AMAZING work!  We had Phillip out to repair a hole where we had a leak and he did a great job.  One of the few contractors we've had that actually showed up on time and was even early!  We also had him replace a broken floor tile!  He has a great work ethic which you don't find too much anymore! I recommend him highly!  He's extremely talented, personable and a pleasure to have in our home and I'll call him again when needed!  A+

I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone. I had been having problems with my AC for a couple years, and had dealt with another company that only wanted to come out and sell me repairs I didn't need and still not fix the issue. Marty came out at 6am and had me fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates, honest, and not just trying to sell me crap I don't need. I had a leaking shower drain that was incorrectly repaired by our former home warranty company's contractor. Fortunately I found CTR Plumbing through Yelp and Erik came out the same day to properly fix the problem left by the other guys.
I am really impressed by the level of service and commitment to doing the job right. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I would recommend this company and will rely on Erik any time we need plumbing help in the future.

Looking for a good plumber is like dealing with a used car salesman or a lawyer, Joe relieved all of that stress. He was responded quickly to our detailed quote inquiry for install of a 5 stage system & didn't play any games. When he did come out for the install he was neat(put on shoe protectors) so the flooring was not dirtied...That was impressive right off the bat. After he finished the installation, he followed up day or 2 later with suggestions.
How many plumbers/contractors do that after they have already been paid for a job?
He took care of us without any games, highly recommend call Joe first so you don't have to deal with the plumber from hell! Will hit him again if an issue comes up or friends need a top notch plumber.

This the best and most proficient Handyman that I have ever used. He has installed lights and made various repairs around my house 3 times this year. He is the only one that I would consider to do these things for me since the first time he did a great job and every other time he did too. He gets the job done and quickly and and economically and would trust him with almost any repair around my house. My house is pretty well the way I want it after living in it for 30 years in Phoenix. I just called these guys because my tenant's dishwasher is not draining. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I did not need a plumber and to call an appliance service company. I appreciate the honesty as I will call these guys again when I need a plumber.

We had a great experience with this company.  They just came to give us an estimate because we had a sewage odor coming from an area in our home.  They are great with communication, from emailing and texting and calling to let you know about your scheduled appointment, to letting us know when the plumber was en route (along with sharing a photo and name of the person who would be coming to our home).

Jeremy the plumber who came explained everything that he was doing.  He consulted with another plumber about our issue and suggested that we try a lower cost solution before bringing them in to do a more expensive procedure.  We really appreciated their honesty and for not immediately trying to sell us on the other service.  Based on our experience we will definitely call them when we need plumbing service and would recommend them to others wanting honest and efficient plumbing services.

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

I will never use George Brazil again. The technicians are incompetent, the customer service representatives are rude, and their VIP service is a scam.

My air conditioner broke last October (the fan motor), and the technician that came out quoted around $800 for the fan motor, $800 for something else (illegible on the slip), and $80 for the visit. Because I was unaware of how much these things would normally cost, I was ready to pay. The technician shared with my boyfriend and I that there is a VIP plan, where we would be discounted if we purchased it (for around $600 for three years). The technician stated that there were no strings attached and that we could cancel it at any time.

Our A/C broke again this year (one week ago Saturday), and we, of course called George Brazil. The staff told me that I should wait for an appointment on a Monday; I explained that we did not have A/C and she finally conceded that someone could come out that day.

The A/C technician was at our house within an hour. He looked at the A/C unit and shared that the issue was the compressor overheating. The technician shared that he would not be able to do anything for us until at least Monday. He shared that if we had left the unit on, the compressor could have exploded and created toxic fumes, which would eventually ruin the entirety of our system... The technician refused to provide us with even an estimate of how much this might cost (allowing us to plan our budget for Monday). The technician told me that it would be at least 3 times more than the A/C motor had been, and that it would be better to just buy a new A/C unit.

On Monday, 8am came and went. I called George Brazil and requested information on the pricing whatever part was needed to make my A/C work again- I was told to wait until the technician from Saturday called me; 8:30am came and went; 9am came and went; I then heard from the technician- $2,800 to replace a compressor. This sounded extremely high, so I requested to know what the cost of the part was, and what the cost of labor was; the technician would not share this information with me. The technician referred me to another person at George Brazil. When I spoke with her she was angry that I had her phone number and angry with my questions; finally she informed me that they order parts based on the model and serial number of the A/C unit. I spoke with the technician again; he told me that he would only be able to service our A/C unit today if I confirmed with him within the next 5-10 minutes.

The same day, my boyfriend and I reached out to several other A/C companies, all of which were shocked by the price that we had received from George Brazil. The second highest estimate that we received was $2,500 for a new compressor and condenser.

Several A/C repairmen came out to our house to check out our issue Monday (none of them charged for the consult). They each said that if the technician from George Brazil had wanted to put in five minutes of work, we could have had A/C until the root of the problem was fixed on Monday... Apparently there is a small part that jump-starts the A/C compressor so that it will cool the air. According to the service people of the other companies, this is something that is typically carried in a kit. Once A/C repairman from another agency noted that two wires were misplaced from when George Brazil installed the fan motor and corrected the issue without charging us.

Obviously, despite our VIP discount, we chose to go with another agency.

The VIP Maintenance Plan says that it is refundable, and will be prorated. I wrote my required letter to George Brazil sharing with them that I wanted to cancel my services as I will not be working with them in the future due to their technicians and impossible pricing. I spoke with a representative today who told me that if I do cancel my maintenance plan, I will be responsible for paying back the discount provided last year. This discount was over the cost of the plan, so not only would I be out the $500 or so for the worthless VIP Plan, but also out another $100 for canceling it...

It's scam at the end of the day. The sales pitch is great, Sadie Club for $14.95 a month for maintenance of your AC units and inspection of your plumbing system. The game is simple. The $14.95 monthly sales pitch works and they come to your house to check. The check then turns into the world is going to end and they will try to sell parts and labor for 10 the price of the part. In my situation, the technician clearly broke my touchless faucet after checking it (was fine before he started to mess with it) and then ended up leaking. He came a second time to check the leak, and the leak got worst. They asked for $400 for the part and labor. The new faucet cost $200. Wonder how many suckers take this deal. The bottom line is don't use them. Don't fall for the line of we do it right. On the AC side, the guy wanted to sell me a special light bulb to kill mold in the coils for $1,300. The next option was $2,200 and the next one was $3,500. 30 minute sales pitch and my last question to them was How much for a new AC. If i have to pay $3,500 for a UV light system, why not spend $10k on a new system. You have been warned, call at your own risk!
