Snappy Services is amazing! Josiah and Brett came out to replace out water heater and a leak. They were timely, courteous, and did amazing job! We are very happy and appreciate the great work.

Final update 4/25/19:
After my husband spoke to the owner on Easter Sunday, a different team of plumbers came this week and fixed the two separate shower parts that were improperly installed by the first two teams sent. They said they were installed backwards. They were professional and prompt and the issues are resolved.

Due to no one showing up on to one of the scheduled days, the owner calling me a liar on Facebook (I wrote a review there too) and it taking 3 visits to have the showers fixed due to them improperly installing the parts in the first place, I would still not recommend this company.

Second Update after they responded and said they didn't work on our rental property:

Snappy Services saying they didn't install shower valves as of 4-21. Not only did they install one, they came back and installed a second one after it broke in our master bathroom last week. Again, they installed that one incorrectly. They have been ordered by Goal Properties Indiana to come back out to my residence and re-work the improper installation. Nice try Snappy Services. I'll be sharing your response with the maintenance manager from Goal Properties Indiana and you can take it up with them as one of their subcontractor.

Extremely unprofessional. Called early in the week to confirm work requirements and time. Day of execution rolls around and I hear nothing. Call the company and they have the tech text me and says he will be an hour and a half late. Ironically enough, they were scheduled to come back to fix a shower mixer that they installed backwards. Not sure how a plumber can mess that simple task up. Wouldn't anticipate excellent follow through or customer service. Hard pass.

The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work.  When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us.  When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us.  I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now

Sadly my home warranty company assigned my case to them and my issue is still not resolved (since May).  I was given different information by various technicians and office staff.  I was promised by the office manager that jetting my line would solve the flooding problem I was having (I was told the week before when it was scoped that I didn't need to jet it) and when the techs came out they jetted it and then told me there wasn't much in there to jet.  So, why did I just pay to jet it? I inquired what the next step would be if there was still flooding and was met with a shrug from the technician. My basement is still flooding and I have followed up multiple times for a month attempting to get a refund and come to a resolution but no one has bothered to return my calls.

I had previously replaced the piping under the bathroom sink, but could not stop it from leaking. So, I purchased a Groupon for Snappy Services LLC and called to schedule an appointment. It was explained to me during the call, that the Groupon would only cover the service fee and the woman went on about other deals I could've gotten if I hadn't already bought a Groupon. I then explained my situation with the bathroom sink. I stated that if they could repair what I did, that would be fine, but I'd prefer to replace the piping under the sink because what I had used was cheap and not functioning. We scheduled for Friday, because it was the only date that somebody would be home and I explained that it would be my adult children.

The next day, Thursday, I was at work and got a call from my daughter because the technician from Snappy Services was headed to my house, despite the fact that we had scheduled for Friday. I had to call them and let them know it was the wrong day. No big deal.

Friday came, the plumbers came to my house. I, again, was at work. The plumbers stayed less than an hour and ran the water in the sink. They stated that they re-aligned the piping and that there was no leak. They left, never once opening their toolbox.

When I arrived home from work, I ran the water in the bathroom. Upon looking, none of the piping had been replaced and low and behold... it still leaks. On Monday, I attempted to call and explain that nothing had been done, and the lady went on and on about the Groupon. And how the plumbers supposedly added plumbers tape and sealant, and that there must be a bigger issue.

I don't care about the Groupon. I had already spent the money. I wanted the piping under my sink replaced. I had left my debit card with my adult kids to pay for it, and had budgeted for the repair. I had asked for it to be redone, it still isn't fixed. They lost a paying customer because they assumed that someone who buys a Groupon is cheap. They assumed that I didn't have the money for their services because I tried to find a more cost effective way to do things. I never received a quote for replacement. And although the plumbers were kind, they did nothing. Literally just wasted my time.

The technician sent to my home was pleasant but after assessing the issue told me he didn't have crimpers in his truck so he couldn't fix the problem that day. I was told the necessary fix would be sent to the warranty company and I would be notified by Snappy when they received a reply. No call 5 days later. I called the tech and he informed me that he had been fired so he could not help me. I called the office and was told they would follow up. 2 more days pass so I called back and was told I needed to follow up with my warranty company. When I told the receptionist that it was probably because they fired the tech and it fell through the cracks she became indignant. She said he was fired days later and it had nothing to do with my service. I told her they need to follow up with the warranty company to  make sure they received the tech's recommendations. She said it wasn't on her and that I needed to do it. I told her not to cash my deductible check or I was coming for them (which is what I am doing by writing a poor review on every site possible). She said you aren't coming for us, and we already cashed your check, then hung up on me. After calling the warranty company I was told that they had in fact NOT sent the tech's work assessment in and that I had been waiting for a week because of Snappy's incompetence. Through the warranty company Snappy offered to send out a new tech but I declined because I did not feel good about having them in my home after the way I had been treated. Snappy sent over the original tech's assessment while I was on the phone with the warranty company and because I declined for Snappy to send out one of their techs, the warranty company sent Snappy a denial of their assessment and rescheduled me with a new company. The receptionist posted on my FB review On a side note, we cannot help if your home warranty did not approve your claim. We advised you to call them to get more information, but beyond that we are at a loss on how to move forward. Again a lie because they had not submitted the necessary work to my warranty company when I spoke to her on the phone. There are way too many competent companies in this area to put up with such foolishness. I am not the first person to write a poor review of this company and know I will not be the last. If you care about your home, do not use them for service.

Stacey is rude and unprofessional. Don't use their service point blank period. The maintenance guys are great and friendly. Stacey will do nothing but argue with you over the phone and not resolve the issue at hand. She wants to text my husband arguing with him over our caving in ceiling.

First time user for Snappy, via a warrenty service I have used for several years.  No wait...Alijah Kenkins and his assistant knew exactly what the problem was and the solution.  Very polite and personable.  Would give them ten stars if I could.    Wayne Creveling

After two no shows and them randomly showing up to my home twice without an appointment, they finally came to do an assessment on my home's issue. Two weeks after their assessment, we find out that they never submitted a report, so now we still have an issue in our home that is costing us a lot of money and we have to start the process all over again with another service after over a month of trying to work with Snappy Services. They were not easy to work with and wasted a whole bunch of both of our time.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! A woman contacted me on a Sunday about a man coming out to look at our water heater on Monday, I gave her the garage code to my home to give to him, which she didn't. When the man called me Monday afternoon telling me he was on his way I had to give him the code again. He then calls me around 4:30pm letting me know that he thinks we might need a new water heater but he would need to look at the faucets inside the home and he would follow up about what he finds out, and asked for permission to enter, fine. By the time I got home around 5:15pm he was gone and I had heard nothing about the next step. I tried calling him at 5:45pm because I noticed the hot water was shut off completely...no answer. I called Brandi as well, no answer. I leave for a few hours and come home, go into the bathroom to start a bath for my 4 year old, and the water is completely shut off to the showers upstairs!! I was never called and informed that the hot water was shut off or that the water was shut off completely. I call the man again and leave a not so nice voicemail, and then he calls me back to tell me he forgot to call me and apologized. Also didn't know when we would be getting a new water heater!!!!!!!! I am livid! This company is very unprofessional, their communication is subpar, and their technicians are not put together!
