Premier Plumbing

Jerry came to fix our gas line today and I can't say enough great things about his work. Timely. Kind.  Professional. Did it right the first time. And most notable was how he went above and beyond to even check my sump pump and crawlspace electricity while he was under the house ...totally unrelated to why we called him.  Highly recommend.

Caution!
This company was assigned to us by our Home Warranty company.  We needed to replace our water heaters. Dealing with Premier was difficult since communication was extremely poor. The level of professionalism left something to be desired.  I will attribute this to the management. Since the employee was pleasant to work with.
After five days of dealing with them and not knowing when they were coming or whether or not they had our water heaters, we decided to go with a different company.

Do you research before embarking in any home project.

No stars that's how terrible this business treated us! Horrible service and unprofessional.

This company was referred by my home warranty to provide secondary service to a plumbing issue.  The original company was closed for the holiday and I had water backing up in my home whenever I tried to laundry.  Warrenty company said to call to make an appointment for the service....I called 7 times before some one picked ( I had left a voicemail as well).  The person answered indicated he was the owner? Was so rude and yelling that I had to hang up
I tried again the next day and again the yelling telling me I do not know how to communicate I just want my sewer line cleaned it got so bad that I eventually said I did not want him in my home the way he yelled...no professionalism at all.

Made a referral through my home warranty. Did not reach out to us. I called them eventually and set an appointment for a Wednesday between 12-6. Took half a day off of work. Showed up Wednesday at 7:00 PM w/ no call or confirmation he was still coming. Stayed for 7 minutes. Clearly did not even test the drain. Did not fix the leak. Called less than 10 minutes after he left. No response. Called approximately 10 times the next three days. Nobody at the office, nobody returned calls, nobody acknowledged the job was not finished.  

 
Contacted my HW again and they finally set another appointment with me the next week between 1 and 5 pm. Took another half day off of work. Never showed up again. Never called again. Never heard from them again. Lost two half days of work and still have a leak. The worst experience I've had with a plumber.

I recently had to use this company for a service call for a home warranty. The technician was polite. However it took him two visits to fix a leaking spigot and he not clean up after he was finished. When I went to use the spigot, I noticed that the screws holding it in place were not put in properly and I had to finish the job myself. It was disappointing. I expect a job to be finished right the first time and that a technician of any sort clean up after themselves. I would never hire the company independently.
