We recently used Desert Septic to help us resolve an issue we had with our septic system. I can't say enough good things about this company. George was very helpful with solutions saving us a lot of expense with our repair. This will be our go to company for all our future septic service needs.

We have used Desert Septic a couple times now.  They have exceptional customer service. We had a problem just before Christmas.  We called them and they came out and took care of things quickly and efficiently.  There prices are reasonable and the people are friendly and ready to help.

This company offers prompt, professional service at a great price.  We had them clean out our septic tank and put extensions on the lid for easier access.   Thanks to the research they did on our lot plan we also found out we had been parking our truck and trailer on the septic tank which could have caused it to cave in.  Thank goodness we called them.

I would call George in a heartbeat if I were planning on putting in a system as he is a very knowledgeable and conscientious!  Deanna in the office is a delight!  This locally owned and operated business gets an A+ in my book!

Living in a rural area, no one from the city would even come out without charging an extra fee ($50-$100) to pump our septic. Then we were quoted an extra fee for cleaning the leach field filter by others. All told we were looking at a $400-$500 bill...

Then I found Desert Septic...They do no advertise much, I only found them thanks to review sites like this. The owner was very informative, and gave me pointers for avoiding issues again...Best thing? $265 to pump the septic and clean the filter...We could not ask for better. It is good to see there are still companies out there that offer fair prices and excellent service without trying to nickle and dime us to death.

Ok we got up this morning to a shower full of Yucky stuff, the toilets were all full. We begn by calling those companies we had seen locally where we live. None of which answered our call. When we did finally reach one they recommended Desert Septic.We gave them a call and explained our problem. The owner then explained how much it would be to pump our tank, but stated that he did not think that our problem was a full tank. Instead he gave us some instructions on how to check and verify the problem. We followed his instructions and found that it was just a clogged pipe which I was able to clear in 10 minutes. Now he could have very easily charged me the $300 and fixed the problem. I would have been satisfied and never would have know the difference. However the honor and ingetrity of this man and his business showed through as clearly as any spot light in the darkest night. I would recommend them to any one in need.

Great service at the best prices around.  Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat.  Needed a septic pump and cert to sell house.  They discovered a broken riser at the time which they came back to replace as soon as the part came in.  Easy to work with and great service!

We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest.
