Awesome interior hardware store. They have hardware for pretty much everything.

I came in looking for some Texas themed hardware and was shown literally dozens and dozens options in person (and even more available in catalogs).

We've been coming here for many years and the quality of the customer service has gone down with each visit.
Few months ago we came in and were treated rudely so instead of ordering we just left and bought elsewhere.
I think since the kids took over it just has gone downhill ‍

I've ordered a few things from there, ignoring their big markup and trying to shop local and support a small business. Each time the sales person has ordered an incorrect item, causing a huge delay in my projects (most recent being over 2 months). No apologies for their mistake. Then when my order arrives to their store (if I'm paying for shipping it would be nice to have it shipped to my house), I only know it's in because I am emailing/calling for updates. Have gotten zero communication from the sales person.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I don't mind paying a bit more if their customer service was excellent, but it's awful.

I have had the best service ordering everything for my home. Starr came to Grapevine and worked with me and then I went into Dallas. Both are beautiful showrooms. Times are super busy right now but Rick's is on top of everything.

I highly recommend Rick's hardware. We just moved into our new home in Southlake and my toddler locked our bathroom door. We did not have a key to open it and Trevor was over right away with the correct key to unlock it. Great customer service!

Questionable customer service here. I think we got the short straw on our salesperson. I spent a lot of money on hardware here but I'm not really being treated very kindly. Curt answers to my questions and two different answers on return policy. I really wanted to buy local and I was considering lots of other home upgrades that they display (bathtubs, sinks, faucets, doorknobs) but I'm not getting good enough customer service to return here. They do have a lot of cabinet hardware on display if you want to come see in real life before you buy it online.
