Exceptional service!!  Came out on Friday evening, gave me a very reasonable quote, returned Saturday morning and did everything I had asked him to do -and more.  He went above and beyond doing what he quoted and made the property look amazing!  I will definitely call this company again!!

If you need some artificial turf, these are your guys! They were extremely responsive to my request for an estimate. The sales representative, Steve, came out to our house within the week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and (best of all), he wasn't pushy. He gave me time to collect additional estimates and talk things over with my husband. After collecting three different estimates, we realized that Synscapes was the cheapest (by several hundred dollars). It was easy to get back in contact with Steve, and the crew was at our house the NEXT DAY.  Installation was completed within a few hours, and the turf looks and feels amazing! I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company....I highly recommend!

They responded fast to my request for a estimate to clear my backyard of weeds and lay down weed preventer. Came to give a free, no pressure in person estimate. Pricing was very competitive, scheduled me for 3 days later.

We asked for a specific plant and Kristin called around the valley until she found it. She went way above and beyond by driving from Buckeye out to Cave Creek to get it. Jose and his team have been providing yard maintenance for us on and off for the last couple of years. Anytime we reach out, Jose is quick to respond and can often get us on the schedule in a couple days. The team works quickly and is very good with communicating any questions that arise to ensure they are delivering on our needs. Our yard always looks so clean once they come through. I would absolutely recommend Desert Lawn and Landscaping.

We wanted to extend our driveway and create a path with embedded glass block lighting from the driveway to the backyard door. I solicited multiple call requests, send pictures, measurements, architectural drawings to everyone. Testa came in with a good value, and a commitment they would be able to get this done before our backyard housewarming party.

Due to everybody having a very busy schedule, they committed to me they would come by earlier if there is a cancellation. Sure enough they did. I had pre-ordered all of the paving stones and solar light inserts and they arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 12:30 in the afternoon. Very efficient, pricing exactly as quoted, left the work area clean and even took the pallets that the paving stones came on with them. Very happy with their service, respectful of property, good communication. At the end, extremely happy with the service provided.

Tough Turtle turf was par excellence in every area. Brian Kelly called me after I requested a quote from an ad I saw on Instagram.  I needed my fenced in area in back to go from desert landscape to all turf so I can create  our dog run / agility course.  Brian was fast and answered all my questions. The install was done 2 weeks later in less than 8 hours. We love tough turtle turf so much!

I dont know how they have the review, but I can testify that they miss the service every single week at least for last 3 months. I have all the text they sent and every week there is an excuse. I am writing this review because last week they sent me a picture and invoice but my camera never recorded them meaning they were not in my property. This is the red line you passed and not acceptable. I have recorded all pictures, text, invoice and my 4 cameras recording to support my claims. Not reliable and trustable at all. ​
