Pablo and Carlos are awesome! Their team was fast and did an amazing job. I recommend them with more than 5 stars. I will definitely call them again.

George and the guys showed up on time and finished the work in less time than they said time it would. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs yard work done and at a less lower price than you think it would cost. They replaced my whole dripper system and hardware in a day and a half.

Updated review from 2 stars: Things didn't go as smoothly initially as I'd hoped, but they really put everything into trying to make it better. I really appreciated that, and I will enjoy the replacement plant that they gifted me.

I've called Raul 2 or 3 times.  He's very responsive, shows up when he schedules, and they do a really good job. The prices are reasonable as well.  We'll call him.

Update- 4/24/20. We've called Raul a number of times since my last review.  We know we can depend on him to show up, on time as promised,  pricing is consistent and reasonable,  the work is perfect, and they clean up before they leave!  We highly recommend Raul Montoya!!!

Naji and his team did an amazing job at installing turf and plants in our backyard. He and his team are SO reliable and on-time. Naji responded so quickly and Worked with our budget. We highly recommend them!

I understand that there has been some apparent issues with your prior office manager; however, making that your customer's problem is bad business practice.

Apparently I was never billed for January and June. That is so long ago and now I have to pay those invoices and what we expected to be a monthly service apparently is an every 4 weeks service so I was charged twice in September. That wouldn't have been so bad if these sudden other invoices didn't suddenly come up as well making the amount due way too much.

We've been a customer for 2 years and even moved and recommended you to the buyers of our old house and kept you with this one. From the below reviews it seems that quite a few customers have been lost, including us, to the errors. I hope other customers situations are handled better. It really stinks because the actual service performed was great. Absolutely no complaints and we had a beautiful lawn.

Lulu and Jesse are great. They showed up when they said they were going to- which is huge for me. Very response via email, phone, text. They worked with me to get the price I needed to make it work to take care of my yard. Jesse is a hard worker and efficient. Glad I finally found a landscaper that does good work and I can trust.

Four years ago I tried to save money on landscaping for a new home. Big mistake. Four months ago I searched for a quality landscaping service. Ultimately, I tentatively selected All Terrain Landscaping. Adam and Natalie came to the house on time, prepared and intent on honest service. I was immediately and pleasantly impressed. The design proposals and bid came and I was more impressed. They knew the terrain, drainage, water supply, plants and HOA limitations. It was a little more expensive but WORTH every penny - quality and service.
During the project, All Terrain was on time, easy to work with and went the extra mile on design, watering, soil, pavers, granite and plants. Most pleasant, efficient, hard working crew who thoroughly cleaned at the end of each phase. Adam and Natalie followed up on every phase and instructed on maintenance and function. The desert and eco- friendly landscape is beautiful. Plants (even a large ocotillo) are green, flowering and  thriving.
I have owned several homes and used different landscapers over many years. All Terrain is head and shoulders above the rest!

Best experience with any landscaping company I've ever had here in Phoenix.  Did what they said they would do, reasonably priced and job well done.  Octavio is great to work with and makes sure everything is done right.

Found Omar's business here on Yelp and liked his reviews. Hired him to install pavers on my back patio (8x16) that was damaged over the last 16 years by sun and rain. Omar brought samples and we discussed the layout we liked best and his crew did a great job on day one working a full 8 hours with very good results. On day 2 he delivered and spread 6 tons of crushed granite rock around my pool and around the back and front yards. His crew was friendly and courteous and his pricing was fair. Will use him again as needed.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

I have had a lot of experience with landscapers In rental properties as well as primary residences...some good, some meh and more often than not, really bad! Finding an honest landscaper in today's market is hard, finding a reliable AND honest landscaper is winning the lottery! I called Nicos about two months ago and  won the lottery. I spoke to Ruben. He showed up on time and gave me a reasonable estimate on irrigation installation. I called him again to hire him a month later, he showed up on time again! he did a fantastic job installing commercial type PVC irrigation with a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY and he has show up three times after installation on his own merit to tweak sprinklers and quality check the systems.
This guy and his crew are amazing. They knocked out my .30 acre yard in two days and didn't ask for a penny until they broke ground.  My highest recommendation goes to these folks. I even retained them for my regular maintenance and will have them do all my planting in the fall!

Robert is a true craftsman.  I asked for a patio for a pretty pathetic back yard.  I now have a gorgeous patio and all new rock in the yard covering the old rock and dirt that had eroded.  He created a walkway to the entry gate that is absolutely beautiful and pulls the entire yard together.
He's an artist and his craftsmanship is truly amazing.

Ivan and his crew did a great job cleaning up my yard. They were responsive and showed up on short notice.

It was time for spring cleanup!!! I decided I'd sort through Yelp, look at a few reviews. I had a few landscaping companies in mind. I'm so happy Nick responded to my request for a quote promptly.  Nick met with me first, we walked around the property to discuss the mode of weed clean up. His team did an excellent job. They were fast, thorough, and careful not to step on my existing flowers. He hauled all the tree and plant debris away. Thank you for all your hard work.

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Took one star off because I had to wait almost 3 weeks but otherwise the technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  I would recommend them but my water bill was a bit high because I had to wait so long.  Price seemed fair.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price!  We converted our grass lawn to xeriscape.  Moises and his crew came out and cleared our old rocks and curbing, then installed new river rock, gravel and added some pavers.  The pavers are especially nice.  Crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  Will hire again.

I just moved from the PNW and after caring for 1/3 acre myself for years, I wanted to make my Arizona backyard simple but easy to enjoy. For the time being, I just needed to get started and all I needed was some synthetic grass for my little dog and rocks to cover the dirt. Scott came in and gave his opinions and thoughts - since I was used to a lush, green, high-maintenance backyard - I told him I wanted this to eventually be an extension of the living room, but over time. We came up with plans for the future (I.e. pavers, patios, outdoor kitchen, etc) but for now we lay the foundation and build off of it later. Scott and his team came through and did it quickly! They are extremely efficient and their quality is unmatched, even for this small of a job. I'm very excited to have Scott out again to extend our patio with pavers. Anything I need done to my backyard, I'll ABSOLUTELY go with AZ Dreamscapes. Please don't hesitate to have them out to take a look at your project, you won't be sorry. Thanks again, Scott!
