I'm so glad we went with Vision Windows & Doors for our new sliding glass patio door. Our old door was ready to be replaced, and I had reached out to three different companies for estimates. Vision Windows & Doors had the best quality door at the best price. They were friendly and very easy to work with. There still are waiting times for products, due to manufacturing issues, but we were patient, and the door came in right when the company said it would. We were pleased with the whole process. Gibe 'em a try if you're in need of a new door!

Did an excellent job repairing a sliding glass door and replacing a broken window. They really know their stuff and are easy to work with.

We just had two large bathroom mirrors and a large shower door installed by Glass Doctor. Nick and Steven just completed the installation. They did a FABULOUS job. Very professional and polite along with a great installation. Highly recommend going to the Doctor for your glass needs!

I had True View give me a quote to repair a main picture window on the 3rd floor of a condo complex.  The service man was great and I received a quote of about $1700.00 which I thought was fair.  I received a call from Debbie with the quote and I she said I needed to give a 50% deposit to schedule to job.  In our conversation I told here I than I was  from out-of-town and I needed a repair date of a Friday or a Monday.  See call me back and said it was scheduled for a Friday August 25 between 7 and 8 am which worked for me so I gave her my $850.00 deposit, which was non-refundable.  Than I receive a call from the scheduling department stating the job was schedule for Thursday August 24 not Friday as I was told. I was told I had to take the Thursday and Debbie did not have the authority to schedule the job with out the scheduling department.  So I needed the window repaired for safety reasons so I hade to take the Thursday date.  So Thursday morning I receive a call from the scheduling department state that the bum truck was delivered to the wrong address and they could not doe the repairs.   I requested to talk to the manager and I did receive a call back and it was explained the problem and she stated that the truck would get to my location and job would be completed and it was later that day.
My advice it to  talk to scheduling department before you give any deposit because it is non-refundable.

Stopped by their business on my way home from work since I work nearby.  They were all locked up before the end of the scheduled business day posted hours (4pm). The lady who was there was shocked to see an actual customer and unable to answer any questions and asked me what do you want instead of how may I help you. I said I would return another day and came by again an earlier afternoon to only be greeted by another rude lady that seemed very upset again to have a live person at the door and said you should have called. Geez. Sorry for trying to ask some simple questions about their cabinets and doors in person, didn't realize that having customers was such a huge inconvenience for them....really didn't appreciate the attitude either. I tried to make an appointment but they said they were extremely busy and couldn't sit down and talk with me for several weeks. Looks like they don't need and won't be getting my business. Moving on....

We badly needed new sliding screen doors. Emailed Peak Windo & Door on Monday, they responded with a quote almost immediately. Three days later Tye shows up, builds the doors on site and within an hour we've got 2 new beautiful screen doors. I'd highly recommend their service.

After multiple complaints about the roof, and being told that's the way it should be my insurer asked for an independent inspector and he found issues to be corrected. The warranty company, LoveOurRoof then came out to repair multiple times. They lifted up my evaporative cooler and the condensation line from my ac and now water is pouring out of the units, but I am told that it is because my units are in disrepair (although prior to any roof work the units were fine). If I had to do it over, definitely not Xcel.

We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different  unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work.

We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still haven't had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didn't caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter he's still on vacation and he cant take care of it.

I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but  hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators.

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes.  Must be a reflection of ownership!  Won't ever go there again!

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
