I wish I could give Josh and Simon Plumbing 100 stars!  We had water gushing from the upstairs bathroom into our freshly painted kitchen, through the can lights over the sink.  We assumed it was a burst pipe, since the stream was so strong and sudden.

Josh assessed the situation and discovered that some old plumber's putty had rotted away and he resealed it the proper way - problem fixed.  

In short, Josh knew what to do and did not take advantage of us.  We are so glad we were given their number from our friend.  Fantastic job!

Excellent service!  Came on time and reasonable pricing.  I'm new to area, Crestwood, IL, so Yelp helped me to find these plumbers and they came through.  Highly recommended.

What can I say, The fine folks at Simon have been my go to for any an all plumbing related issues for years.

From installing a cleanout and rodding that main line annually, to installing new fixtures both inside and out, to the most recent service, cleaning out a drain for my washing machine, I've always been satisfied.

Ill look forward to having them respond promptly, efficiently and with reasonable pricing after a full explanation of the service required.

The father, and Todd and Josh, also the young lady who does customer service, and especially Wayne, the drain fixer extraordinaire, have us as  customers for life.

Day before thanksgiving had a severe Bathtub leak. They came out immediately and fixed it. I had 2 other plumbers that didn't know what they were doing, with the continued leak. One place wanted to charge 400 just to come to my home.
Very professional and they know what they are doing. Glad to have found a reliable, professional plumber. Fair price. A+ service.

They did an amazing Job of lowering the drain pipe so we could have a disposal after getting an under mount sink. They also removed a slop sin in the garage and replaced with a spigot that mixes both hot and cold.

I would like to take a moment and thank this company. I have a grease trap that backed up. It was full of grease. I had a company come out(not these guys) and remove the grease. They drain was not going down. He charged me $140 to tell me he recommends using a mechanic snake after 15 minutes..
That's done so long story short Simon plumbing came out and actually spent about a hour and snaked out my line for me. They charged a great price and he did it in the rain. It's pouring outside today. I couldn't be happier.

Called this morning because our mainline backed up. Came out very speedy, Wayne was very speedy and helpful! He was very informative and let is know how to maintain our pipes. Recommend this company.

Simon Plumbing came to my mother's rescue when her hot water tank failed. I was super lucky to have enjoyed same day service. The plumber was top notch, I couldn't have received better service period.

Being a first time homeowner I didnt know where to start with the plumbing issue I was having. I found Simon Plumbing service to be highly recommended on many different posts throughout the Oak Forest Community FB page and then saw all the positive comments on Yelp which lead me to make Simon service my first call out to a plumber. I called right when the office open at 7am and Tedd answered immediately. I explain my problem to him and he knew exactly what was going on. He was at my home within the hour and sure enough found the problem and knew how to solve it. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered any question I had and was very transparent with everything that was going on. My plumbing problem was not small nor an easy fix but he got the job done all in one day. He is truly a life saver! Also he didnt take advantage of my situation and charge me an affordable amount. Great work!

After this weeks thaw we experienced some seepage, combine that with a sewer that was blocked with tree roots, leading to 3 inches standing water in the basement.  Simon came in the same day to bail us out.  Todd and Josh were in and out in about 30 minutes, with no water left. They were courteous and professional.  
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and pride in workmanship.

Very fair, honest, and quick to respond.  Initial verbal quote over the phone was also very accurate.  Highly recommend these folks.

Why only four stars? Because they were not easy to find! For businesses that do such good work and employee good staff, they need to be well-known! Hopefully this will help to increase their name, fame and add to their bottom line. Excellent price, kept the appointment; did the job, was careful to do clean and neat work; and respected my property during ingress and egress.
