Hello my name is Patrick Williams. I have lived in Indianapolis my entire life, growing up in Lawrence and graduating from Lawrence Central in 2002. I love and serve this great city everyday and wouldn't have it any other way. I'm a fan of the Indianapolis Colts and anyone playing the Patriots! Just kidding, sort of. Answered the phone immediately. Super pleasant and informative. He was willing to work with me... but suggested a couple of other names that might be a better match for my needs. He took the time to text a couple of suggestions. Theses suggestions were all small business owners (which I prefer).
Really ?? Not too many folks are this honest and helpful...with zero financial benefit.
I can't say how his business is but he drives wreck less is a neighborhood full of kids. When asked to slow down that's there's kids in the neighborhood he replied they better stay on the sidewalks, that's what they're for! Ok well douche canoe kids make mistakes, run for balls or animals , and as your coming up to a stop sign so fast you can barely stop ask yourself this. Would it be ok that you hit a child cause they weren't on the sidewalk? Guaranteed a parent won't look at it like that so please be mindful of our kids in the neighborhood
He arrived within minutes, another plumber needed his help as he got the cable stuck in the main and was taking hours to try to get it out. Pat got it out in less then 2 minutes. He is amazing. He is fast, great with customer education and extremely affordable. He will always be highly recommended by me. You can't go wrong with Pat's Sewer and Drain!
This review is a little late. I had a backup sewer issue right at the first of the year. I called Pat. Will definitely be the only guy I call in the future. He is friendly and funny and an all around great guy. He was here for a total of 10 hours and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Absolutely solid job done. The price was very reasonable. He is vey knowledgeable about EVERYTHING drain and plumbing related. I had a million questions and he patiently answered every one. And was right. He also guarantees his work for six months. I will only recommend Pat to people in the future.

A competitor referred me to Pat when i was calling around to get second opinions on the $4000 cleanout RR had said i needed. He called me back almost immediately, and was at my house within an hour or so, on a Saturday! Made a liar out of RR's scare-tacticians ~ found an easily-accessible cleanout that they'd not bothered looking for during their FOUR VISITS ~ cleared out my main line like it was nothing! On the side, he advised how to fix a cracked sink and how to best use copper sulfate for the roots. I'm so happy to have found my forever sewer guy!
