ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Owner Chris Mock began his plumbing career in the United States Air Force where he served at Florida's Eglin Air Force Base. Working as a Journeyman Plumber for the USAF, Chris gained valuable experience in plumbing for mission critical preparedness. He completed his service and returned to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and studied Mechanical Engineering at Louisiana State University. He is now a Licensed Master Plumber, providing plumbing services and repairs that are done right the FIRST time, leading the best certified team of plumbers in Louisiana.

I've had Mock Plumbing come out to my house multiple times. They've always been reliable, professional, and do a great job. I recently had an issue with a clogged pipe and Chris helped me out tremendously. I can truly say that Mock Plumbing does care and as a customer I greatly appreciate it!
We are doing remodeling of our house & Mock Plumbing came out to do plumbing for three bathrooms.
Their price was very reasonable.
They were responsive even though they had to come out several times.
Their team was very professional & well mannered & they always came as scheduled.
We haven't completed our remodeling yet but so far, their plumbing job was very good & stress free for us. It's very difficult to find a reliable tradesman these days & we will definitely use them again for our future projects.
Once again, Mock Plumbing to the rescue. Here we are in another Texas freeze...pipes froze up and Chris and crew showed up to help. I know they are inundated with calls today but they worked us in to check out what we had going on and make suggestions on what to do from here. Now we wait to defrost and see. Our prior experience with Mock Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. While another well known plumbing company in the area said we needed a new water heater, Mock Plumbing recognized that it was just a $40 filter that needed to be replaced in our water softener system. Chris and his crew continue to prove that they are honest, reliable and professional time and time again. We will never call another plumber. Highly recommend.

I had a wet area in my front yard, and was suspecting some underground leakage, cause I had similar issue before. The guy came and inspect the area and suggested me to wait for a couple of weeks first. To him, it looked like a low ground point rather than leakage. If they dig to inspect, they have to charge, and he would hate to find that there was no underground leakage.
He further spend time to look around the area and check other pipes around, and didn't ask for a penny. I still tip him though for the time and effort.
First clue - their youtube video bragged about their comment reviews. I didn't pay attention until I went back after horrible service and I saw all their reviews they bragged about were deleted. They blocked all comments and then bragged about their comments.
I called for service and left a message because it was after hours. No one called me back. Two days later, same story. I called a third day and I was put on hold and no one came back. The fourth time I called I finally spoke to someone who absolutely seemed bothered by my call. This guy wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly or accommodating. I immediately realized this company is not who I want to do business with.
I called another local plumbing company and they arrived an hour later. Mock is the right name for this company. STAY AWAY from mock and get the real service somewhere else. SERVICE MATTERS!
Called them at the last minute for a job I was trying to complete on my own, but failed. They came right and finished the job.

So happy with Mock Plumbing, I will use them forever! They're always on time, Chris and Will do great work and they always clean up after the work is completed. I've had toilet replacements and faucet replacements done and I am completely happy with my new fixtures! I am always able to get an appointment within a couple days and the guys work until the job is done, no breaks. The prices Chris quotes are terrific, you won't be paying what A**ow or JM or any of the oversize companies charge. We were very happy with Mock Plumbing service. Professional at all times and fix the problem quickly. The team arrived a couple of hours after the appointment but did call to say they were running late due to another service issue. I will use them again.

Called Mock Plumbing for a clogged bathroom sink. They gave me the option for same day appointment, but I went with the following day. Mock Plumbing showed up on time, explained the problem to me and were able to get it fixed. Will definitely use again for any plumbing problems.
I tried Mock plumbing in hopes to find a reasonably priced plumbing service. While the work appears to be good and the plumber was on time, I paid $275 for an hour plumbing job that required a $30 part. I am still looking for the affordable plumber....

I contacted Mock Plumbing to install 3 fauset sets in my bathrooms on Monday. I set an appointment for the next day and was happy they arrived early. The two guys did a great job. I think the price was fair and the work quality was excellent.
Mock Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. I had to have my sewer line replaced. I got three bids and theirs was the lowest. They showed up on time and we're very efficient. They cleaned up after the work was done. I was very pleased with Mock plumbing and would refer them to friends and family.
Called Mock because we had a toilet that kept running and something clogged in another. I called that morning and they scheduled me for that afternoon. I figured it would be days because this was after the flood. I loved the quick service. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and were very polite. They were in and out in a flash and I'm happy to say that everything is working properly.
According to Angie's List, Mock Plumbing is the most highly awarded plumber in Baton Rouge. I don't know why Yelp yanked all their 5 star reviews, but they used to have a bunch of 5 star reviews on Yelp also (of which one of mine disappeared). We used Chris and crew multiple times, and they are simply the best plumbers available in the Baton Rouge area. We wouldn't hire anyone else, and you shouldn't either. They're fast, professional, and affordable, and offer guarantees on their work.

We needed a plumber to handle a number of repair items on our 24 year old home, Mock plumbing demonstrated great customer service and quality in their repairs. I would call them again!
Mock Plumbing repaired my clogged bathroom drain. They did an excellent and professional repair work. I would strongly recommend their services.
We've used Mock Plumbing a few times over the last six to eight years. This past Tuesday, July 19, 2016, they rerouted the washing machine drain in the garage and the kitchen drain from under the slab to outside the slab after the existing piping collapsed. Chris and his assistant worked almost non-stop from about 8:30am until they finished around 2pm in the extreme heat and humidity. They had to break through some concrete in a slab adjacent to the house, dug everything with a shovel, drilled through brick, dug down to the main sewer line to tie-in the new piping, and covered everything up. The time and price also included having a masonry guy come out to repair the masonry at the kitchen and the exterior wall where the washing machine drain came out of the house and repaired the concrete that was removed. Though I was not happy about having a drain line visible inside my garage, I understood there was no option when Chris explained the reasoning behind the decision. The price was good as far as I can tell. Chris diagnosed the collapsed pipe and proposed the reroute as a solution on the initial call-out when the washing machine drain stopped flowing. Based on previous experience with Mock and having used a different plumbing company prior to finding Mock and having seen costs for the same work posted in reviews of other plumbing companies, I did not feel a need to research other plumbing companies nor get estimates from them. Mock has done good work for us before and I am pleased with the work they did on this job. I feel I have my plumber in Mock Plumbing. They are the only company I would use for plumbing work and recommend them to whomever is in need of plumbing services.

Clint and Raymond provided excellent service. Called them on Veterans day and they came out that afternoon. I needed them to repair a leak in my washer drain and they did a great job. They even moved the location so I could install some lattice near the piping. As if that wasn't enough I mentioned a leak in my bathtub sink and despite the late hour in the day they still came inside and took care of that problem as well. They were courteous professional and I would highly recommend them. I've found my plumber!

I contacted Chris about a leak that I was having in a rental property. He was prompt to schedule the appointment and called me right after the appointment with the results. Even though the issue was not plumbing related he gave me several suggestions and a vendor that can help me remedy the problem. If you want a reputable, honest, and fair assessment of your plumbing problem call Mock Plumbing.
Did a fantastic job and were very courteous and professional. The price to fix our plumbing was very reasonable. Will definitely use in the future if needed.
Plumber took a little longer then I expected to arrive (why i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5) but once he was here he got straight to work at quickly resolved my plumbing issues. Very happy with the overall experience and cost. Recommend Mock plumbing to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

Mock came out and did several repairs to my kitchen as well as my two bathrooms. In one of my bathrooms I purchased a few drains off of the internet and one of them was giving me issues. Chris came out on a Friday night and replaced both of them with some better drains and only charged me for one which I thought was fantastic service. He did not leave until things were working properly. I discovered a leak the next day and he was willing to come out that Saturday afternoon but the leak somehow stopped prior to that. I highly recommend Mock for their quality as well as their customer service.

I found Mock Plumbing on Google and called for a bid for plumbing related to my recent kitchen remodel. We moved the location of the sink and dishwasher and new pipes had to be run. I also needed my faucet and garbage disposal hooked up, as well as pipes run for a pot faucet. Chris came out promptly to give me a bid (which was very reasonable), and then I scheduled the work for the following week. Chris and his assistant were at my house for about 4 hours and completed excellent work. He strikes me as a quiet, honest, hardworking guy. I would definitely request plumbing work from him again and would recommend him to my friends.

I contacted this company to inquire as to their availability to provide an estimate of some repaired that I needed. They came out quickly to look at my problem and gave me an estimate for the repairs that needed to be made. The estimate was VERY reasonable and I think that it was probably the best out of most plumbers that I have used in the past. They scheduled a time to come to my home and replace my sewage line from my house across my yard and to the street. They showed up on time just as they said and finished the job a little early which was great and the whole time that I was out side with them, they were so polite and well mannered and made me feel important which was great!!! They also thanked me for my business which was a good feeling because most plumbers that I have had in the past usually made me feel like just another job and money was more important. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mock Plumbing for any job and have already made plans to use them in the near future. This is a awesome company and I feel comfortable saying that I will never seek out another plumbing company because I found the one that I will always use with out any questions.
