In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Kitchen Sink facet replacement.  Came over late in the day and worked me in to his schedule.  Installed my pre purchased facet without a charge.  Performed the function efficiently with a good price.

Everette showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of fixing our 3 drywall holes leftover from a plumbing leak repair. Everette's estimate was below at least 4-5 other contractors I contacted. You would never know there was ever any damage. It looks great. I would recommend him to anyone needing drywall or other repairs.

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

I had a leaking shower drain that was incorrectly repaired by our former home warranty company's contractor. Fortunately I found CTR Plumbing through Yelp and Erik came out the same day to properly fix the problem left by the other guys.
I am really impressed by the level of service and commitment to doing the job right. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I would recommend this company and will rely on Erik any time we need plumbing help in the future.

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump.  He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was very reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now.  My mom is thrilled!

Can I give a ZERO?  he never showed up made an appointment 10 days in advance for 9 AM November 9th...9 am..nobody  comes by so I texted him at 9:30 am ..to see if he was coming. Never even bothered to answer. Still waiting for a response 12 hrs later.,I take it Justin had a bigger better paying job at 9 am on a Friday morning or he figured it wasn't worth getting out of bed for. Do not call these people...unless you like to waste your morning. My time is worth money too.  All these 5 star reviews must be fake because NOBODY would have that kind of customer communication and get 5 star reviews.

I highly recommend Desert Sonoran Plumbing. First, they were easy to communicate with online. Next, James arrived time and gave me honest assessments of my plumbing projects. He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. I just called these guys because my tenant's dishwasher is not draining. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I did not need a plumber and to call an appliance service company. I appreciate the honesty as I will call these guys again when I need a plumber.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The representative came to my grandmothers house and told her it would be $1300 to install a new water heater. She had already purchased a new water heater and had it at her house. All he had to do was take out the old one and put in a the new water heater. This is so disappointing considering he is doing this to other elderly people in sun city. Thankfully she knew better and found a different company that only charged her $200

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

So I had to update yet again.  When I found out what the problem was, I also filed a complaint with the Provide Feedback link on the GB website at the same time.  Within a day I received a message from their CS Manager.  We had a nice conversation after a couple of days of phone tag, he was extremely apologetic and was very upset that someone from his company would misdiagnose our AC, whether it was due to lack of appropriate training or dishonesty.  Additionally, GB is reimbursing me the cost of the other company repairing our unit.  Now, I don't know many other companies-if there are any-who would take the time to take the issue seriously AND offer compensation as a way of acknowledging an error in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  The usual response I get is Sorry, we'll look into it.  So a BIG THANK YOU to George Brazil for their accountability and customer service and I will remain a customer of theirs.

I called Goettl and asked them to come look at my AC unit as it was completely down. While on the phone they signed me up for their maintenance contract in which they said I was under no obligation and could cancel at any time. They came out fast which was great and the service tech did his thing and soon left. A Goettl salesman showed up to discuss cost of their replacement units. He gave me payment plans for four different units which I found odd vs a total final installation price as I was paying in full with no financing through Goettl. I explained I wanted a final price Quote not a payment plan. It took a bit, but he finally gave me a number on a 3.5 ton unit, however not in writing. This bothered me, It made me feel like I was buying an air conditioning unit from a car salesman. I backed off from any deals we discussed and told the him I was getting a second quote in about 60 minutes in which their salesman then told me they have wiggle room. This was hardly my concern. Incidentally the second contractor came in $2000 cheaper then Geottl. Now the actual problem I have with Goettl is not their price. It's the fact that when I later called to cancel their maintenance contract, their representative told me I have to keep it for one year. They said it was a verbal contract which I informed him never happened. The representative told me they record their calls. I said fine, provide me with a copy of that conversation and I will gladly pay. The representative refused to do so, stating they don't share those. During this conversation he made several attempts to talk me into having their techs come out to service my unit. I refused his persistent offering several times to the point of getting angry telling him I do not want them to touch this unit period EVER! I added I will even pay their year contract and they do not have to do a thing. (This will serve me as a lesson and a reminder never to do business with them in the future again over a 14.95 mo bill). If their billing goes beyond that year, I have a real recording of our conversation and Goettl can listen to it in a court of law. Your word is what defines you in life.
