This company is awesome! They always do an awesome job and constantly check in after an appointment to make sure I'm happy with their work. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Valentin and his crew did a superb clean-up job on my 1+ acre lot. He walked the lot with me prior and gave me a quote that was clear and reasonable, so there was no vagueness about the job. They were were prompt, professional and efficient. They made sure to check for my approval or input along the way. My property looks great. The clean up included pruning for over 8 trees- they all look beautiful. I will absolutely continue to use them for my maintenance going forward. I am so happy I found them!

Awesome experience with this company. Rafa was professional, courteous, personable, straightforward, and gave a reasonable quote for what we wanted. The project was done less than the time promised, and the clean-up was flawless. We obtained up to six quotes from some of the top companies, and Envision's was the best! Kudos to Rafa & his crew. They definitely deserve a raise! lol

We hired Nick to help us with our front yard, it was a disaster before and thanks to Nicks advice and hard work, he created something special! The photos speak for themselves. We found Nick on Yelp and after contacting him, he came out and gave us a free estimate and mapped out his idea for what the landscaping. We also had several other companies come out, but they either weren't as helpful or quoted us absurd amounts, whereas Nick was honest, transparent and kept within our budget! We will have him and his company come out and do our backyard next - highly recommend

First time using West Coast Pest Control.  They responded quickly to my request for a quote, were able to come within two days - I found a scorpion in the house so I wanted someone rather quickly :), and were extremely thorough.  Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, thorough, and fairly priced.  What more could you ask for?  I will definitely be using West Coast Pest Control going forward.

I had a time scheduled to meet. They didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to contact me. When i sent them a message that evening asking what happened they said they had a lot of work.

If you can't make an appointment, have the decency to let the people know instead of leaving them hanging. It would have taken what, 15 seconds to call/text and say you couldn't make it?

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

Spring Landscaping did a great job on our landscaping. We needed our yard cleaned up for an appraisal and they responded quickly. We called them out to give an on-site quote, and they were on time, friendly, and their pricing was really competitive. They knew what they were doing. Even better with covid being a concern right now, they wore masks the whole time. They completed the job quickly and left behind no mess, and even took away our old Christmas tree! Would absolutely recommend!!

From day one, Greenheart Landscapes walked us through the process on every facet of the project. The owner was very professional, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with!!!

They must not need business because they're awful at returning calls, voicemails and texts. There are too many options out there to be so uncommunicative

Quick response at a reasonable price. Met with me on a Thursday afternoon and we're here Saturday morning.

All I wanted was for them to cut the weeds in my yard.
They forgot to cut the weeds in the alley which is part of my property actually we own at the middle of the alley in my lot. They treated me with a generally snarky attitude and a giant weed that I couldn't see they left in the alley. They actually did a terrible job.

Sal and his crew did some rock landscaping and planting for us. He was communicative, responded quickly to our questions, and our yard looks great. Highly recommend his services.

Our yard was blah. It needed help. Hector and his family transfromed it into nice! They installed sod and granite with a a paver border in the backyard, seeded the patchy front, redid the irrigation, installed plants and built a fire pit so we can enjoy one of our favorite neighborhood activities. I don't think I can spend enough time in our yard now. I'm absolutely thrilled with their work, and everyone in the family, starting with Hector, is just no nice and professional. It's obvious the pride they take in their work. First class!
