These guys are great! I was so impressed with how George listened to our needs and made applicable suggestions while keeping our budget in mind. He does things right! Then, his guys that came out with him were great as well! They did all that was promised and then even more all while confirming with us to make sure their ideas all worked with our plan. I can tell the whole crew cares about people. Even the squirrel that they sent up in our trees to trim them from the inside. I can see why they gave him that nickname for sure. I have already recommended them to a friend as well because they are that good. Thank you to George and crew for your dedicated hard work and fair pricing. It is refreshing to see a business with such great values.

They responded quickly.  Set up the appointment and never showed up.  I called to schedule again, and again they never showed up.  I called to find out if I could get an estimated and was told someone would call me back shorty....that was over a week ago.

We contacted Raul because of the high ratings on Yelp.  We are so happy that we did.  We wanted to add a row to our block wall.  Raul and his crew worked fast and efficiently.  They did a professional job, matched the existing paint, so the new blocks blend with the old ones perfectly.  The took care in all aspects of the job and cleaned up everything.  The yard looks like they were never here and the block wall looks like it has always been here.

Contacted three companies for quotes on our new construction, all dirt backyard. All with five star yelp ratings. One never responded.  Naji came out on a Saturday. We walked through what we had in mind for design and he gave a number of suggestions. Some of those ideas were to save us some money, not jack up the price! We asked to have pavers installed, a grass area, extend the irrigation system and landscape stone in all the other areas. It was a large amount of work. He gave us a final quote that we thought was a very fair price. We went with JNK even though they were higher than the other quote. Said he could have material delivered on the following Tuesday and his crew would be there on Wednesday to do the job and it would take 4-5 days. Material arrived on Tuesday and his crew started first thing Wednesday morning as discussed. They first walked through the whole project with us so there would be no issues. Then they got to work. Naji arrived later that morning and we walked through the plan again. Naji came everyday to ensure we were satisfied with the ongoing progress. His crew was very hardworking, professional, polite and very good at what they were doing. They made sure we were happy with the paver design before, and during installation. They knew this was important to us, as there was a lot of pavers being installed (two patio areas and walkways). They originally planned to complete the job on Sunday. But after long days Friday and Saturday they finished on Saturday (it was labor day weekend and we hosting a birthday party on Sunday so we really appreciated the extra effort). We couldn't be happier with our new backyard and JNK! We highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs. Great communication, customer service and workmanship.They definitely deserve five stars (more if we could).

I was really impressed working with this landscaping company. I've owned my home for 10 years and never seem to get my landscaping done correctly. It was time to find a landscaping company in Phoenix that knew how to consistently produce quality work and keep my yard looking great. After working with this landscaping company I am very impressed. I can't imagine not having a landscaping company

They came out today and did a yard clean up. They did great work and used eco friendly techniques. I am very pleased. Also, they were singing for a bit while they were working which was very pleasant. I feel like my plants are happy and so am I.

Natalie and Adam were very prompt and did an amazing job on my yard that I let go a little too long. They even cleaned the walkways when they finished. I will be hiring them for a front-yard installation soon!

Spent a week trying to schedule them to get an estimate.  Very slow to respond, impossible to get a hold of anyone.  I gave up and hired someone else.

we had agreed to come to my home to discuss my needs with my landscaping. He kept me waiting and never showed up. He had my phone number and there was no excuse for not calling and notifying me as to why he was unable to show up. Very unprofessional The peoples five star rating evidently was when he showed up. I very much doubt the five stars..

Honest, Professional, Respectful is what Windmill Landscaping is about. They are the only company that responded / kept appointment out of the 7 that I contacted on Yelp.   Juan is the most professional landscaper that you could hope to hire.  On time and follows up to all communications within a day.  He was infinitely patient with all of our changes, as our smallish project turned into a huge one.  Anything and everything I wanted a change on (many of those) was met with Juan's Not a problem, we can do that.  We ended up with two new fake grass areas (dogs LOVE their doggy grass), new back wall, huge paver patio, planting of my cocktail grove (lemon, orange and lime), many palms and most importantly, fixing my ancient irrigation system.  If Juan wasn't happy with the work done he would call it to my attention and have it fixed.  Worth every penny having the peace of mind that your contractor is ethical and knowing he expects the same amount of professionalism from his sub contractors.  Soon it is the front yard re-do and I would never use anyone else.  I have already referred him to a friend.

Very pleased with the work they did to repair the leak on my sprinkler system.  Reasonably priced and kept coming back to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. After the original repair was done there was a new leak that had nothing to do with the part that was fixed and he returned to fix the new leak in a timely manner.  Very nice to work with. Excellent service, price and work. I would highly recommend.

I had an old wooden fence that I needed taken down and replaced with a block wall. Robert was easy to get a hold of and came out within a day after contacting him to get a quote. I received a number of quotes and he was very reasonable in price. His workmanship was excellent. Block wall looks great, he cleaned up afterwards immaculately, and disposed of my old fence. I would highly recommend him

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

These guys did a great job! I called then and were ready to come out for an estimate the same day. When they came for our appointment they were on time and quick! They did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them!

Follow up. It's been a couple months and Chance continues to deliver premium service! Defiantly the best/ most reliable service in town!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

My home warranty company contracted these folks to come out regarding my drip system not working. I received a call from the Spinkler Doctor's home office after the initial visit stating that work would need to be done to test and diagnose the system issue and would require a follow up appointment. The office wasn't able to elaborate on what work needed to be performed but promised I would receive a call from the technician after I scheduled the appointment. I scheduled the appointment for their first available appointment slot of 4 days later. I received no call from the technician until an hour in to the appointment slot, leaving me a voicemail advising that the appointment was being cancelled and I would receive a call from the office to reschedule. Overall, very poor experience. On top of having already paid my deductible for this service.

I've decided to pass on these guys, they are not reliable and I will not be rescheduling.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price!  We converted our grass lawn to xeriscape.  Moises and his crew came out and cleared our old rocks and curbing, then installed new river rock, gravel and added some pavers.  The pavers are especially nice.  Crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  Will hire again.

This company did a great job on our back yard, and side yard.  Took about a month once the contract was signed before they started, but they finished within a week.  They dedicated a team to the job instead of jumping around between jobs.  

I would recommend this company.
