I had new tenants move into my rental home in Peoria and they noticed some lifting of the floor planks in the dining room. I sent a request out to Angie's List and they referred me to Chris! He met with my  tenant and was very professional, and did an awesome job. The floor looks like new and the work was done so quickly. Chris did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have hard wood flooring repaired. There are not that many contractors that do that in this area I discovered. He gave me a quote and stuck to that quote and I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Sun Devil Handyman for services you might require!

Wonderful, wonderful service and work to match! Mark's a great guy and was a pleasure to deal with. He recently completed a patio roof remodel for us and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. He kept us informed of the progress the whole time, and I thoroughly enjoyed having Mark as our handyman and will certainly reccomend him. Sponte Handyman Services is EXCELLENT.  Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, I found Brandon, the owner, on my own via nextdoor- man did I get lucky.  If I could give more stars I would.  Having done a few homes, it is kind of shocking to find a gem like Brandon.  If I sound like I am going overboard, I am not!  His work is top-notch, he is on time, he is super nice and completely reliable.  He has done an array of projects for us, each were excellent.

Alex and his crew go beyond being wonderful!  If we could give them a 10 star we would!

We really enjoyed working with Barry Hawker and his team to have the exterior of our home, RV garage, and surrounding block wall painted.  We gathered quotes from 3 different painting companies and were impressed with Barry's eye for detail in the little things all around the property that needed, and received, proper preparation before painting.  His connections to good repair people were a valuable part of the whole process.  Ulises, Charly, and Max were the lead painters, along with a team of skilled painters, and they did a great job in just a week's time, putting in 10-12 hour days.  We love the results, and my husband said the new paint makes him feel like he is living in a resort!  We highly recommend Color Pride and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Reasonable prices and communicates well. Highly recommend. Shows up on time and takes cleanup seriously.
