HISTORY

Established in 2015.
John Small founded Small Improvements, LLC in Tucson in 2014. Based on the overwhelming success in Tucson, Infinity from Marvin increased Small Improvement's territory to encompass the Phoenix market as well. John needed a partner to run and manage the Phoenix location. Greg Johnson had previously worked with two other Infinity from Marvin retailers and spent years prior to that with Renewal by Andersen in the Seattle market. Greg brought his son, Adam Johnson to also work in the Capstone Windows & Doors office. A range of services is offered: everything from high-end installations to budget solutions. Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each phase of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
We set up an appointment for them to come out and give us a window and door quote. Adam came out and spent almost 2 hours with my wife and I. He said he would email us a quote. Never saw a quote. After a week, I called their number and the office told me to check my junk email (which I was checking regularly and told her so). Nothing. She said she would reach out and let them know to send a quote. Here we are a month later, no quote. Don't waste your time with these people as they obviously don't want business!
