Very pleased with the quick service.   I brought in the old part and they gave me the new one within 45 seconds.

They know the business and they are efficient.   Good folks

I'm a fan.  I've built a few malleable black iron (black steel) pipe projects now (pull up bars, art shelf, custom lighting, string light support) and I've gotten about half my parts here.  Unlike some stores in the area, the place is well staffed by friendly staff who speak English (and at least one or two other languages) well.

The best thing about the place is that they have just about everything.  If you're looking for pipes in various lengths and or couplings of obscure combinations (say a 1 1/4 by 1 tee, or a 3/4 by 1 tee or a random reducer) they are likely to have it.  They're also only a block or two from Lowe's, so they're quite convenient when you find that Lowe's is out of (or never had) the parts you're looking for.  They do charge a premium for what they call unusual parts.  That 1 1/4 by 1/2 tee will cost you over twice as much as the 1 by 1/2 tee.

Black iron parts seem to be sourced mostly from China and Indonesia.

Amazing service. Although they couldn't directly sell me the part to fix my 20-year-old, discontinued sink faucet, they did the research to figure out exactly the model number I needed and found it for me on Amazon. I will absolutely go back the next time I need plumbing parts (though of course I always hope that won't be soon!).

I got a Toto toilet from there for $100 cheaper than Lowe's.  Lowe's did include delivery, but KH delivered for $15.  There was a part missing from the manufacturer, and they got right on it and it was here pretty quick.  The toilet was still in the original unopened box from Toto, so I know it was left out.  Great service, great people.

Excellent service.  My 30+ year old original (basement laundry sink) faucet in the typical 1950's house was dripping.  It's the style with 4 spigots: hot & cold for the washing machine plus hot & cold for the laundry sink faucet.  I brought in part of the old faucet as a sample.  The young man immediately located the replacement.  ROC Plumbing Item # 10378 Adjustable Oakland Style Wall Mount Laundry Faucet (Made in Taiwan).  1-hour later, I replaced the faucet myself & no more drips.  No crowds here, everyone wearing masks and following Covid health guidelines.

Plenty of employees here and i was readily helped to make the correct decision. Then they cut a custom length pipe for me!
Quick, pleasant and not a big-box store.

Went there today to buy some 1/2 galvanized pipe. Thought I would get a good price. They told me that their prices are for contractors. They were friendly and helpful. I noticed also that this is a one stop shopping store. They have just about everything. I will go there again.

On the negative side:

Even at 10:30am there was no parking. Had to park three blocks away and walk in the rain.

Their prices, at least for galvanized pipe and fittings, are 20 to 100% more than many retail places.  For example a 1/2 floor flange sells for about $7.00 whereas at Ace hardware I picked up some for only $3.50 each.

Life savers!!! I own a hair salon and the pipe for one of my faucets broke and I searched high and low for a replacement piece because I needed it asap and couldn't wait for one to come in the mail. I finally found kh plumbing off yelp and the all the men were so helpful even though they weren't familiar with the piece I was looking for. They totally put something together and got the piece to finally work!! Thank you again for all your help!!!!

Last week, my Dornbracht shower knob stopped working; I couldn't stop the water from running even though the knob was turned off.

It turned out that the Dornbracht pressure valve needed to be replaced but the problem was that the part was discontinued and I had to order the part from Germany.  Dornbracht Customer Service helped me identify the product model number but I was very shocked when they told me the price.

I called K H Plumbing and spoke to Joe, the owner, and he was able to order the product for me for A LOT LESS than the other fancy designer stores.  Then, I emailed Joe the picture of the pressure valve to make sure the model number matched the product, and he called me back 30 minutes later and informed me that the Dornbracht pressure valve is common in Germany and he had one other designer pressure valve at his supply store that matched the Dornbracht version.  The good news was that the cost of the other designer version was even cheaper than the Dornbracht version.

I purchased the other designer pressure valve, had my friend install it, and today, I am very happy that my shower knob is working.

If you ever need to buy a plumbing part for your kitchen or bathroom, I highly recommend K H Plumbing and make sure you ask for Joe.  He's the owner and he takes the time to help you research the product.  I've purchased several items from them and the cost of these items are cheaper compared to other stores.  I found the place where contractors go!

These guys are awesome!

They supply all the high-end brands for your bathroom. For example, Hans Grohe, Grohe, Kohler, Toto, Robern, etc. They are super-friendly, professional and do amazing prices on all their products. In fact, they undercut the prices of the next cheapest supplier between $20-$100 on each fitting I bought from them. That really added up, and meant I could afford more expensive granite for my bathroom renovation!

Also - they were accurate with their delivery estimates. And on a few issues which were complicated, they promptly worked the phones with the manufacturers and then called me back with different options the same day!

Sure, they are very friendly and customer service is good.
However, price isn't exactly the best. Most of their stuff are 20% higher .
Check out sfibs few blocks away. Or even Lowes might be cheaper

They seem to have everything you need at this place, and if you can't find it they can order it or suggest another place. Odd sized gasket to hard to find plumbing parts.  Its also very reasonably priced. The added bonus is thier humor. The people who work here are hilarious.

This place is staffed by really nice and helpful people. It was my 3rd attempt to find a replacement for my toilet tank lid and they totally went out of their way to help me look for a match and they gave me a fantastic deal!!! I highly recommend them.

I used KH and Gooder plumbing for kitchen and bath remodeling.  If you are looking for faucets, shower heads, hot water dispensers, hand showers, tubs, toilets, sinks or accessories, you can special order lots of brands here (Kohler, Axor, Grohe, Hansrohe, Delta, Moen, etc).  KH is basically a no nonsense plumbing supply warehouse that caters to contractors; there is no showroom and it can be initially intimidating for the small homeowner who knows about  as much about plumbing as what's under the hood of their SUV. But fear not, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient, especially if you know what you want.  If you want to see displays, visit the Excel, Ferguson, Floorcraft showrooms and browse the web. Get pictures and prices,  arrive at KH for a no obligation quote and advice.  I can assure you it will be worth your effort if you want to keep costs down.   I also recommend Gooder for great prices and friendly service (no showroom) for the consumer, but for one stop shopping for everything a consumer and plumber needs, KH is the spot.

I buy all of my plumbing supply needs here including galvanized pipe and fittings, brass pipe and fittings, slip rings, telflon tape and paste, chrome tailpipes, chrome traps, etc.  Most of the customers are contractors that tend to get there early to buy  supplies for the job that day.  I go there after 10 AM and it's usually quiet with just a few contractors buying supplies.  The business is Korean owned and all of the employees are Korean.  They are friendly and helpful, willing to take the time to find the part you need.  The only problem could be parking, as all of the parking spaces in front are usually filled with contractor vehicles.  I don't mind parking on Industrial and walking.

Our contractor uses KH but likes for the customers to place their own orders.  After being a little intimidated because this is a contractors place (no fancy show room) discovered the staff was super helpful, provided multiple quotes, and knowledgeable.  Julian particularly helpful. Their prices are good, comparable to online outlets when you account for shipping.

This place is great if you want no nonsense plumbing hardware selection and service. Several of the guys there helped me out even though they were in the middle of their lunch break. They saved me a lot of time by taking my stocklist and putting everything in a cardboard box. If you know what you need, want to get in and out quick, pay  reasonable prices, and get attentive service, this is the place. Thanks.
