Ordered a hot water heater to be installed, price was competitive but product was not delivered/ installed during window. Neighbor asked where I got mine because his just went out. Said Home Depot, he place similar order and they never showed. The 3rd party Home Depot works for to install Hot Water Heaters is. Or reliable

I purchased a refrigerator and waited all day for delivery (which I took a day off from work) and nothing. No phone call, text, email.

Then to find out that the incompetent salesperson, Miss Emily failed to order the panels.

Ok, people make mistakes.

But then, she FAILS again to remove the charge from my credit card. Not only that she FAILS again to reorder my appliance...which I desparately needed.

I called and then the idiot tells me that the refrigerator will not cost me another $1000!!!! So, of course I refused to buy.

I went online tonight to see that it went on sale ONE day later at 20% off.
Can you imagine??? I ordered it again, but now I lost my coupon for 24 month financing.

This stupid girl along with her imcompetant manager should be fired!

Thanks for nothing, Home Depot!
