A&T Plumbing

Sorry about your experience, 1st reviewer.  My experience, on the other hand, was GREAT.  Andrew (the A of A&T) was referred to me by Baron of Excalibur Water Heaters.  

We have a serious condensation problem in our venting system.  Well, Andrew immediately pointed out a huge safety hazard in our venting system (oh, the joys of unwarranted in-laws in SF).  Andrew's explanation of the why/when/how this was unsafe was very clear.  It was not the reason why he was hired, but he made it a point to let us know that THIS was our main issue, not the condensation.  (BTW, he was right.  Another plumber totally agreed.)  

Andrew's work was flawless.  He added a correct venting system and solved our safety hazard.  The condensation issue is still there, but we're working on it.

The only reason why he doesn't get 5 stars was because he asked that I call him the night before the work was to be done to remind him.   Dude, I saw you use an iPhone just a minute ago.  Can't you set it up to alert you?!?!    Sorry, just thought that was a bit lame.

We have some more plumbing work to do in the house and I'll be sure to call Andrew again, and I just might have to remind him the night before, but that's OK with me considering the quality of work he does.

we had a leakage at midnight, no one answered phone

I thought we had a gas leak in our kitchen at 2:30 a.m. on a Monday.  I called A&T Plumbing, whose Yellow Pages ad claims 24 Hour Emergency service.

No one answered the phone.
