OUTSTANDING SERVICE.  Called for broken water pipe.  Came on a SUNDAY, charged a very reasonable rate, and repaired the leak.
Roger was a Godsend and provided far above expected customer service.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our hot water heater went out around 12/20 and we filed with Choice Home Warranty. They sent out A Snap and Roger and Vincent came out. Roger wrote up a detailed quote and encouraged us to front him the money to get the job done quicker. He said Choice had lots of processes and he could get us taken care of if we paid the money and then he would reimburse us the $1250 Choice agreed to pay. We gave this some thought and were worried about ever seeing our money. So they said fine and we should stay on top of Choice, which we did. Choice was actually very fast and provided the authorization by 12/22. Today we learned that A Snap did get the authorization and simply wanted Choice to pre-pay them, so the whole thing stalled. This went against the Choice process, which presumably businesses working with them would know and agree to up front.

I have better things to do than project manage this situation, given that I am on vacation and I am a project manager. I do not appreciate being lied to by A Snap and am exhausted by trying to contact them and follow up on this.  Do not do business with this company, as they have no ethics and are disorganized as well. I'm glad we went with our gut instinct and didn't give them $2250 up front! They sales pitch seemed a bit like a rambling car salesman and that was our first sign something was shister-y. Run, don't walk, away from this plumbing company.

Choice Home Warranty selected these people to inspect and possibly repair a leak coming through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. He convinced us (and the warranty company who pays him for this) to let him drill holes in our ceiling to look for the leak. He never turned any water on in the bathroom and stated he needed to put more holes in the ceiling to look for leaks. I told him to leave. After I hired another plumber (on my own dime) to come after him, they found the problems, fixed what they could and communicated what was needed to resolve it. (It was pretty obvious once they started turning things on. Amazing!)

Later, my water heater started dying and they sent the same crook again. He told me it would cost me over $2500 with my warranty to replace my water heater! I told him to get out of my house. And I told CHW never to send this individual to my home again. They sent a plumber that could actually figure things out and got my repairs approved for less than half the cost.

The takeaway: these are no and low-skilled people looking to take advantage of Home Warranty work and those gullible enough to pay for it. If they get scheduled to come to your house, do yourself a favor and don't let them in. There are plenty of reputable plumbers in the area - stick with them.

I came to use this company through my homeowners insurance.   They were very helpful and friendly.   They worked with my homeowners warranty to help keep my costs down.   They showed up within the agreed upon time frame and even went out of their way to get my water to my house back on as soon as possible.  Thank you to Roger, he went out of his way to help reduce my costs.   The original estimate just to find the leak (which sounded like it was under the house) was a minimum of approximately $1200.  The final cost included digging large holes AND the repairs was only $720.  I would have liked the HOW people to have paid more than they did,  but was extremely grateful for Roger's assistance, concern for us and how thoroughly he explained everything along the way.   I will certainly call him for future needs.  Thanks.

Having been a retailer, and knowing full well how detrimental a bad review on Yelp can be, I really make a concerted effort not to write bad reviews... ESPECIALLY before a company has a chance to rectify a mistake, but after the experience that I've had with this company, I am blown away by their lack of regard for their reputation & others should know about it.

Two months ago I made a claim to my warranty company about a leak on my porch. A Snap was sent out by choice home warranty to come assess the problem and fix it. Roger was perfectly lovely, very friendly & he determined that the source of the leak was the toilet from the powder room. He believed that when the floor was installed, it wasn't done. We bought the house in April, but as far as I know, the tile floor is  original to the house, but he seemed competent- & I figured he knew best- & maybe it just wore down over time- even if his flooring hypothesis was off.

So he came back a couple days later to install a new wax seal ring. We then had a dry spell for a while & the leak seemed to have been fixed until It started again- prob 2 weeks after the 30 day complaint/work guarantee ended; yet this time, it was worse w/the salt built up to the point where it looked like I could make several snowballs.

it just so happened, a friend was over a few days after the leak restarted & asked me about a door on the back of the house. When I opened it, it was immediately obvious to us that the leak was coming from the water heater since it was housed behind that door which  butts up to the bathroom that Roger had worked on.

Due to the nature of the water under the heater & the nature of the water on the porch (laced w/salt from the softener) it's obvious that the leak was clearly coming from the heater & not the toilet.

That means when Roger took the toilet off he must've seen that it was just fine yet charged me anyway to replace the wax ring (though he said he put one on top of the other which now I know is so wrong). I went back-and-forth w/ choice home warranty because I don't believe I should have to pay for a second house call when the problem was misdiagnosed from the beginning and they said ASnap determines whether they'll waive the service call. .

After a couple of weeks of back and forths, I finally found a warrantee associate w/some common sense, so we opened a new ticket & waited for a snap to take the job hoping that they would rectify and stand by their work.

They eventually picked up the job & scheduled to come out on Friday12/4 & gave me a window of all day long from 10 to 5. I got a call at 4:30 saying that the plumber was an hour out and can he still come?. I had plans that night so I said let's reschedule for Monday & Norma from the office, said no problem & asked for the same window. I said that's fine, but can you please text me when you have a general idea after you've assigned your morning route so I can have an idea about my day, and she said absolutely. Great.

I asked her if she knew why they were coming out again & she said no- you called previously for the toilet.  I said no- I never called for a toilet- I called for water on my porch and y'all were supposed to figure out where its coming from- it was Roger who determined it was the toilet- so I don't expect to be charged for a service call since you're coming for the same problem; the leak is back & I know why.  She then started shuffling papers, denying this was the same problem & telling me that they didn't come out for the water heater & I said, I know; you were supposed to come out to figure out what the leak was & the problem was misdiagnosed & now there was work done on the toilet for nothing (after reading the previous reviews; who knows if he even did anything since its a tiny bathroom, he had a helper,so I couldn't witness any of it). I continued & said So this is a call for you to fix what was never fixed.

That's when she started getting ornery & her friendly tone changed quite dramatically. We spent a good 20 minutes going back-&-forth as to why they should be standing by their work & that I was giving them a chance to do exactly that. I specifically said to her, this is not customer service, & in the days of Yelp, I would imagine you would want to stand by your work & fix what you were supposed to in the first place. I'm giving you an opportunity to do just that  NO SUCH LUCK. It is now 4:40 on the discussed Monday & I still haven't heard from Norma.

I will be filing a formal complaint w/Choice as well as the BBB. Clearly, they should no longer be part of their network & I would encourage anyone to use someone else. All Roger needed to do is walk around the corner of the house to investigate the water heater room and he would've seen rust on the bottom of it and salty water puddles below. Pretty basic. If it blows before it can get fixed, or mold ensued w/in the walls,  I'll be contacting my attorney. Horrible!

It always blows me away when someone is extremely rude  when they drive around with all of their contact information on their vehicles and bold advertising all over the thing. The complete maniac who was driving their work truck was not only highly dangerous, but really didn't give a rip about all the other drivers as he aggressively cut off other drivers to make it to his lunch stop. That told me all that I needed to know about this company: NEVER do business with someone who doesn't care what happens when you don't notice. I could just imagine the quality of the work from someone with that type of care.

In April 2020, I had a new 50-gallon electric water heater installed to my home and the necessary upgrades I needed, which cost a total of $2,547 before tax. During the weekend, I was about to do my quarterly maintenance flush of the water heater until I found that I can't connect a hose. The company installed the water heater and the drip pan in which a way that you cannot secure a hose. I contacted the company, thinking that they would fix the problem they caused, and told me that they wanted to charge me $85 because it was past my 30-day labor warranty. What kind of crappy customer service is this? This subtle placement was probably purposely done so that a customer will have to call back and get charged. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but a supervisor was not available because they were out of the office. I will update my review based on how fast the supervisor calls me back and resolved the issue. So far, I don't have any confidence that they will take on responsibility for placing the water heater and drip pan.

**Update**

The supervisor never called me back after calling them back several times with the supervisor still not available. I'm not surprised based on the other reviews I have seen. You can differently tell by the demeanor over the phone of the lady who answered the phone that they were not going to go out of their way to address my issue. Whoever is the owner of this company probably doesn't care about the customer experience. I will continue to provide updates.

A snap plumbing  is the absolute worse ! Norma office person is rude , doesn't know anything but yet expects to get paid insanely high amounts with no valid invoice or explanation  that makes any sense .2 mths ago These  scam artists were sent out by Choice warranty company to fix a plumbing issue we have .We paid them 2,000 for work that should cost no more then 500 bucks .When this Norma demanded we pay 70 %dep  down like 12,000 with no valid explanation or invoice .To complete the work. That was it , canceled there services & Choice warranty as well . On top of all that they have the nerve to send a final Fraudulent insanely high invoice  that' included a 500 charge for  a one page invoice they typed up for our insurance company .I would not recommend this company .They  are a bunch of crooks and liars .

Be careful in dealing with this outfit. I was to have a leak repaired through Choice Home Warranty. Choice contracted with A Snap and Choice sent me an e-mail stating my window was from 11 to 3. A Snap sent me an e-mail stating the window was 9 to 3. I waited until 3:30 with no technician. I called A Snap and they said the technician was on his 3rd call and I was number 5.I cancelled the service and am going to request that Choice find another reputable contractor.

This company is awful and I do not recommend them to anyone. They missed their appointment, but did not call to let us know. (It was from 9-3) When we called to ask if they could come out, they said they would come at 4p, but never showed or called. We finally got the company out at the next day. They quoted me $185 verbally for a main water line repair (just sch 40 PVC), parts are very cheap so this is mainly labor- which we understand. Then later claimed the repair would be $590, because they were going to use an expensive mechanical joint and not a cheap PVC coupling. They claimed to spend hours calling around town and finally found the part, when they returned with the part it would not fit. This is their mistake and I should have to pay for a part that they did not use. 2.5 hours later, while 2 techs just sat on the ground waiting for their boss to return with the WRONG part. My husband dug an approximately 5' long and 1' wide hole for the plumbers to easily work on the pipe, they did no digging. We were told they would backfill the hole, but they left and did not do so. They charged our card $590 WITHOUT prior approval, WITHOUT an itemized proposal or receipt and without permission. This was all for approximately 18 of 1.5 sch 40 PVC and a $6 pvc coupling from Lowe's/Home Deopt. We could have done this repair ourselves, using the exact same material, but did not because we wanted a more permanent and professional repair. Upon calling to discuss a partial refund, at least to the original verbal quote of $185 we were denied and met with an unprofessional tone. This company is immoral, unethical and did not provide any services we could not have done ourself. They saw a nice neighborhood, a big house and overcharged. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My 9 year old son could have completed the repair they did With $30 worth of PVC and NSF Primer glue. Complete rip off.

This is the worst experience I have had with a plumbing company! They came out FIVE (5) times and my toilet is still leaking.  When I called the receptionist, she said I would need to call my Home Warranty company, to reinitiate a claim because I surpassed the 30 days by 3 days! The owner is very unprofessional and refused to fix the leak at the base of the toilet (which they caused) until the warranty company approved the cost increase.  I had to send them a video of their faulty work before they came back out to fix their mess! Stay away from this company, they should not be in business!

My home warranty company sent A Snap to look at my faulty water heater. They sent two kids who inspected it and told me I needed a replacement.  They submitted to CWH that they needed $815 for modifications to install my new WH. I reluctantly agreed, but called the company I needed an itemized list of the modifications required (I knew they only needed to new sharkbite flexible lines and to hook up the pressure relief overflow line). I also told them they would need to pull a permit from the City and I expected them to math the pressure in the expansion tank to match my pressure in the lines.  Unbeknownst to menA Snap called the warranty company and told them they were not comfortable doing the work.  They never called me or let me know of their discomfort .  I had to start all over again with a new company and my family has been without hot water for a week now. Read the other reviews and better business bureau reviews.  This company are scam artists! Never use them.  I also found out this same scenario happened to a friend if mine with the same outcome.  They need their license revoked.

Beware!! I had to use this company as they were contracted through our management group. They were scheduled to show up Monday, after taking off work no one showed all day. Again the same with Tuesday NO ONE SHOWED UP!! They finally showed up Wednesday at 1230 instead of 9am like scheduled. Once they completed the job they were supposed to come back after the flooring people finished my floors to replace the toilet and fill the hole in the wall. We were scheduled for Sunday no one showed Sunday no one showed Monday and no one showed Tuesday. Our office manager was unable to get in touch with them and when they did answer they would tell her they were on the way but yet again no one showed. A very unreliable company I would not waste your money!!!

Horrible, horrible service.  Sent via my home warranty company.  Was suppose to Arrive between 10-12.  Did not show up till late afternoon.  Identified problem.  Said they would call my insurance.  I called myself and did a conference call between insurance and company receptionist.  Approval was given.  Receptionist said they would be out the following day.  No one showed up until late afternoon after numerous calls.  The owner Roger came out, did the exact same inspection as the 2 guys the day prior and came to he same conclusion.  Said he could not do anything for a week.  I explained I had a visible water leak so that would not work.  He quoted me almost 1000.00 dollars and said if I removed the vanity, cut the drywall and exposed the plumbing, he would send 2 guys out on Friday afternoon to cap the leak.

Friday - no guys.  No one answered my calls, returned voicemails or any type of communication.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm only giving 1 star because Yelp is making me.

Add me to the list of greatly disappointed potential customer. Choice warranty had A Snap come out Saturday to check out my leaking water heater. Invoice written with several additional items being required. No dollar amount associated with the items so I figured it was covered by Choice.  Oh no. Choice approved the water heater replacement but not the additional charges calculated by A Snap of $890.  370 to modify water lines for new heater found heater with same exact dimensions so no need for this charge. $160 to replace drain pan. Home depot had same as original for $10. $100 for temp adjustment and pressure check. To set temp on heater? He already checked pressure on his visit.  Tried to talk to office manager and she kept saying 'google' it. No need to. Cancelled A Snap job and also cancelled Choice. It's apparent they don't check reviews of the companies they contract with.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I had A Snap do some work for us and everything went ok but when the tech setup everything the water pressure was too low to the point our sprinkler system did not come on and he lowered the hot water temp to the point hot water was off in the middle of a quick shower. When I called to have the items recalibrated I was told we can't come out until Monday. So another weekend without hot water. Gotta love the standing behind their work. We will never use A Snap ever again stay away!!!

Like others our home warranty sent this company to our home.  Wish I would have read the reviews and requested someone else.  This company gave me a quote of $1075 to fix a pressure relief valve and add an expansion tank to bring the system up to code.  They told the warranty company it was going to cost $1600+.  Big difference in price.  When I found out I am not in city limits and I do not have to add an expansion take to be up to code they refused to come make the repair unless we were willing to pay all that extra and wasted money. They lied to me over the phone saying the code enforcement told them we needed it and that is simply not true.  They are a bunch of fast talkers looking to take you for every penny you are willing to spend. Stay far away from this company they are crooks

I had to use this company as part of my home warranty policy. They were very difficult to reach by phone, and when my husband wanted to pay out of pocket for a larger replacement water heater, they brought the same size heater and still wanted to up charge us. They also charged us out of pocket for upgrades because the previous water heater from 9 years ago was out of date. We went days with no hot water after they diagnosed the problem due to our inability to reach them. I guess I was spoiled by our plumber from our old hometown who returned phone calls. The sad thing is that since we are new to San Antonio, if they had been up front with us and returned our calls promptly, we probably would have found our new plumber. Not this time.

I used A Snap Plumbing after I refused to allow my home warranty company to send Zeus Plumbing back to my home. If I could write a separate review for their office manager, Norma, I would. Norma is such a pleasant and competent person to work with. In an ideal world, every office manager would be like Norma. Initially my home warranty company refused to cover the repair, so I paid for the repair in cash (several hundred dollars). Norma worked with my warranty company FOR WEEKS, but she got them to recover the repair and A Snap Plumping reimbursed me. I won't be using a home warranty company anymore, but I will definitely use A Snap Plumbing.

I was really happy with this company.  They were referred as part of my home warranty.  Of all the companies I've used through the warranty, this one was the best.  Both the office staff and technicians were very courteous and friendly.  They felt trustworthy and I was extremely happy with the hot water installations they did.  The work was clean and looked great.  I had one small scheduling issue, but when I called them they fixed it immediately and still came out the same day.  I liked them so much that I'm hanging on to their number and will plan on using them for future plumbing issues, even after my home warranty expires.

My home warranty company sent A Snap to diagnose a tiny, visible pinhole leak in a copper refrigerator service line. It took them 3 days to show up, and when they finally did they recommended we run an entirely new water line from the main at a cost of $1,800. Of course our home warranty company wouldn't pay for this, and neither would I--all we needed was the leaking portion of the line cut out and a $4 compression coupling installed. We didn't even need extra copper line! I politely tried to explain this to 3-4 of A Snap's employees over the course of a 2 hour call and they stumbled all over one another claiming it was a code issue, or a misunderstanding by me, or a recommendation from the home warranty company, or basically just their company's practice to create a major job out of a minor problem. I found my own plumber and he fixed the issue properly in less than 20 minutes for less than my home warranty's service call fee. If you have money to burn and know absolutely nothing about plumbing, then A Snap will LOVE to have you as a customer. If you want someone reasonable and trustworthy, then keep on looking.

NOT A GOOD COMPANY
Our toilet is clogged so I called American Home Shield to request a plumber to come out and fix the problem. so they set up a-snap to come to my home. the technician that came out were named Rogers and klonder. we paid American Home Shield our 100.00 deductible. when the plumbers came out they said they had to charge us an additional $185.00 to remove the toilet and fix the problem. they said that that fee was to remove the toilet to snake the drain. American Home Shield called me and explained the situation. as much as I didn't agree with it, I needed my toilet unclogged. well they removed the toilet and snaked the drain, and but everything back together. well the toilet is still not flushing correctly. the waste does not go down. so I call American Home Shield to request a reorder. well roger call me and tells me that in order for them to come back to my house, it would cost me $191.00 out of pocket. I told him that I was not going to pay another fee. roger tell me that I need to call his boss. I told him that I already tried calling him and the number does not work. I told him that his boss need to call me. I told roger how unprofessional his boss was and that his company was a scam and that was going to let American Home Shield know what their practices were and how they scam people out of there money and I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Burial, Yelp, Google , and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. roger didn't care, he said that was fine. After googling them a Yelp page came up, and after reading thire reviews, people have experienced the same issue with them. they don't answer the phone, thire work practices are unprofessional, and they don't fix that's broken. they leave things half  ***** I do not recommend this company to anyone. this company is no good. and thire boss does not have the balls to call the clients him self.

You have to be kidding me.   This is the worst plumbing company I have ever seen.   Home warranty company sent them for a clogged drain.   They pulled out the dishwasher and found a drain that had no cap.  They said they would come back and put a cap on the hole and put the dishwasher back in the cabinet.   4 weeks later, they still have not come back to cap the drain hole or replace the dishwasher into the hole.   They keep bitching about their $45.00 service fee and who is going to pay it.    The Home warranty company should not use this plumber whatsoever.    OMG!     I don't know what to do really.    I told them I would give them their stupid $45.00 when they get back here and finish the job.  Their business is not to do the job and get paid by the warranty company.   Sheesh!

They broke my water heater, shorted an electrical breaker, fried my heating elements, and then lied about flushing it without offering to make it right. I can't believe how crooked this company is. Run away as fast as you can or you'll have to bring them so small claims court after they cause damage to your house. I hired them simply to replace a drainage pan, install a drain line, insulate pipes, and flush the heater. Prior to them performing the work, I have proof the water heater was functional from several sources including a professional home inspector. After they left, did I even have power or hot water? NOPE. I asked them to come back and inspect. They blamed it on me! What was their next course of action? They wanted to charge me a trip fee and told me to call an electrician! I had the breaker replaced and called another plumbing company who explained what happened. A Snap fired up my water heater without water in it. That shorted the electrical breaker and burned out the heating elements in my water heater. They also said there was still so much sediment in my water that the $129 vinegar flushing could not have possibly been performed. I had to spend another $700 for another company to replace the heating elements and an electrician to replace my breakers. I've contacted this company probably about 10 times now and the owner is refusing to make this right. If you get them assigned from your Home Warranty company ask for another one! RUN AWAY!

We had to have a snap plumbing come fix my hot water heater through my home warranty company. Let me tell you this all the bad reviews you read on here are true. Stay away from this company. My window to get unit fixed was 9-12 and I started calling the  dispatcher, Norma, at 11 to see when they were coming because of the reviews online I was worried about them not showing up. At 11 she told me they'll be done with there job in 30-40 mins then heading to you. I heard this lie 3-4 times till 345 when they were finally on there way. Finally showed up at 420. When the technician Rodger showed up there was not one I'm sorry or excuse after I told him he needed to apologize he stated it was the dispatchers responsible to apologize to me not his. I've told my home warranty company to make sure never to schedule them for my home again. This company needs to learn the art of time management and customer service.

Our home warranty company called A-Snap on Monday evening and they said they'd be out Tuesday between 1-4pm.  They never called or showed up!  I called A-Snap at 4:30 to find out where they were?? Got a voicemail.  They called me at 7pm to say they got stuck at another job and would be out the following day. The next day, they were supposed to be at my house between 9 AM and noon. They called me at 11 o'clock to tell me they were on there way and again an hour later to say they were lost. My address is in GPS?!?  When they finally showed up, they ran an auger through the line and left within 30 minutes.  I missed two days of work and the problem didn't go away. So, they came back two days ago... 30 minutes with a tiny auger. Same problem within an hour... Called my warranty company and asked to be re-assigned another plumber.  Thank God San Antonio Plumbing came this morning (on time)!  They brought out a huge machine, ran a camera through and found the problem... tree debris near the street in the pipes.  Fixed and good as new!  Stay AWAY from A-Snap.. I even asked them to run a camera through and the technician said it wasn't covered under my warranty - they were in a hurry.  Horrible...

Just had a water heater installed and this company jumped through ever hoop to accommodate us...from rescheduling the install to the morning because we were leaving town to taking off a line item that really wasn't necessary (their suggestion)...we have friends in the business who said they gave us top of the line heater and fixed things for a lot less than expected. American Home Shield sent them to us and we couldn't be more pleased with the price and service. Feel confident in calling them! Thanks Norma, Juan, and Angel!

This company came to repair a water leak in my wall. They had a full day of repairs scheduled, yet they were able to fit me in the same day. I was told the technicians would arrive around 12:00 noon. They arrived at 12:05pm. I was very impressed with both Norma and Roger at the office. They handled my request so efficiently. Juan is the plumber who repaired the leak and he did so in 30 minutes. He even went above and beyond to test our water pressure and advise us on it. I was able to get this scary issue taken care of over the course of my lunch break! I can tell that this company aims to please. I am very happy with the service I received from them.

1 star is to much!!! I have a home warranty insurance. They contracted A-Snap on 22 June 2015. The owner, Roger and his helper Juan came out. They wrote down all the issues we were having (leaking shower in wall, leaking masterbath sink, kitchen valve broken, and water heater making a loud noise and lacking hot water) to submit to the insurance company. ALL issues were approved on Wednesday morning 24 June 2015. A-Snap called us to say they were getting the parts and would make there way out. No one came Wednesday. We called and Norma said for sure Thursday 25 June 2015 after 11a.m.. Thursday afternoon, nothing. Norma said the guys wont pick up the phone and she was get fustrated. So another day came and went. Now, today Friday 26 June 2015, the owner Roger SAID he was leaving the shop and would be out in about 40 mins. (That was 11:30am). At 2:00pm Roger called to say he had other jobs that came first and when I called him out on it he got defensive and concelled the job telling he would have Norma find me another plumber!! I have disable mother that NEEDS the shower fixed and they knew that!!! But Roger got on some power trip and canceled a contract.  So now 5 days that I have not able to give my disable mother a proper bath because A-Snap and the owner want be an A$$!! Stay away!!! Or if you like get poke in the you know where, then call these guys so they help you with that!!

A Snap came to my home after a claim was submitted through my home warranty company.  they initially came on 6 July 2017 because two of my toilets were not flushing properly.  After their visit, we realized the toilets still took 3-4 flushes to get everything down and even after that, after a #2, it still took several flushes.  The home warranty company sent them back on 13 July 2017 and the second plumber discovered that the first plumber had put something on backwards on the downstairs toilet.  He made some adjustments and told my husband that the problem was solved and that you just have to hold the handle down to get a good flush.  I have 4 toilets in my home and I have been around toilets my whole life.  YOU DO NO T HAVE TO HOLD A HANDLE ON A TOILET DOWN TO GET A GOOD FLUSH.  So, should I put a sign up for company that says to hold the handle down....or just let someone go in the bathroom and have to stay and flush 4 or more times and feel embarrassed when they come out?   I'm not a plumber but I can clearly see that there is something happening with the water pressure.  Not sure why their plumbers are not competent enough to fix the issue but I had to call the home warranty company back and now they are sending another plumbing company because A Snap said that there isn't an issue....If your home warranty company assigns them to you, tell them you want someone else.

If I could give zero stars I would!! DO NOT use A-Snap plumbing! We were assigned this company by American Home Shield and they are trying to rip us off! They came out Wednesday and told us we needed a new water heater. They were here for less than 10 minutes. They said that it would be called into American Home Shield on Wednesday and they'd call us on Friday. Friday I hadn't heard from them and so I called AHS. It had not been called in. AHS called them and got them to submit the work order. I waited a few hours and STILL heard nothing from them. So I called back and was informed that they were going to charge us $1000 above what AHS covered to install. I asked for an itemized list of charges and they didn't have one. I was told it would be emailed to me by 10am Saturday. It was not. I called AHS and got a list of the things the want to charge me for. They are charging 5 times the cost for the parts they say we need. All things that are not necessary, and do not need to be replaced. I asked to speak to the owner and have still heard nothing! This company is a piece of crap and will try to screw you over!

We've had them out on 2 occasions to fix leaks in two of the showers in our house, both times the guys were on time and very professional. Great service, they were able to actually fix the problems two other plumbing companies just glossed over. I would recommend them without hesitation

I have a guaranty with old republic and my house had a problem of low pressure in the water line when I asked for the service they sent a-snap to do the service but they  do not install a new pressure valve they only change the valve for another old one and they take the bronze connections and cut off valve that was in good conditions and install a broke cut  valve, very old galvanized connectors  and the pressure valve was installed in the reverse direction so instead fix the low pressure problem they leave a  water  leak. when I call to do the claim they send another tech and toll me that this is new service not covered by the insurance. so I contact with another plumbing service to fix the problem and they found that the pressure valve was in wrong direction and the cut valve was old and broke and they only aptly some Teflon to plug the crack.
don't do any business with this company.
