Gill Plumbing has handled for our family large jobs (replace sewer line to street, whole-house water softener) to medium (replace toilets) to small (stopped drains, faucets).

In every case, the repairs are done well with no back-and-forth, scope creep, confusion, or corrections. John Gill and his crew are experienced, skilled, honest, and careful. He comes when he says he will, keeps me apprised of progress, recommends options.

Pricing is midrange, and service is very responsive.

We had a leak coming from our shower down into the garage below. They were able to effectively inspect and diagnose the problem as well as explain what was happening. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Did not leave until they were confident in their work and we were satisfied. If we have another issue, we know who to call!

First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal. We recently called Gill Plumbing when our kitchen drain was getting clogged. John came out with his assistant. they did a very thorough inspection and found the root cause and fixed it. They were honest and took time to explain the issue. they actually let us see what was going on with the cameras. I highly recommend this company.

John was great. He was honest and gave us best case scenario vs worse case and the cost ranging for both. He provided us possible causes and what he would be checking for and solutions. We recently had a plumbing problem that was beyond my skill set. Called John in the morning and he was on site, as promised, at 1PM. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Easy as that. No mess. No fuss. No muss. Just fixed it.

His number is in my contact list for future use. After all, we have a 40 year old house. I expect future visits will be just as professional and satisfying as this one.
