech who had been assigned had left the company and my appointment was lost. They couldn't come today but could be rescheduled for next week, which I did which means another morning put on hold.
