We had a hot water loop and new water heater installed. John was very good at what he did. We now have instant hot water. YEA!! The service kept us informed and was priced right. Kudos to them!!

Just want to give Addam Galusha a big Thanks for his hard work!  we were having issues with our sewer clogging . called PlumbServe and Addam responded immediately he took care of our backup.  we continued to have problems with it. the timing was bad. we had a loss in our family and then the holidays.  but Addam helped us get through it. and later he ran a camera down our cleanout and found the problem.  long story short he came back replaced the line with new abs.  and now everything is flowing good!!  if ever in need I know who I'll be calling!! Thanks again Addam!  Plumbserve! I  Recommend him!!

Trevor was very knowledgeable and pointed out some significant plumbing problems. Two young men in his staff came back the next day and corrected the problems. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with their work. Although, I spent more but you get what you pay for. He warranties all of his work. You've got to admire a family owned and operated business. Zane, the plumbing tech, arrived at my home (on time) and repaired my bathroom plumbing leak. He had the parts available on his service vehicle and was in and out of my home in 30 minutes.  The owner of the company called two hours later to make sure my plumbing issues were repaired. Bravo!!!

Simon was always punctual.  He provided an estimate and once we advised him that we wanted to proceed was able to get us on his schedule quickly.  He is very personable, honest and very customer service oriented.  We could tell that he truly cared that everything he had done for us was exactly what we wanted.  I am very happy that we've found a wonderful and reliable plumber and will be recommending him to anyone we know that has plumbing needs!

Called them with some issues we had. Was able to get a appointment the same day. They texted every update when they would arrive and so on.
Angel was my tech, he was very nice fixed the issues and was out within 30 min.
Price was also reasonable.

Tommy came out for a reoccurring problem with drains in my home.  He was very upbeat and introduced himself with a handshake. Absolutely very professional and extremely competitive rates.  Will recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

We have just moved here to Mesa, and remodeled our home. We called 3 people to get quotes for installing our Gas Range. We decided to go with Hickman Plumping, Heating and Cooling.

Chris Dines was the Tech who came out to give a bid and what would need to be done. What we thought would be a easy application turned out to be more work than expected. However what Chris quoted did not change. We are now happy owners of a new gas range.
And a 2 new toilet insulations, our plumping updated in the laundry room for new washer and dryer and wash basin. I am sure we are forgetting something that Chris touched, but Chris Dines is a fantastic person and great with helping us with all our needs.
We will not hesitate to call on Chris if or when the time arises.

These guys are just simply great. Totally worthy of 5 starts. I identified a water leak in one of my supply lines in my kitchen ceiling this past Sunday. I gave them a call right away and they were able to accommodate my schedule and were out to my house Monday afternoon to make the repair. After an hour or so the problem area was repaired better than expect and I no longer have a water leak in kitchen ceiling. Thank you for the great work and exceeding my expectations.

Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Had an AC tuneup recently last month and was quoted $3300 of work to be done on a 5 year old unit. Called a second company today who 1. Informed me that the unit was under warranty (I purchased the house 2 years ago),  2. Looked at the bid TH provided me and blatantly told me that the prices I was quoted were absurd ($1900 for a replacement fan-what the absolute kind of buffoonery is that? Girl, bye) and 3. Switched out a part that was failing for free as a result of the unit being under warranty. So I was quoted for work to be done on a unit that was under warranty (and that didn't need to be done). I will stick with the smaller, trustworthy companies that don't work off of commission, and take the time to explain what they're doing. I get it, we all need to make a living if that is the case. But make it honest. They will never step foot in my home again. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

Horrible service!! We had family friends over to help us deal with our water heater leaking and we were ALL counting on Roto Rooter to come help. They drove here only to help us out, and it is a 35 min drive for them to come to our place!
Called at 10 AM to get a quote. The lady, Samantha, who answered the phone asked for a good phone number to call and I gave her my number. She screwed up my phone number and then told me a technician would text me and be here between 2-6. Perfect, we can wait.
It's around 3 or 4, and I never received a text or a phone call. I call again, and the person who picked up found out that my phone number was put in incorrectly which is why I never got a text. I understand mistakes happen, so I say it's okay. He tells me that because they are very backed up, I should expect a technician between 4-8 and I will receive a text from them. I say okay, we can wait.
I get a call at around 6, but there is no voicemail and it was a different number than what I had been calling. Plus, I was expecting a text, not a phone call! If I should be expecting a phone call, please tell me so I can answer strange numbers!
I call at around 7, asking if I can expect a technician within the next hour. The person who picked up told me that somebody tried to reach me at around 6, and that they should've left a voice mail. Well that's funny, cause they didn't leave one! The person then tells me to wait for somebody, and I ask if I should call the phone number who had called me and he tells me I don't have to.
Despite this phone call, I call the number that had called me earlier. The guy who answered the phone talked to the technician and told me that I should expect a call within the hour since the technician is finishing up on somebody and we are next. He told me that I can definitely expect somebody to come tonight. It's around 7:15 PM now. Our family friends are still here, waiting for a technician to come.
Well, it is currently 9:20, with no phone call or any updates about anything. Our family friends wasted 10 hours at our house, waiting for this company to help us. They ended up leaving at around 9, driving 35 min back home empty-handed.
This company is a complete waste of time and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I've been tossed around and every single person I've spoken to has told me a different thing. Nobody in this company knows what's even going on. I wasted my only day off from work waiting for somebody to come help us out and being led on with empty promises. And not to mention, I was supposed to use this day to go take care of a loved one but instead I cancelled it because I thought I would be able to get my water heater dealt with! This is absolutely atrocious and extremely disappointing. Shame on this company.

Maricopa Mountain Plumbing is one of the most honest and professional companies I have worked with here in Maricopa since we moved into town. I recently purchased a home and the home came with a water softener. The softener started to leak so I called the number on the softener and got to speak to John. John at no cost came out and diagnosed the issue and advised me that everything was still under warranty. He could have charged me for the costly repair and deceived me but he didn't. John was on time as scheduled, prompt and stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. He even stayed and educated me on our new water softener. It has been a pleasure to do business with a local, honest and veteran owned and operated company like Maricopa Mountain Plumbing. Thanks John & Eric. After the purchase of my 1960's home in 2019 I found several plumbing issues. Even Flow (Bobbie) was recommended to me by my Real Estate Agent Eva. Bobbie was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas from my hot water heater to my bathroom re-pipe. Even Flow is the only company I will continue to use for all my futue plumbing issues.
