Since I have an original drainage system with no clean outs, I was afraid I had to replace the entire system but once they removed the toilet, they pointed out a simple, inexpensive fix instead of easily up selling it and make more money.
Plumbing can be scary and easy to up charge but those guys aced it!

Where can I start? I was working as a maintenance coordinator in Houston, as you may know after Harvey, there were a lot issues in most part of the city. Ben and his company would be my very first option when it came to plumbing repairs/maintenance in any of the houses and apartment complex we serviced.

We always had an explanation of why the issue was happening, how it could be solved and of course a reasonable price to fix it.

I recommend every single person to call this company, you won't regret it!!

This is the second time I call Texas Premier Plumbing to check a problem in my house.
I was told by another plumber that the job will cost over $600, but when I called them for a second opinion, They came on-time, did the camera inspection and diagnosis, and discovered that the issue is not in my house, but in the main sewer. I paid a fraction of the price of what the other professional requested, and for the repair, I need no more than calling the City of Houston and ask them to take care of it.

I am a happy customer, and I recommend TPP with all my heart.

Read your response Mike. I spoke with Erica in your office Friday and after she spoke with you, she confirmed the company would be refunding my money. The following Tuesday, when the check had cleared my bank, I called again, Erica spoke with you and called me back with the offer to refund my money if I took down the review. I do not see that as reaching out to do all you can to resolve the issue. Your company promised to refund my money based on the miss, starting with not scheduling the appointment when I called and your company did not follow through.  

So to update my previously posted review, the company did not refund my money as they had promised after the terrible service I received. Instead, they contacted me three days later with an offer to to cut me a check today if I took the review down. I'm out $350, received terrible service, am not sure the plumbing issue was resolved. I will not back down, others need to know to abound this company at all costs. They do not stand by their work or their word.

I was in a pinch, a busted main line not a good way to come home. My neighbor gave me his plumber he has used for years and trusted, Texas Premiere Plumbing was out to repair quickly seemed like minutes. I highly recommend Texas Premiere Plumbing, and Thank you so much again.

I had an appointment booked for Wednesday, February 17, from 8:00-11:00. Not only did no one show up, they did not call, wouldn't answer their phone or return a text message. It is now Friday, two days after my appointment and I never heard back from them at all. This absolutely smacks of a company that could care less about the customer or even making a feeble attempt to be somewhat courteous or respectful. If I were you, I would absolutely not waste my time with this company. I know that I won't ever again.

Complex Sewer Cleanout

I had a sewage lift station whose output was blocked. Turned out that it was jimmy-rigged installed by some handyman many years ago. Leo tried to run a snake but progress was blocked. Decision was made to use their camera. He was able to locate the problem, identify how, and the underground location where the piping was installed. This was not a simple shower head repair. It took experience . Price was reasonable, and I was given a discount because I used the two procedures. They came to my house 30 minutes after calling, prepared, courteous, and educated about the process and what was required. This '30 minute' job took over 2 hours to complete. But they stayed with it  until it was done right.

Called Texas Premier Plumbing on a Sunday at 11:15am and they were at my house at 12. Nick was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue we were having as well as offered some tips to us new home owners. He was in and out pretty quickly and our toilets were back up & running after he snaked the drain. Hopefully we don't have anymore issues but if we do, I'll definitely call them back. Tim with Texas Premier was here this morning to fix my sink in the master bathroom.  He did a fantastic job in a timely manner.  Reasonable cost!  I will definitely use Texas Premier Plumbing again for any plumbing needs!!  Great service.

After checking 3-4 different companies I saw Texas premier. I decided to go with them after reading their reviews and I'm glad I did. Leo and Tim were very professional. They works hard on replacing my water heater and made sure to clean after themselves. Ben the manager followed up with me when they finished and was very polite as well. I will defiantly recommend their service and will use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Texas Premier Plumbing was awesome!! The kitchen sink was backed up due to years of grease buildup. They came and cleared up not only the kitchen line but also the mainline of the house. Ben and Larry were very friendly. Very happy with their service and price.

We had a pipe to break and searched for a 24hour plumber. Yelpers gave great reviews for TPP. My husband called and spoke with a professional gentleman and dispatched Manny. Manny arrived when stated, was very courteous, professional, and explained the process and cleaned up after himself. For using someone, or a company, based on reviews alone, we were satisfied.

We called Ben on a rainy Friday for emergency sewer line problem. He came and helped us on the same day. The issue was correctly diagnosed. We tried to contact city to repair but city said it's our problem. Ben came on Sunday again to confirm the problem. We had to go out of town before the sewer line is fixed. Ben came and took care of everything. Very professional and trustworthy team. Best plumbing with the best price you can find in Houston.

Just called to try to schedule an appointment with him, but badly with no success. He told me he is pretty much booked and first availability will be next Tuesday.  I told him that is fine just to tell me at what time he can go.  So he told me from 11AM to 3PM.  I asked him if he can do like two hour window, instead of 4 hours.  He asked me to call somebody else and told me he has difficulty to communicate with me.
I guess he is just not interested to do small jobs because I asked help to replace shower diverter/valve.  But actually the job could be bigger because the house has 3 bedrooms and 4 toilets. I also would like somebody to check each toilet/water leaking repair, and water heater while plumber is there doing the repairs/replacement.
Anyway, I would appreciate if he could just tell me the truth instead of being difficult to do a scheduling.

My main sewer line got backed up, another plumber came by and wanted to charge me $600 for a camera inspection. George from Texas premier Plumbing did it for half the price plus give me credit to use their Hydro jet machine. Strongly recommend their service.

I have been through several plumbers trying to keep my 1950s rancher in good working order, and TX Premier Plumbing is as good as it gets. I am so glad to have found them! They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, did exactly what they said they would do, and did the work for a fair, competitive price.  They were also extremely courteous and clean. We will not use any other plumber again. Their magnet is on my fridge, and they will be the first and only company I call when I need a plumber. My only regret is not having found these guys years ago.

They say that the third time is a charm, well in this case it is completely true.  They were the third plumber i had out to my home.  The previous two had said that there was no getting out the clog and that i would need to rerout my plumbing line and that it would be 5000.00 to do it!! Texas Premier showed up at the stated time they gave me (another thing that the first two had not done) and had my pipes cleaned within an hour with the hydrojet procedure! I can't thank them enough.  They were very courteous and professional and i recommend them to everyone.

I truly wish giving 0 stars was an option, and I have waited 4 full days to write this because I was giving them time to make it up to me. However, I have still heard nothing. My water heater is broken, and I spoke to someone on Friday afternoon 11/2 to schedule a plumber. The man I spoke with arranged for a plumber to visit me from 2-5pm on Saturday the 3rd. My nephew's birthday party was scheduled for 5pm and I realized that scheduling during that time frame was a risk, but I have no hot water and decided I'd take the risk of missing it. Fast forward to Saturday, and no one ever showed up or called me. I called 7 times over the 3 hour period, and it just went straight to their voicemail. I left 2 messages, one of which I was so angry I was physically shaking, and nobody ever called me back. A few of the times I called I selected the option to speak to a technician, which just rang and rang until it disconnected. When 5pm came around, I figured I needed to still stay home in case someone showed up so I wouldn't miss them, and that never happened. There was absolutely ZERO communication on whether anyone was coming at all, and ZERO way to get in touch with whoever was on duty on Saturday. I cannot put into words how much I do NOT recommend Texas Premier Plumbing. If you want to sacrifice a full day of waiting, cancel whatever you had planned for that day, hear nothing, not being able to contact the technician, and never getting a response to your 2 voicemails even 4 days later, then by all means these are the right guys for you! I will be reviewing them on every website possible with this story.

I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues!  I called TPP last Monday, and they scheduled an appointment for me the following day (had it been an emergency they would have scheduled me for the same day, even though they were extremely busy).  Leonar arrived on time, with his shoe coverings, and was professional and courteous.  The issue was due to my trying to place a handheld bidet on the toilet, which had a Accor valve.  Unfortunately, I hadn't realized that the twisting I did to the hose broke the seal, and that I would need a gasket in the coupling to prevent leaks.  He installed the gasket within a couple of minutes, and even called his office to see if he could discount my ticket due to the ease of the job.  Although I was disappointed that I missed that easy fix, I was more than happy to pay the (very) reasonable fee.  He got extra points because he never once made me feel like a moron for my oversight.

Called Texas Premier Plumbing early this morning as had water leaking from the head of my shower after it was turned off. Tim from Premier Plumbing arrived at my apartment within two hours. He was a professional and after securing the needed parts two hours later my shower was working. Would highly recommend Texas Premier Plumbing.

I called Nick Gill last minute on a Saturday to fix a very leaky shower faucet. He came very quickly and was able to immediately diagnose and remedy the problem. Was very impressed with the service and timely response nick provided

Thomas came out today and installed a water purifying system for my house and did a professional and clean job. Ben had come out and given me a quote and this was the price I was given today on my invoice. Thomas and his partner were meticulous in their work and showed me how to change the filter so I can maintain the system myself. I was impressed!

I did check reviews for this plumbing company.  None mentioned Royal Flush Plumbing or showed any high or unfair costs.  My receipts stated both Royal Flush Plumbing and Texas Premier Plumbing.  Something strange is going on here with two names.     In addition, I was charged at max.  I was charged $1174 for fixing a fill valve, an angle stop, snake a small sink drain, replace shower cartridge, shower handle.  Oh yea, this was after a senior citizen discount of $131 and not a new shower handle.  He said a new handle would be more, like $250, if needed.  I checked and these standard costs were all max charges.  We usually do our own plumbing.  We could not this time.  This cost is ridiculous!  We too are trying to survive.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

When I discovered my sewer line needed replacing, I first tried calling another company who said there was a $50 charge to come and evaluate the problem.  I asked that company if this charge would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to use them.  Their answer..NO.  Meaning, even though they haven't even made it to my house I'm already I'm out $50.  Why would I ever do business with them.  Not what I would expect from a Radio Show Sponsor.  I looked on yelp and noticed that the owner of TPP responded to reviews so I contacted him and he had someone come out and quote me a price that was $2000 less than one quoted to my RR.  I had them handle the job and there was no change in price.  When their crew was done they refilled the trench, put the grass back on top and even watered it down to help it get reestablished.  Ben was a really nice guy, makes you feel like he's there to help.  If I have any other plumbing problems, these are the guys I'm calling.
