It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Phillip has provided 2 different services at my house. One for drywall repair about 25 square foot and a 2nd visit to replace a leaky spigot outside. He gave me reasonable quotes that included the materials and stuck to the price when completed. All work has been up to my expectations and Phillip has been reliable meeting the timeframes he sets. My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

We found Erik on Yelp when our kitchen faucet was leaking.  Erik fixed the faucet and then went on to repair 5 bathroom faucets.  Within a couple of weeks, we hired Erik to install soft water and reverse osmosis systems.  We were very pleased with Erik's expertise and skill, as well as the quality of his work and materials.  It is clear Erik loves his job and he went out of his way to make sure we loved his work.  We've already recommended Erik to our parents (they were very happy with his work as well!) and next door neighbor.  We will never call another plumber again - Erik is our guy!  Very highly recommend CTR Plumbing!

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump.  He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was very reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now.  My mom is thrilled!

Michael painted a closet, changed a filter and prescribed the fix for a broken disposal.  He is on board to do a whole bunch of other repair and maintenance things for us.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is prompt, smart, thorough, nice, compassionate  (we had a glitch) and works very hard.  Neat, also.  Truly a Handy Man!  We are so glad to have found him.  He sure knows his stuff.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. I've used them around two years ago and Ziggy was great! He cleaned the drains and they worked perfectly. He was efficient and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better and will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

Mike recently completed a rerouting job of the water pipe from the hot water heater to the kitchen manifold. He was very thorough, very efficient, and made us feel very confident about the work that he was doing. His expertise was fully on display, as well as his courtesy. I will use Cure All Plumbing in the future, and ask for Mike by name.

Everything was great. I was so relieved when they showed up quickly after our water meter started leaking (on our side not the city's). Mike and his partner worked diligently to find the leak and efficiently until they got it done. They explained everything as they went and kept us well informed.  They were kind and Mike's reassuring tone gave us peace of mind. I have never been disappointed when I call George Brazil. They come with a loaded truck so they aren't running for parts and supplies. I definitely would recommend them!

Goettl called me first thing the next day, and scheduled the service for same day (commenting to my wife that they saw the Yelp post).  One thing i will give them credit for is that the technicians they send are very good.  If they can figure out how to run the office (and realize that it is hot in Phoenix in the summer and they should staff up during those times), they could dramatically improve the customer experience.  An 8 day wait and a $50 visit fee is not competitive compared to other companies so be wary.

Had they not dragged me across broken glass to get my AC unit fixed, the rating would have been much higher.
