Called and had them install a garbage disposal for us.  They came out the same day and performed the work.  Other than the new garbage disposal not sounding like a chainsaw if you didn't know they had been there you never would have know anyone had been there.

I believe the plumber's name is Mike he worked fast the price was very reasonable and we are extremely excited to have them do more work for us moving forward.  

Just a few highlights they arrived early, didn't give us any upsell BS and the plumber was fast, efficient, and clean.  We are definitely telling our friends about them and what great service they provide.  When in this area these are the only folks I'm calling.

What you don't realize when they appear in minutes to fix your toilet is that they are pulling their guys off a job that has already been scheduled!  Once they leave your home whether the job is done or not, you go to the back of the line for scheduling.  Friday I was supposed to get a bath vanity installed, a tub, a pot filler, a toilet.  They got a toilet and sink in.  Sending them back today to finish the tub and install a gas line.  Got the gas line done and they were done by 2:30 but who cares right ?  Someone else called so they'll come back and do my Tub on 12/30!  And when I complained they said we'll close out your bill and you can find another plumber.  The manager of this shop is charging DOUBLE what we paid in Dallas for the exact same services.  I'm talking thousands and thousands of dollars here.  This is NOT our first rodeo .  I have never dealt with such unprofessional scheduling in our 27 years of home ownership.  Wow.  Just wow.

New to town and called Cumberland Plumbing and they got back to us quickly. They showed up when they said and wore masks( condition ). They sent Steve and he was so professional. I am going to have a few more projects for them to do. The real estate person said they only use the best and they were correct.

I work in a group home and the company had hired Cumberland Plumbing to work on a clogged toilet. Chuck showed up and was just awesome. He treated my ladies with respect and solved the problem in no time.
I told Chuck that my husband and I were looking for a plumber to install a garbage disposal and some other small jobs. I asked if we could request him and he said yes. We called on Monday and he came out the next day. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond the scope of his job.
If all the employees are like Chuck, this is one heck of a company.

These guys are great. Showed up on time, did the work, didn't gouge me on the price (and there was an opportunity to). Very professional, pleasant, efficient. Our water is great now and I am going to have them out for another project once we've got some money socked away.

Chuck was our service man. He did an amazing job, was quick and thorough and the cost was very agreeable. If Chuck is any indication of this company, I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Called about a drainage problem. They came out same morning and fixed the problem within the hour. I'm
very impressed with this company. The guy who came out was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Cumberland Plumbing the best.  Called them and John Pound went beyond what I expected and got two toilets installed for us in speedy and professional service provided by Mike.  He came he worked and left no trace that he had been in our home.

I called in the morning and they were there by the afternoon. We were having an issue with our garbage disposal.  Mike arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. Thank goodness it was an easy fix. Will definitely call them again if we need a plumber.!

Had a great experience today with Mike. I called the night before after business hours and was called first thing the next morning. John was who called me back and had Mike over in literally 15 minutes to replace my garbage disposal. Mike was very professional and fast! They have a hourly rate and they definitely didn't drag their feet trying to make an extra dollar. Mike gave me great advice on their services they provide and other projects I have for the kitchen, bathroom sinks etc. I definitely will be using them from now on. Fast. Reliable. Professional. Chuck put in a new faucet etc for kitchen sink. Great service and super friendly. Very reasonable price wise as well. We'll call them again for sure.

I couldn't be happier with their service, we had a small pipe break under a loose sink, I called them and within the hour they were in my house on a Saturday afternoon. It took him about 40 minutes to do a permanent fix and also helped my husband secure the sink to the wall. He was fast, polite and very professional. Definitely recommend their services. Hands down life savers!

Built a new home in Kingsland,Ga., needed a under sink garbage disposal, purchased at Lowe's and needed a plumber, clerk explained that they used a plumber with 48 hours to schedule. We had no time to wait, clerk recommended Cumberland Plumbing. Michael from Cumberland came to our home about 2 hours later, very professional. Michael covered his feet like would a surgeon, and proceeded to install our disposal he completed within one hour. This plumber was so polite and really knew his trade. We highly recommend this company and will use them again with any of our plumbing needs.

Chuck and Mike came out today and installed a new kitchen sink for me.  They couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful!  I appreciated the awesome job with the sink - it looks great and my husband will tell you that I am one happy customer!  Their rates are very reasonable as well.  I would definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

It was Sunday. I was about to start a 12 hour a day work week. I needed help and called Cumberland Plumbing. I left a message and a very kind and professional gentleman called back. He arranged for a plumber to come in an hour. I received a heads up call from Michael Green that he was enroute.  He arrived, donned foot coverings and proceeded to take care of my issue . He was professional and efficient. Cost was very reasonable. I've got my plumber forever! Thank you Cumberland.
