Kennedy Plumbing

I've had experiences with plumbers in the past and trust me when I tell you, you need to use them and no one else. Jason was one of the best and the friendliest plumbers I've ever used before. I've had a few bad experiences in the past so when it came to getting my water heater replaced I didn't want anything to get messed up.
The process was really easy.
-Called to make an appointment. The lady took down some information about my water heater.
-The plumber Jason called me back. He set up the appointment with me and helped me choose which tank to choose.
-He called me before coming over. When he came over he got to work and it took an hour and a half to have the new one in and get my old one out.
-He made sure I was happy with the job before he left. He had the office send me over a receipt through email the same day as my appointment.
-Overall great service and great business.

Absolutely great! I needed to get my bathtub unclogged for a while and finally decided to call them. They have the nicest employees and staff. The guy who answered the phone was awesome and was willing to work around my crazy schedule.

When they sent out the plumber he did a great job. He was so speedy and unclogged the tub with no problem. It's nice not standing in a foot of water every time I take a shower again!

One of my good friends recommended Kennedy Plumbing. My hot water stopped working the other day and I just kept putting it off until I couldn't stand to take anymore cold showers. Well they got me on the schedule right away and let me know they could repair my water heater no problem. Their plumber was nice, on time and did the repair! Everything went really smoothly. I'm glad I got this great recommendation from my friends and am hoping to help others too cause they did great.

The shower head in my apartment was on its last leg. It eventually got pretty bad so he called these guys in. I called Kennedy Plumbing the next morning and they were able to send someone later that afternoon. It was such a surprise to be helped so soon and I was so grateful for that. They did an amazing job. I'll definitely be using them again if I need to!

This was my first time using a plumbing service and I have to say it was a great one. Kennedy Plumbing was able to get someone to me relatively quickly at an affordable price. They sent Patrick out and he did an outstanding job repairing my water heater. He approached me with a few different options and things he could try and told me his suggestion for what would work best. I appreciated being in the loop even though I don't know too much about water heaters. He got everything fixed and did a fantastic job!

They did great. They were really helpful and answered my questions when my garbage disposal quit working. Their plumber was friendly and was super knowledgeable. Didn't have any troubles it was seriously a great experience. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Dave from Kennedy Plumbing did a great job, very professional, polite, and punctual. I needed emergency service on the kitchen sink that would not drain at 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening. My previous (different) plumbing service refused to come after hours for a kitchen drain, so I checked Yelp and found that Kennedy Plumbing offered emergency service.

I called their office number and Dave answered the phone himself. He said he had a couple of jobs still to complete, but that he would be at my house by 9 pm that evening. At 9 pm, Dave arrived and by 10 pm work was complete life at home was back to normal! I highly recommend Kennedy Plumbing for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Awesome plumbers. Asked for them to fix my water heater the day of, and they sent someone ASAP. They were already closed but they didn't mind. Really appreciated that and they didn't even charge me extra, even though I offered. Great customer service.

San Francisco isn't cheap and I was worried I was going to call someone and have them try and screw me over when it came to getting some plumbing work done. These guys did the opposite. They took care of me, arrived to my place on time, and even brought all the parts I needed. Replaced my bathroom faucets and they look great. I wish I would've gotten this done sooner as it helped the look of the bathroom so much. I am glad I could find some nice people to do the job. If you're in SF they should be your go to plumbers.

I saw some other reviews saying that these guys do great work fixing garbage disposals. I took a chance and gave Kennedy Plumbing a call after reading just a few reviews on Yelp. Their guy not only fixed my garbage disposal; He also was able to fix my water temperature to be even hotter than before. So glad I gave them a call!

Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, zero fun. We had a leaky garbage disposal and a pipe under the kitchen sink need to be replaced. Patrick was awesome! He was on time quick and cleaned up after himself! Patrick was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues this is the place to call!

I was in desperate need of getting my garbage disposal repaired as it was starting to smell terrible. Kennedy Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who had used Kennedy Plumbing before. They did a great job for a great price and I'm glad I used them. I can put food down my kitchen sick again!

I needed to call a plumber because my bathtub was clogged. I researched a little online how to unclog it yourself but then realized quickly I would've just rather have a professional. I was very happy to find these guys as they did a great job and had really good service. The office told me Patrick would call me before he showed up and would let me know how long the job would take. Patrick did a great job! I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure it didn't get it clogged back up right away but it's been three weeks and it's been draining great ever since! I will use them again if I need any plumbing work again no questions asked!!!

I contacted KP and they sent Dave over quickly. He unclogged my shower tub drain in such a short amount of time. It has slowly been getting worse and worse over the last few weeks. Thankfully one of my friends knew Dave personally and gave me his personal number. He was super friendly and got the job done  thanks to Dave, I wouldn't have to be stuck with it anymore!

My water heater recently decided to start cycling over and over again, refilling itself and boosting my water bill. I called Kennedy Plumbing to take a look, and they immediately knew what was wrong and how I had accidentally caused it! I received a professional, super-quick fix, some knowledge on how to avoid any similar problems in the future, and my next water bill was back to normal. Much props to this awesome local business for helping me out!

Patrick did a great job! I had to get a new garbage disposal. It was making awful sounds and not getting rid of any food. They gave me a price with how much it would be to fix it and stuck to it. Their pricing seemed really fair especially after calling multiple places in the Bay area. Very happy! I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs!

Great company. They were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. The job was done efficiently and within a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

Friend in the City used this service for a toilet problem that apparently we were too dumb to fix. Anyhoo, service was fast and cordial. They fixed the problem (although I don't know how) promptly. With a toilet, prompt is really important. Plus they were open late, to like 10 pm, which is great if something bad happens at 8 pm at night.

they are amazing!! the plumber was very friendly and worked quickly. i called them with no idea what was wrong and they came and turned my hot water heater back on and charged me less than what they said they were going to. they are the best. definitely recommend.

Kennedy Plumbing came and performed the service I asked for. I needed an earthquake safety strap for my hot water heater. The plumber was really professional. Not only was he professional but did the job quickly since he knew I had to be somewhere. This is the plumbing service to call if you need a repair!

VERY impressed. They answered my call at 11pm on a Sunday night. Was planning on just getting a voicemail and letting them know my water heater was down. I got lucky and they answered and not only that but they sent my information over to a technician. He gave me a price AND also got me an appointment for the next morning to come repair it. Honestly couldn't ask for better or faster service. They kept to their word when it came to the final price at the end of it. They are honest men!!

Looking for a plumbing company that's actually genuine? A company that works hard and keeps you in the loop? Look no further. After having a terrible experience with a plumbing company 4 years ago it was a breath of fresh air to find them. They care about their customers and about doing the right thing. I could tell they were being honest with me and not pulling the cliche mechanic move. I really felt safe and confident with them. I felt that my home was improving more than being repaired. It only goes to show why they have such great reviews on Yelp. Even just after talking to them through the phone I could tell that they kew what they were doing, there was a certain professional presence to them, the word expert comes to mind. I told them I needed my garbage disposal fixed they made sure to get right on the project. They set up a time with me and then they called me approximately 20 minutes before arriving which I really appreciated. The gentleman who fixed my garbage disposal was polite and delightful to be around. He actually took the time to explain the diagnosis of my issues in a way I could understand. He charged me the correct amount before he left. There's lots of plumbing places in San Francisco but they really made a great impression on me. No doubt my go to for all my plumbing needs. Great company,  highly recommend.  Jason came over and did a great job with the plumbing work.  i had really bad water pressure in my kitchen and bathroom. He did a great job and now i have great water pressure! A+
