I am a master plumber with 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential plumbing. I began plumbing at 21 as a way to provide for my family. I quickly learned that I could turn this trade into a career. I moved to the Austin area in 2003 and continued to learn the trade. I opened Stellar Plumbing in 2007 with the intent to provide quality workmanship at reasonable prices. Honesty and courtesy are the core of this company.

Update:
My father needed a hose replaced on water heater and Stellar came out-15 mins later fixed and the owner, Eligo?, stayed for coffee and banana nut bread when mom offered. Nice to see customer service isn't dead.
Our kitchen and garage sinks clogged yesterday afternoon. I texted Stellar Plumbing immediately and was told they could definitely take care of the problem and to call in the morning. I did and less than an hour after my call I had someone here to take care of the problem. They were professional, kind, and fast. I felt comfortable having them in my home. Pricing was VERY reasonable and work was completed perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Not so stellar customer service. I called and spoke to a gentleman and he seemed too busy, just said text me a picture, so I did. Unfortunately, I never received a call back for my inquiry on a busted faucet bib on my house after the freeze.

Eligio accommodated our emergency situation to resolve a sewer pipe leak issue as soon as possible. The job was well done and he charged me only for the hours and the parts. This was way cheaper than any other plumber in the market. I feel very happy to write this review and the fact that I can trust him.

I tried to get multiple quotes and they all came to about 2000 dollars or so. There was a lot of upselling as well - clarke kent plumbing said they don't charge for giving a quote, but the guy who came to my place looked at the situation and said that he had to move some rocks to give a quote and charged me a lot of money just for that.
Eligio was friendly and provided great service. He unclogged my drain. Cleaned up the work area and billed me at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service.

We had a water pipe burst under the house causing a minor flood in the bathroom, kitchen, and part of the dining room. The insurance got an estimate from a plumbing company provided by our insurance. We asked Stellar to come out to do the work and it turned out the broken pipe was twice as far under the house than the insurance plumber estimate. The Stellar employee was courteous and worked very hard during some harsh weather conditions, digging every day until he found the problem. We live over an hour away from Stellar's location and they still came out! We will go to Stellar for any other plumbing needs...like the bathroom I want to redecorate! ;)

Not stellar service!! I called last week to set service for today (Thursday) . I called yesterday to confirm. They were supposed to show up here mid morning. I got a call at 11 am saying they were not able to come after all, and could not reschedule me till sometime late next week. I have a contractor crew here trying to finish up my remodeling job. I needed 3 sink hook ups ,one a new pedestal sink, a toilet reset, and a tub shower combo guts replaced. My project was set to wrap up Monday, and now I am left out in the cold Time is money here, tick tock. This will set all my other service providers behind. I used Eligio several years ago for a few small jobs and thought he was reliable and did quality work. I guess he has just gotten too busy to maintain his previous good record. We own a shopping center and other rental properties, and will share this input with fellow investors to avoid this establishment in the future. Shame on you!!

We had Eligio out in February to replace an outdoor spigot that was leaking. The builder had installed it so that there was no easy access -- the wall had to be opened up. Eligio replaced it in a shorter time than planned and very much under our expected budget. He is thorough and a great guy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
My hot water heater wasn't working, called a competitor that never showed up on a Wednesday. Called Stellar at 7am Thursday and by 7:30am Eligio was able to let me know that my water heater parts were covered under warranty and we were able to schedule same day. He provided a good explanation of what happened and what to expect in the future. He was ON TIME and had good customer service which is huge in my book. I will continue to use and refer plumbing services to Stellar Plumbing.
It's always a blessing to find a plumber who can tackle the big projects like a new water heater and still have time to come fix our garbage disposal. Grateful to have met Eligio! He helped us with our hot water heater and will be installing a new water softener including two new toilets.
The company responded quickly to my call with a quote and the service was scheduled and completed in a quick and very efficient manner. The service technician/plumber (Abel) was professional and did the job in record time. I was very pleased with the service and best of all, they had the lowest price of all the plumbing services I contacted.
We recently used Eligio to fix a burst water heater pipe - and we found his service to be wonderful. We had returned from vacation to find flooding due to the burst pipe and called him. Even though he was on a job, and couldn't make it in immediately, he walked us through over the phone to shut the water off and also sent one of his assistants to check. He then came promptly the next morning to replace the pipe. A week later, when he replaced our water heater, and when we had issues with not getting hot water in the kitchen, he came back again to check and fix. In all our encounters with him, we found him to be not only responsive (he answers the phone every time you call!), professional, reasonable with price, but, also very empathetic and caring about our unfortunate situation. We recommend him highly.
This is my second time using Eligio and Abel. They were able to come quickly, as it was urgent, and we're very affordable. They are cool guys and I'm glad they were able to help.
These guys are great! I called them out to repair some dubious gas pipe additions the previous owners had installed. Abel was very responsive and even came out late from the other side of Austin to remove the pipe. He explained the whole process and checked to make sure everything else was also up to code. Plus, I had just had a new dishwasher and stove delivered and he installed that too. What's more, these guys came out a second time to uninstall the damaged stove Lowe's had delivered free of charge. I can't recommend Stellar plumbing enough; they are timely, professional, and very personable.
I emailed Eligio concerning a certain leak in our home, and he quickly got back to me saying that it sounded like an easy fix and would be less expensive to take care of it on my own. He went on to offer personal assistance over the phone. I haven't even done business with his company and received this level of customer service. So many other professionals in the Austin area would probably have just gone ahead and scheduled an appointment to make money. How refreshing. I'm impressed.

Awesome service! Awesome company! I was in a bind with a leaking ceiling and they came out right away even though they were on the other side of town. My water heater sprung a leak. I called several companies yesterday. Stellar's price was in line with what I expected to pay, and below several of the other quotes. They said they would come out at 1:00 today to fix my water heater, but... They were a little early! Not by much. But certainly not late. The guys got the old unit out and the new unit installed in record time. I took a hot shower at 3:30. They were polite, didn't mind talking to me while they worked. Overall, very courteous. I am quite impressed by them, and a very happy customer.
Stellar Plumbing was fantastic! They had to get a little clever to install the new modern vanity I ordered online. Another plumber told me they would have to cut into the wall and move the existing plumbing. No such thing! Stellar Plumbing got it done within a couple of hours and for only a fraction of the cost! Oh, and did I mention they showed up with 45 minutes of my call? Couldn't be any happier! :)
Back in August, 2016, Eligio installed water softner system and his employee took care of installing 3 bath faucets and a kitchen faucet. His prices are very competitive and service is excellent. Recently, I had to contact Eligio to look at the kitchen faucet that was installed by his staff which became very loose and he took care of the issue as it's within the one year warranty. I really wish it was done right at the first place but work is done by a human and since its impossible to be error-free so no big deal there. We will use his services again if needed.
We needed an outdoor faucet fixed quickly and I called Stellar Plumbing on a Tuesday. Eligio said he may not be able to make it out until Friday, but asked I send a picture to him so he could see the problem. He called me back, told me what was wrong and then said he'd stop by on his way in to his first job the next morning. They did a great job! Highly recommend Stellar Plumbing! As a side note, I did call a plumber before him and waited for a call back, I still haven't received a call. I won't name the company.

My husband and I are so very grateful for finding Eligo from Stellar Plumbing. We had no hot water and Eligo promptly came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He's a stand up guy who is fair, honest and reliable. He beats any price in town! We have found our new 'family plumber! We will use him again and highly recommend him. Called at 4:45 with problem after my boyfriend tried to fix shower faucet and it was still leaking. The owner of the company answered the phone and told us it sounded like a washer was in a bind. He said he was booked but would fit us in. However, he told us what to do to fix it and it worked! He could have said sure I'll come fix your minor problem and charge you but he didn't.

Great service and prompt response time. We thought we had an issue with our outdoor faucet. Stellar Plumbing came out promptly, accessed the situation, and did not upsell us.
Water heater went out this week. I called Eligio, and he was showed up the next day with the correct parts to get it going again. He was fast, fair and honest, and didn't try to add any unnecessary repairs. I would definitely call him agin for any plumbing issues!

I contacted Stellar Plumbing first because of their awesome reviews, and they did not disappoint! Eligio and Javier came out to our house to service our kitchen sink disposal, and also look at some water pressure issues we were having with our Jacuzzi tub and sinks in our master bath. They both were knowledgeable, professional, prompt and SO extremely nice! Great rates, great work done in a timely fashion - I would highly recommend Stellar Plumbing to anyone looking for exceptional plumbing work in the Austin / Round Rock area.
I contacted Eligio on a Saturday after discovering a water leak downstream of the city meter. He arranged to meet me on Monday afternoon to evaluate the situation and assess another repair inside the home that was needed. The following day, he and a helper were out there right on time. I went by the house and Eligio showed me the source of the leak and what he was changing/doing differently to ensure it did not happen again; very professional approach and excellent communicator. The second repair was inside and required cutting away sheet rock to gain access. I greatly appreciated that they only removed the minimum amount required to complete the project and were very protective of the new wood floors we installed. They were very efficient with their time and did a quality job. I will definitely call Stellar Plumbing again!
I always felt gouged by the plumber I was using so I looked on Yelp for someone new. Eligio had so many good reviews that I called him and he came out and did a great job installing new faucets in my bathroom. A month later he came out and changed the anal rod in my hot water heater, he is always on time, friendly and professional and although plumbing work isn't cheap I always felt like he charged a fair price and didn't do anything unecessary.

My water heater went out and I called several plumbers. Eligio was the most thorough when talking to me. He asked me to email him a couple of pictures so he can pick up the right parts prior to coming out. He showed up on time, finished on time, got the heater working and the actual price was $30 cheaper than what he had quoted. I will definitely use Eligio again.
