HISTORY

Established in 2019.
Owners Corey and Jazmine Woodward founded Plumb On in 2019. Corey spent most of his life working for both large and small plumbing companies. He was looking to work with a company that respected good old-fashioned values and cared about the customers as well as the employees. He didn't like that customers were left with very few options when it came to residential or plumbing solutions or that customers were sold repairs they didn't necessarily need. Companies like these seemed to focus on sales quotas and pay their employees on commission, which created a focus on sales rather than on the needs of the customer.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I am a second generation plumber that takes pride in my work. My father started teaching me the trade at the ripe age of 5 and had me soldering at 7. One of the biggest things I was always told is that plumbers are not meant to be sells men we are tradesmen. I started Plumb On to help combat the large companies selling costly replacement options. We are a family owned and ran company that does not use high pressure sales tactics with up front pricing.

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

I was lucky enough to be recommended Plumb On by a neighbor through our neighborhood FB group. I had just moved into my house and needed a garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I had done some shopping around and was shocked at what some of the big plumbing outfits around were going to charge me. All of the pricing with Plumb On is listed on their website and if there are any extra needed parts, Corey lets you know upfront.

Fast forward to 10 months in my house and I've also had Plumb On install my water softener and do a repair. All of the work has been great. Corey has an attention for detail and everything is done well. Plumb On is my plumber from now on. I've recommended him to numerous people on our neighborhood FB page and the guy who recommended him to me always concurs. Also have recommended him to several friends and they are very happy as well.

If you are looking for an honest, professional, reasonably priced plumber who does an excellent job look no further than Plumb On!!
