Best Landscapings in Arizona

Never had such a horrible experience. I schedule an appointment with this guy and we agreed on a time. I live 41 miles away from the site where the work needs to be done. The time we agreed on had come and gone and I wasn't even given a call. I text, then called,...NOTHING! He finally texted that he's on his way almost three hours after our appointment.
Granted the job I have is a big one, I let Lucio name his price and I agreed. We agreed on a time and date. That time had come and gone with nothing from Lucio...after several failed attempts to reach him, he call/text, that he couldn't make it because they got behind.  We rescheduled for EARLY Wednesday morning. Again, the time had come and gone and nothing from Lucio. I, again reach out text/call/text, nothing! Finally, well after the scheduled appointment, he replies, we are very busy, I will try to fit you in. However, Nothing, he nor his team ever showed nor did he call. You may have had a different experience with this guy, but i received HORRIBLE customer service and find him to be completely UNRELIABLE!

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I had such an amazing consultation this morning. Love that he was  on time with a mask seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous I just lived the ideas and consideration for my family and my needs due to allergies and design. I'm so sad l didn't find them sooner. I'm looking forward to a long term contract  for all of my properties in addition to biweekly or monthly services.

Submitted a request through yelp that went to 5 contractors and Happy Grounds was the fastest to respond.  Came the next day for review and quote.  Pricing was reasonable and came the 3rd day for repair.  When we were reviewing the work, we found one additional issue that needed to be fixed and they got out all the equipment back out and took care of it.

A basic one star for just not calling back. I called and got the female receptionist/office worker and she took down a bunch of information including my phone number and what we needed and never got back to us. Normally I wouldn't care I would call again but we actually had an emergency situation with the leaking drip system and we needed somebody to come out. No courtesy call no nothing in my left a second message it went on returned as well. I have no idea what their quality of services but based on the phone response I would say it's probably not a great idea to do business with someone who won't call a perspective customer back.

With excellence in mind, KO's Landscaping service knocked me out!  It's especially rare to run across such quality work, the kind of work that inspires one to do more.  KO's Landscaping is that kind of company and remains truly in a class by itself.

Product:
They were kind enough to clean up a 10,000 square foot property on short notice, and proved especially thorough while weeding, repairing the irrigation system, trimming several tall Ficus and queen palm trees. Their cleanup was pristine.  I also tried to stump the owner with lots of detailed questions, but he had sensible responses to all of them.  

People:
The crew was large, on time, and all about business.  What would have taken me at least a week alone, they completed in no time with a professional's touch that I couldn't match.  KO's Landscaping surely logged their 10,000 expert hours evidenced by the finished product.  One caveat, it seems that Eduardo is the premiere contact person for English.  Spanglish may be helpful if you're strictly working with the KO crew.

Process:
Headache free.  I did not have to make a percentage payment up front.  Eduardo had his crew show up on time and manicure my landscape with future maintenance in mind.  Impressed, I paid a premium for his services.

Ultimately, I recommend KO's Landscaping without reservation, and trust you will be impressed with their rates, work ethic, knowledge, and experience.  I sincerely hope they expand their services to painting and flooring, as Eduardo and company set a high standard for others to follow.

I sent Mesa Landscaping a message today and got a response back immediately. I called them and they came out same day. My wife and I needed the front of our house de-weeded and chemically sprayed. The HOA had gotten on us about the immense amount of weeds that had grown in front of our house this winter. Thankfully Mesa Landscaping came out same day and helped us out. There prices are great and they did an awesome job! Thanks again.

Jose just finished my Yard and it brought tears to my eyes how beautiful it came out, he was very professional and well knowledged. He answered all my questions and got it done in a timely manner and very well priced. I am glad we went with him, he exceeded our expectations!

Rick was phenomenal. He doesn't normally serve my area but was able and willing to squeeze me in and really quickly too. He and his partner did an amazing job in not only cutting down my overgrown weeds but actually taking the time to remove some very stubborn weeds, do a very thorough cleanup of both my front and backyards, and weed spray the large areas for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend him and hire again if I can.

Allen and his team did a great job with our front yard redesign and install. Our yard had a huge mesquite tree that dropped needles everywhere and made the front very difficult to maintain. We wanted some more low maintenance and hired Patio Pros to get it done. Allen was extremely responsive, both before the work began and during the project. They completely demo'd the yard and then then installed a paver walkway, turf, new drip lines, new gravel, and various plants. The pricing was fair and they got done with the project ahead of schedule by a couple of days. We are extremely happy with Allen and his team and would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but sincerely positive things to say about Borders & Beyond. They made us love our yard again (yay!). They installed artificial turf with paver border, several shrubs, trees, and gravel for us. Erik is the best landscaper that we've worked with - super nice, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and made very helpful recommendations - just really great to work with and he has excellent suggestions, creative ideas. His crew was amazing as well - excellent work, on time, efficient, experienced, and tireless workers.  We've worked with several other landscapers over the years and this was truly a great experience from all aspects of initial contact (through their website), quote, and installation/completion. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend them anytime. Marcus came to the house first time and was extremely courteous and friendly. No pressure at all. I got my whole backyard renovated. Put all new plants. A lot of Turf was laid on the ground. Where it used to be just plain rock. Almost 1300 feet of turf was put in. New retaining wall. Also a little bit of concrete work was done as well. No job was too hard for Marcus and his crew. They also refinished my whole deck portion as well.
Call Marcus. For your needs YOU will not be disappointed.

Our experience with JW Landscaping started out well, like several other reviewers here.  Jake was responsive for the initial quote and the first few visits went well, accomplishing the things that needed to be done to get us properly cleaned up.

Unfortunately, things did not continue that way and I have had to discontinue service with them.  We have had issues with service dates being changed, sometimes without notice.  I recently have found myself checking in with Jake to ask are you all coming today?.  That should not be something I have to do.

Finally, our most recent service date was missed, again with no call of explanation or to reschedule, and my calls and texts to Jake have gone unanswered.  In fact, our last check to him for service on Feb 4 had not yet been cashed as of last week.  That makes me wonder if something bad hasn't happened to Jake or his crew...

Jake is a nice guy, but I can't continue doing business this way.

I had two new sprinkler systems installed by Shrub it off a few months ago. 7/27/21 I had a major leakage on one of the valves in the front lawn system and water were everywhere. I shut off the water and then the following day I contacted Marcos and asked him to come by and help taking a look and see if anything was wrong with the system. One day has gone by and I did not get a response and then I called and left a message and still no response. Definitely disappointed because I selected them based on the reviews on Yelp. They should change their name to Shrug it off if this is how they are going to operate. So, I am leaving a 1 star review because of that.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
