Tri-Tek called me right away after I submitted the request. Still waiting on ARS to call me back. Lol
Tri-Tek showed up when he said he would and letme know when he was on his way.
They were very respectful, reasonably priced too.
Fixed a leak under the sink.

We called Tommy to come out to work on a gas line in our fireplace and he fit us in the next day. He was on time and was so nice. His knowledge and experience is phenomenal! We will definitely call Tri-Tek anytime we need any of the many services they offer. Thank you again Tommy!!

Tommy came out and fixed my master bathroom toilet that we didn't know had a leak until we saw our water damage on the ceiling from downstairs.  He was upfront with repair costs and arrived when he said he would.  Work looks great and I've found my go to plumber guy.  Thanks again tommy

Trying to find a plumber for some simple work proved to be a challenge. After requesting quotes from 10 local plumbers, some never responded, some requested pictures of the work in question and then never responded, one had bad availability, one was just off the charts with their prices (more than double!!!)... ugh.

Thankfully, Tommy at Tri-Tek responded with a fair price and was able to get me scheduled at a suitable time for my hectic schedule. The crew didn't call before arrival and they were a bit late but this was fine because I did give them a window to complete the work in and they were well within the time frame.

Once the two man crew arrived, they quickly got to work and checked off the items one-by-one. When it was time to come inside, they took their shoes off and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

There was an issue with two of the items that resulted in a very small leak (a very slow drip) at each one. It took a few days to get them back out to address it, but part of that was due to my schedule. They were able to take care of both issues.

As a diligent homeowner, it can be a frustrating experience trying to find a company that you can trust and recommend. Thankfully, I can now rely on Tri-Tek and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

These guys are amazing! Tommy called me back and got me a quote super fast and the absolute best price in town. (Checked with 4 others and they were all trying to over charge me, but not these guys!) Super fast turn around! They replaced my water heater.

He is a really nice guy too which helps when dealing with the not so fun world of plumbing problems...

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Responsive, kind, honest, fast, fair, quality service, clean, friendly, respectful, and the list goes on...

Tommy and Joel came to my house and replaced all the plumbing in the WHOLE house. These guys were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! It goes a long way to have someone come into your home and show respect for your floors and items that need to be moved around. I highly recommend this company!

I had a slow leak in the attic which I didn't notice until the sheetrock fell off the ceiling. I called Tri-tek Plumbing and immediately go a hold of the owner, Tommy. He was finishing up with another job and said he would be at my house within an hour. He got to my house less than 1 hour as promised.
Upon arriving at my house, he introduced himself and was very courteous. He didn't waste any time and immediately went to work. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and pointed out a leak in the lead pipe. His price was very reasonable so I asked him to repair the leak.
He had to cut the old lead pipe and replaced it. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up around the job site..
I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my neighbors.

Earlier this week I noticed a spot in my kitchen where mold was growing along a section of the wall. I had also been hearing some noises in the walls piping when I turned on and off the water at the kitchen sink. So I called Tri-Tek Plumbing.

Owner Tommy answered the phone and listened to me explain the situation and put me at ease that he would be able to handle the problem quickly.

When he arrived on site, I was immediately impressed with Tommy's courtesy and professionalism. He was also very knowledgeable and it didn't take him long to find the culprit:  a leaky pipe.

I came home from work and noticed water in our master closet. I called Tritek Plumbing and Tommy told me he'd be here first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and told us exactly where the leak was coming from. Fast, reliable, honest and gave us a great price. I highly recommend Tritek plumbing!

Tommy was excellent , prompt to answer. Repaired gas leakage very efficiently with his crews and stayed late till City Inspector came.

I called them for a kitchen sink leak, and they were at my place 45 minutes later. Excellent service and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

Tri-Tek fixed my water heater at a fraction of the price of what a new unit would cost. The tech was really professional and honest. There was also really good communication with him from the get-go. I asked him if it was repairable and he said he was pretty sure it was upon looking at it. He fixed the unit pretty quickly and now I have my hot water back! He estimated that my water heater has about 2-3 years left. He also recommended different brands of heaters for me to look at when I'm ready to buy a new one in case I don't hire them. I will probably be calling them back then though!

Fast, honest and very affordable. They beat the rates of 2 other plumbers by A LOT. Will be hiring them again!

Great experience with Tommy and Tri-Tek Plumbing. He responded with an email at 10:30 pm addressing my concerns but I didn't call him back bc it was late. He came first thing in the morning and repaired my valve to my water heater in a very timely manner. Would definitely use them moving forward for any plumbing needs. Great Job. First they schedule me the following day. Then they arrived earlier then scheduled. Techs were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themself very well. They also provided me with a veteran discount. The price was great and reasonably. Outstanding job and I would recommend them.

I had a middle of the night emergency with a leaky gas line in my home. After centerpoint came out to shut the gas, I called out another big company initially who quoted me $1600 for a small fix and were very pushy and didn't seem very educated in their field.

I wish I had called Tommy from Tri-Tek first! I called them out the next day for a second opinion, and I was so lucky I did. Their repair was a fraction of the quote from the bigger company I had initially called out. They were out here within a half hour after I called them out and were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will for sure be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on and cannot say enough nice things about this company to my friends and family.

It's nice having peace of mind that my repair was done correctly and that I didn't get taken advantage of in the process.

Tri-Tek responded to our call for help from a leak in our first floor ceiling. Problem from second story bathroom was quickly diagnosed and they got to work!  Professional and respectful, and they took care of everything; price was reasonable too. I called for a quote and they were able to come out the same day. Had a problem with one of the toilets still and they came back out at my convenience. They are very affordable and do great work. If I could put 100 stars I would! The gentleman that came over were extremely professional and very polite. They even took their work boots off before coming into the house. I had never experienced that before, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix the issue quickly, And they answered any questions I had. I will definitely call these guys again if I ever have another issue with my plumbing! :-)
