Very poor professional service. Very argumentative about what I needed done and just walk away before even starting the job. I called another plumbing company they will be coming this afternoon. I urge consumers DON'T use this company.

Wishing I would of read reviews before using this company The plumber,  Jesse, is argumentative,  and if you say or ask any questions he  gives a frustrated sigh , I am a paying customer,  and if they feel it is affordable,  then I have been out of the loop, for an hours work was $357 with said $65 dollar discount for being a new customer, he replaced down spout , p trap , and the outline... the materials would be less than $40 at homedepot .. I have called the office multiple times , because the joint that connects the downspout and the ptrap was leaking last night , he saw the drip right away, brought some glue and tighted it , we ran water , a ton per him , and I could take a paper towel and still get water on the papertowel... he said a little moisture was normal. Funny... none of my other sinks have this moisture issue .
    I have called to speak with management,  all I get is their call center to make appointments... and they have no idea who the owner or manager is ... use at your own risk

Our water heater went out and my husband, who is 80, called this company. They came out timely.  He claimed our stuff was not up to code, and said he would make it compliant and install the heater.  He said it would cost $3,200. We needed hot water, and were not familiar with costs, so my husband agreed. The technician left to go get a new heater and miscellaneous parts and came back an hour later. It took him about 3 hours to install a heater (in our attic) that we found out later cost less than $700. Total was $3,262 (no itemization on the invoice) after a $25 senior discount. They charged us $2,500 for 3 hours' labor and miscellaneous parts. After researching and consulting others, we called to express our dismay that they'd taken advantage of an elderly couple. They claimed my husband agreed and didn't offer to rebate any of our money. Do not use this company. They took advantage of an old couple with an emergency. We plan to file complaints with the BBB and any other State/County/City agency that will listen to us.

They came as stated, but they are definitely not affordable $1780.00 for 2 hrs work. Replaced a $5.00 coupling and left the pipes exposed and landscape a total mess.

This companies employees are rude, unprofessional and do an awful job! I would NEVER hire them again! The manager, James, threatened me and said I better let it go...I have filed a complaint with the BBB rating and the City of San Antonio,Texas. There's no excuse  for their behaviour....I would Not recommend that you hire them....

Wow watch out for these guys are crooks and con men. While I do not doubt that the work preformed was adequate and the garbage disposal will work just fine. The installer told my parents that they should not buy one at Lowes or Home Depot because he could get them a much better one at the plumbing supply store that was a much better quality and would last a lot longer.  I come over a day later and that is when she told me about the problem with her disposal.  I go and look at it and find that he replaced their 3/4 HP disposal with a Badger 1/3 HP which is the cheapest smallest version they sell at Lowes for under $100.  They then charged them $597 dollars to do the whole thing which means they charged them $500 in labor for a 1 hour job.  People that take advantage of older folks should be driven out of business.   Do Not Trust these guys.

Thank you for clearing my clog the day after Thanksgiving while having family visit from out of town. We have such a busy weekend and your promptness was a huge help! Jesse was very courteous and helpful! I appreciate great customer service! I will definitely call you if needed again!

We called this company two days ago to clear a clogged main line in the front yard. The plumber, who was incompetent, did not clear the clog and offered to charge us more if he had to return with a different auger. He left the pipe clogged and charged us anyways. We got a competent plumber the next day, who fixed the problem and agreed that what happened was wrong. He should have fixed the problem or not charged us. We called back to ask for at least a partial refund, and eventually got ahold of another unprofessional employee, who was rude and argumentative. He refused to compromise and hung up.  I strongly recommend against using this company. Should have known when they answer their phone hello, and you think you have the wrong number, that something was wrong. We will be disputing the charge and/or suing them in small claims.

Was promised a call back 2 days ago and no response,I called back 3 times and each time was told a technician will call you,I got tired of waiting and hired someone else

We made a 9am appointment and no one showed. We called at 10am and were told sorry that they didn't show any appointments in the system but they can have someone out by 1pm. Called again at 2pm because no one had shown again and was given the run around and told they would call back.

45 minutes later and no call back. I'm not going to bother calling again as I have found another plumber who is responsive and knowledgeable.

A+ for their phone presence though.

I hired some guy to give my AC regular maintenance to give him the business and help him out but that was a complete disaster , then I called AAA affordable,  the technician comes checks everything then tells me I have to replace it all my AC system is less than 5 years old I was floored,  how can that be!  That first idiot made that much damage? Then a third guy is called Tony and he corrects everything that needed correction and after a horrible week and $100 not $5,900 like AAA affordable suggested my AC is back on . AAA affordable you won't have repeat business when you lie

I second the notion that if you want to feel scammed, use AAA non-Affordable Plumbing.  I was quoted $627 for washer/dryer wall hot and cold water valve replacement because they were going to have to cut into wall and solder the pipes and what not.  I thought that was a little too excessive, so I told Toby that if there was anything that could be done to get it cheaper.  His response was, I want to charge you more and you want it cheaper! Anyway, the job was done in a little over an hour.  I provided my own parts, and I still paid $527.  I am grateful for whatever discount I finagled out of him....new customer discount I think, but I still feel scammed.  Also, I knew the wall was going to be cut into, and I was warned by him that he only does plumbing not wall repair. I was shocked by the damage to the wall.  His response, a good handy man will do a good job on that and dry wall is cheap.

So I called to make an appt and was told they could make it the following day for the morning. So now it's dinner time and guess what....no show, no call. So I call and was called back saying I didn't have you scheduled. So what kind of people tell me a time but not their people. Won't recommend or use in the future.

I made an appointment and they never showed up or called.  Had to shower with cold water for a second day in a row because they could not show up.  It was frustrating trying to get an explanation because all the people on the phone do is take appointments and messages.  The only thing close to an explanation I got was the manager will call you.

I came home yesterday evening to a cold leaking water heater. The number I called sent me to an after hours call center who pages the on call plumber to call me back. I was called in less than 5 min. Jessie requested some photos of my current heater to insure he had all the parts before arriving. He also brought 2 new heaters in case replacement was required. I am so thankful he did. He installed the new unit in about two hours and took the old to dispose it. I am very happy with my new heater and hot water again. Jessie was so professional and with over 15 years experience if I remember correctly. I asked.:) I will definitely do business with this company again. Oh did I mention the affordability, 1 yr warranty of parts and labor by the company plus the 5 yr manufacture warranty.

If you want to do business with a company that doesn't have your best interest or will treat you like a customer-then this is the one. After spending $900 with them I still had the same issue. The only reason my issued was masked while they were there is that they by-passed my water softener to make it look like a repair was done. When I called the company, no one was willing to hear my story or address any part of it. Don't hire!

I called on Sunday for an emergency plumbing leak, I was told I would be contacted by the plumber. He called at 2:30 stating he would be here in an hour and a half. It is now 11:00 pm. I have called at least 5 times and still have not heard from anyone. Dispatcher keeps telling me someone will call you but no one calls. I will call another plumbing company and give my business to someone who wants it.

A schedule service with these guys 2 weeks prior. The plumber was schedule to show up at 9 o'clock to remove my water heater so that repair could be done to the wall behind it. He knew I had other contractors coming to do work at 10 o'clock he showed up at 10:30, making my other contractor late on starting their job. The quote he gave me went from 331.00 to 604.00 to just  remove and replace my water heater.  He charged me a $59 service charge twice because he had to come back to replace the water heater 2 days later. Neither service charge was included in the original  quote. Sold me new coils that I don't know if I needed or not.  He got into a fight with the contractor that had to wait for him to start his job and I had to calm the situation down because I didn't want people fighting in my home.  To add insult to injury he was Lake when he returned to replace my water heater. After being overcharged he tried to go back on the 90 day warranty he promised and give me a 30 day warranty. I made him scratch it out and sign in an initial that it is a 90 day warranty he got upset because I made him sign and date. Buyery  beware because this company sent out a plumber that overcharged, was late, unprofessional, was rough when dealing with me and I had been a customer of theirs as 2018. I'll call the company to make a complaint and they said they'd call me back, but never did. Needless to say I'll never use them again!!!DID NOT WEAR A MASK!!!!

I thought they were very quick to respond to my ac emergency and did a outstanding job.technician was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Fixed my ac fast and respected my home . I will definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends. Thanks again!

if you're looking to feel scammed this is the place to call. I called in to have a regulating valve replaced(we've been having a hammering noise when water turned on) and leak repaired that was caused because of the PRV.  A technician called and gave me an estimated range of $350-$850.  When the technician showed the next day, he confirmed with me I hadn't received a price quote from the office before letting me know since there's digging involved it's always a flat rate of $847 to take care of everything. The price seemed reasonable to us since another plumber had quoted me about $925 for the whole job. After payment while speaking with the technician I was made aware only the leak was repaired the PRV was fine since no more noise. While I felt cheated on for paying $747( was provided a discount for some reason) to repair a leak was felt should've been closer to $300/$400, I didn't raise a stink since I believed everything was solved. Fast forward a few hours and the noise was back. I attempted to call and discuss with management what could be done but with this company you can only reach the answering service or the technician and speaking with the technician  was he said she said as he kept referring to what the office told him and not the discussions that he and I had prior to him coming out and before he started work. All I was told was my PRV does in fact need to be replaced and that would be an additional $280 plus parts. HA!  Horrible horrible service. I regret not letting my yard flood while waiting a week until another plumber could come and do the job I requested. My husband and I are both veterans and plan on taking our business to a veteran owned company in hopes of avoiding another scam like this! Long story short...CUSTOMER BEWARE!TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Bait and Switch!  They act eager to come out and help.  They tell you that you have to pay $89 for a quote and then hit you with a INSANE estimate for the repairs!  They wanted to charge me over 3 times (plus the $89 quote cost) versus what I ended up paying after I asked them to leave and called someone else.  They were rude when I chose to not use their services and went so far as to complain about me wasting their time - even though I paid them $89 for them to show up for 5 minutes.  Nope!  Not OK!

Based on some decent online recommendations, I called AAA Affordable Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning to fix a clogged kitchen drain. A plumber came out and spent an hour trying to snake the drain (at a quoted price of $217) but failed. After the snaking failed, he gave me a new quote of $1,587. When I asked why it was so high, he said that the fasteners he would need to replace some degraded 2 cast iron pipe underneath the apartment were extremely expensive. He came back the next day with another plumber and did the job in approximately two hours. For the next three days, I called and asked for a complete invoice that explained the cost, including the expensive fasteners. They promised to send it, but I received nothing. I also learned that the fasteners and 8 feet of 2 PVC pipe they installed cost very little. I called again to ask about the price and invoice, and a AAA representative estimated that their basic costs were probably no more than $350. He still refused to give me a complete invoice, and he accused me of misrepresenting my conversations with his employees. Based on my experience, AAA is a disrespectful and deceptive business. I recommend finding another firm to do your job. $1,587 for a two-hour job that was inaccurately explained to me before I agreed to it? I will never use this company again.

They overcharged us. The work was good but they definitely took advantage of us. We will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone!

I use these guys often for plumbing, a/c, and heating problems. They are affordable and come out right away. I also like that they explain everything to me before they do any work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber or A/C tech.

Had the plumber from their company come out to install a Sears water heater.  After several hours of reading the manual, my electrical wasn't working.  Called the company and when the president arrived he asked the guy reading the manual if I had signed the invoice and he told him no.  He said then let's go.  and they left.  SUPER AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL.  Friend electrician came over the same night and rewired.  Will report the incorrect wiring to the board as he is required to do on other electricians.   called the company to say I wanted reimbursement for the electrician and was told he would file a lien against my house and forge my name on invoice.  We shall see about that.

Do not use this company if you are looking for a fair and affordable plumbing repair.  I called this company and scheduled them to come out and repair a water leak near my water meter and to check a possible gas leak from my stovetop. First off the guys could not find my house. When they finally arrived I showed them where the water leak was. They dug it up quick and said they could repair but had to meet someone else to get the part needed. They said the repair would be almost $800.00.  I asked why it was so much and they said they did not know that they just call the office and they tell them how much to charge??  They already had my yard dug up and my water turned off. I had already taken time off work so I just said go ahead. When I asked them to check the possible gas leak they didn't know what I was talking about. I had specifically asked them to send someone who could check the gas. The plumbers they sent were really nice guys and they did everything they could and were equipped to do. They were at my house about 2 or 2.5 hours. I called and asked to have someone explain to me what exactly I was billed for and why it cost so much. I can't believe there was more than $20-$50 of PVC used and it wasn't hard digging or anything. I am very disappointed in this company and they won't call me back to discuss and explain.
