Ethan who came to give us an estimate is a really nice technician. His supervisor is also really nice and they get 5 stars from me for customer service. They are responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn't end up hiring them for price reasons but they still deserve 5 stars. I was very impressed with their level of customer service, rare to see in this field.

They called me once and rescheduled my time, pushed it back further i told them never mind since i have been waiting, the following day they scheduled me again and i got re scheduled due to over flow, who ever is in charge if scheduling needs better training because i did not end up going with them having to wait, For no one to show up.

Great friendly staff but way over priced. It was just a facet replacement and under the sink small pipe installation. Unfortunately I couldn't afford them for an even bigger job which I actually had. Regardless their staff is professional and friendly.TIP: buy the parts before calling them. This will save you money because they will charge you to get them.

got an estimate to replace walk in shower filter today. $510.00. Outrageous. The filter cost around $ 40.00. Complete job should take about 20 minutes. They wanted around $470.00 for labor. I will never call them again for anything. I had to pay them $55.00 for coming out to tell me the outrageous price for doing a simple job. Changing a water filter should not cost a arm and a leg. Wont ever call them again. What would they charge for a complicated job?

Great service but UNBELIEVABLY EXPENSIVE pricing!! They quoted me $975 to replace 6 angle valves (angle valves cost $8.99)

Shamelessly overpriced.  I needed a new shut-off valve under my sink.  It's a one hour job I could do myself but I'm getting old and laying under a sink isn't comfortable any longer, so I thought I'd just pay for this quicky task.  They quoted me over $500.  They must really think everyone is an ignorant dummy.  The poor tech they sent seemed embarrassed to even tell me what his boss told him to quote.  Shame on giving plumbers a worse name than they already have.  See reviews by Jesse B.,Steven R., and J. M.  Better to take their reviews to heart.  They seem to understand.   Hope this review saves someone the aggravation, wasted time, and lots of money.

Way over priced.$400 for tightening a wobbly toilet and replaced wax ring.  Since they were here we had them replace a sink faucet that we had already purchased which added $300 to the $400.  I unexpectedly had to be out of town when they came. I feel like they took advantage of the person who was at the house. They also sold us their $99 service agreement, which I guess saved us some money. I'm sure the plumber got a good commission off of us.

We had water backup in our laundry room. We called Bluefrog based on recommendation from Angies List. They charge $500 to snake the line. However due to piping damage they could not snake the line and informed us we would need new drainage throughout the house. The total for the job was over $40K. I gotta say the plumbers and workers were great. The office is really confused. I asked to pay with a cashiers check and they approved and then put my credit through anyway even though we agreed I would pay directly. Then the original check for the snaking should have been voided. After 3 months we get an email saying they messed up and never deposited the $500 check and they would be depositing it now. We called and spoke with the manger and he apologized for the confusion and the check was destroyed. It was more the inconvenience and annoyance. That would not really be enough to lose a star, but the fact that they charged my credit at least a week before the job was finished and then for the next 3 days no one came to finish gave me lots of additional stress thinking they had their money and wouldn't be back. They did come back the next week but they should not have charged us until the job was complete.

Terrible experience. I set up a plumbing inspection at a home I was purchasing. They could only give me a 4 hour window (from 1 to 5) in a few days. Fine. I explained that I had limited access to the house because I had to coordinate with realtors, and that I was in a short option window to get all of the inspections done. I stressed the importance of this inspection and asked they please get there as close to 1 as possible. One pm rolls around, my realtor and I are waiting, no one is there. I call and request an eta. They can't give me one. I wait until 2 and call again. Still no eta. Four pm, same story. At 5, they tell me they can't make it. I sat in my vehicle outside the house for FOUR HOURS for nothing.

To install a t-fitting $10 dollar part they wanted to charge me $1,450 in labor. They are crazy to think someone is going to pay that much that according to their service guy would take no more than 30 minutes to complete. Even had to pay them $77.00 for their trip out. Avoid this company at all cost.

Matt Harrington came to my home to check on a leak and he follow covid protocol. He also check which I though it was a broken pipe end up been something smaller and he was very good on trying to make sure I wouldn't spend much if not needed. They also recommend me another company that help me with other repairs at very fair price. I definitely recommend Blue frog... hopefully I don't need you guys again but if I do I would call them. I called other companies and their service fee was outrageous! $165 just to come check but this company was very fair on price.

I had an emergency today when the water line to the refrigerator broke. I had never used these plumbers before but called them. They were very quick to respond. Matt wore a mask which is VERY important, and he also put on booties over his shoes which was respectful of the house. He fixed the problem within three minutes and stayed to make sure that it was thoroughly repaired. I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs!

I have used Bluefrog several times.  Always a quick response, and they get the plumbing issue resolved in a timely manner.   Mark and his staff are professions.   Carlos and Hector just installed a new whole house RO and water softening system and my wife and I could not be more pleased.   Bluefrog Plumbing is awesome.

I had a clog in the master shower and tub. It had plagued me for years. Chemicals were not doing the trick. I called Blue Frog and they sent out Clinton. He was awesome. He used a camera and found ROCKS in my drain pipe!  Used the camera to push them out and now it drains perfectly. These guys know what they are doing. Thanks so much!

Cory came out after hours and fixed a leak in our back yard faucet in no time. Great service and great attitude. Appreciate the service call and we'll definitely call Bluefrog for any of our plumbing needs.

Wow, I am in shocked, I am just learning this company is taking advantage of the storm freeze. They are very misleading, they are making people paying $199 extra, they are forcing people to buy their membership package for $199 without the customer knowing it. Be very aware. I am a very trust worthy person. I trusted them and I paid an extra $199. They said it was part of the service but now doing a little extra research they charged me for a membership that I was NOT even aware I was paying for. The operator that answers the phone is giving wrong information and she is not customer friendly at all. They scheduled me for seven pm yesterday and they showed up until. 8:30 pm or so. They are taking  advantage of the freeze storm we had and making up lies to charge customers more. This is VERY unethical. This needs to stop and people need to be aware of what this company is doing. I been calling them and they are not answering. Due to weather we are experiencing extra volume of call please leave a massage this is what I am getting now. If they don't answer I will put in a fraud claim with my bank and call corporate. This is not good business etiquette. I feel defrauded.

These people are crooks and make sure you stay as far away from them as possible.  I had Bluefrog come out for a leaking pipe above my kitchen sink.  They showed up with a restoration company which was totally separate from them and provided their own invoice.  Two plumbers stood there and watched while the restoration company cut the sheetrock to expose the pipe.  When the pipe was exposed it took the plumbers about five minutes to fix it.  The plumbers were there for less than an hour.  And their charge for less than an hour of standing there and five minutes of actual work?  $1,362.00.  I have since consulted with other plumbers on my neighborhood bulletin board NextDoor and they all said that I really got ripped off and even half of what Bluefrog charged would have been very excessive.  So Bluefrog obviously took full advantage of an emergency situation to rip me off to the greatest extent possible.  Whatever you do, please make a note and make sure you never call these crooks for anything.

2 weeks after the big freeze of February, a flood stop alarm for my water heater went off and alerted me to a leak. The leak wasn't coming from the water heater actually, but from a pipe behind it in the wall and the water, fortunately, leaked into the containment pan that the water heater sits in and where the flood stop sensor is. It was a  Saturday morning, never the best time to get a plumber, and since I already knew that every decent plumber in the city was booked up for days or weeks in advance (due to the ice & snow storms), I searched on line for an emergency plumber. Bluefrog had the best ratings of any service I could find and I was able to book an appointment for 2 days later, on the following Monday, which I considered very good fortune. Monday morning Clinton promptly arrived in very good, friendly spirits, and proceeded to look at the issue. He did an excellent job, maintained the best, most respective and friendly disposition, and was very forthcoming in explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I like to learn so I drank it all in and he went above and beyond in explaining things to me. I learned a lot, much of which will be useful in the future as I keep on the look-out for potential problems down the road. He also took care of a slow leaking faucet outside. I chose to join the 5 year membership because that's a good value and it gave me a discount on the charge for his services. But this is not a discount plumbing service - it's a premium service. It's probably the most expensive plumbing company I've ever hired but after all the issues of the past month, the fact that they came out quickly and Clinton's nature was so good, and the fact that the amount of the charge was doable for me, I didn't hesitate to go ahead with them. As I say, if you want the least expensive work done, this is very probably not the company for you. But when he was done, I felt that every penny I spent was worth it - because the service was first rate, his skill was excellent, the equipment he had at his disposal was top of the line, and the education I got was a great benefit. In addition, Clinton explained a lot that can help me have a better consistent maintenance of things which could save me a lot of money in the long run. This was definitely a case where you get what you pay for. I did, and I have no doubt I will continue to get the best service from Bluefrog over the next 5 years of service. I'd hire them again without a second's hesitation.

I had a water heater that broke and was spilling water out of the attic.  I called Bluefrog and they were at my house within 45 minutes on a Friday night.  Roberto was the technician who showed up.  He was professional and gave me all my options. There was no pressure or upsale which I was appreciative of at the time.  I decided to have them replace my unit and I couldn't be happier with the job Roberto and Bluefrog did for me.  Roberto went above and beyond in his service.  I would use them again for any plumbing needs I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch plumbing company at a fair price.

This is the 2nd time Bluefrog came to our rescue.  The first time we needed them, our shower sprung a leak and my husband had just gotten home from the hospital so he couldn't fix it himself.  This time, we sprung a leak under the house.  Both times, Bluefrog was quick to respond and this time they even sent a photo of the technician who'd be coming to our house before he arrived.  Mike provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done, offered to price match if we had gotten other bids and credited the service call.  We felt the pricing was fair so he called for a helper and they went straight to work.  They were both professional and thorough.  We'd wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to a friend.

After having another company come out to assess my Mother's sewer line issue, I decided to go in search of another company with superb reviews.  Clinton with Bluefrog came out the very next day as per my request to coordinate with my work schedule.  He was extremely professional and pleasant.  I described to him what the other company assessed and told him that I'd like a camera inspection and his assessment.  He did just that promptly and efficiently.  He showed the break in the line to me and educated me on the belly and the reason for some water collection near the break.  He performed the inspection with me right there and answered all of my questions.  He then provided an estimate for a spot repair and also an entire replacement.  While Bluefrog was a bit more than the other company who initially quoted, Bluefrog has ensured that they will use top of the line PVC and also provide a 10 year warranty.  Also, we positively liked Clinton.  We trust him and the company.  I have called this morning to schedule the repair with Bluefrog.  We are confident we've made the right choice.  I'll come back on and write a review after the repair is completed! So far, we couldn't be more pleased with Bluefrog and Clinton!
