This is the best complete bathroom renovation company in town,  The staff was friendly, they cover every hallway thay walk on.  Job side was supper clean.no trush left behind .   6 day everything is done.      Atlantic coast plumbing.  Is the best guy in town

I spoke directly with Mr. Hoffman. He sent two guys to my house who were both knowledgeable and professional. They were fast and efficient. I couldn't ask for better service! Is there anything higher than 5 stars? Highly recommended!!!

These guys were good. Fast and not to bad on the price. Very friendly techs as well. This was a  real good, small residential plumbing experience from my standpoint.

We had to have an emergency repair on an external water valve that busted off. Robert's Plumbing was out in less than an hour and repaired the fixture. They are friendly, courteous, and do great work at reasonable prices. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used Rock Solid.  They are amazing.  Honest, hard working, quick and efficient.  Jeff will give you an estimate up front so there are no surprises.  I had a bathroom remodel that had some non-code compliant plumbing done, and Jeff showed up on time and had everything within code within an hour, all at a very reasonable price.  He cleaned up after himself and was professional.  Customer for life.

My home warranty company dispatched this plumbing contractor in Emergency service for my home due to a plumbing issue causing major backup in both my home's bathroom.
Someone called my phone from the company (I assume to schedule a time come out) but I missed it. I called the number back and it was clearly someone's cell phone. The guy who answered, responded as though this was a personal line and not a business line. (sketchy) After he realized my call was regarding the emergency service that was requested, he preceded to schedule a timeframe of 4-6pm on Friday (2/24/17). He nor anyone else did not show up. I called the same number back, no response. The number given to me by my warranty company, no response. Even my warranty company dispatcher called, no response. Piss poor business etiquette, no schedule an emergency service and not show up AT ALL nor CALL. I rate this company 0 stars and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Been doing business with Metro Rooter for 13 years thru 3 companies.  They used to be top notch & unmatched.  The past year has seen them dwindle off.  The Customer Service has gone away.  I feel that they think they are doing me a favor by servicing my commercial buildings.  I know them and have spoken with each of them over the years and have to say my last conversation with John the Service Manager has left me cold.   I have been waiting a week for a repair to a hot water heater.  Was told the parts were overnighted.  Saturday the plumber working on my water heater told me he could not repair it.    Now here I am going to work tomorrow morning in a medical office building a week later having to explain to Drs and medical staff that we still do not have hot water.  John I hope you learn to treat your customers with a little more respect.  Especially a customer of 13 years.

I am not hiring this company but they showed up to a new house build next to me, it is under construction and I believe there is no running water there yet, Instead of them knocking at my door and asking to use or buy some water I saw a guy walk into my backyard and start to either unroll my hose or turn on to see if that hose bib was working, I yelled out to tell them to get off the property but i did not follow up and go outside to ask them why, I tried to call the number on the truck and there is a generic message on voice mail, what kind of business has that, the 2 workers I saw looked  like work release prisoners, what kind of person does that as an employee, go onto a neighbors property and steal water, so hire these bozos if you want but my advice is check your jewelery box after they leave or have your camera catch some footage of them stealing, these guys have no reviews, except I saw one that is very fake, this review is just a reason not to hire these guys, I could have called JSO and they would have came out and took report and gave those clowns a warning, THEY BROKE THE LAW

Horrible drivers just got cut off while he was doing an illegal turn jumping onto the on-ramp to go down Atlantic all while talking on the cell phone. Jerks. It's illegal and you're trying to cause accidents no one should use these people for anything they can't even take care of them selves
