We elected to hire Sun City Painters after receiving a couple of other bids and based on the opportunity to watch them prep and paint a home near our property in the Ventana Lakes community.  Their prep work was excellent and the finished product was what we were seeking.  

We scheduled a date in March of 2021 and they were on time and ready to tackle the job.  Having several awnings on our property, Erik and Jose expertly taped all the awnings, windows and fixtures in a timely manner.  In addition they caulked and patched where necessary and Jose installed a metal covering that covered up our unsightly air conditioning pipe running verically on our home.

We were extremely satisfied with Sun City Painting and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job staining our Tahoe Donner home.  It was the first time we'd had our cabin re-stained since purchasing it in 2014, so it was definitely in need of some care.  Rob managed to find the original stain color that was used on the exterior and decks.  As a result, our home has never looked better.  

Rob was very easy to deal with -- he's a friendly guy, with a focus on customer service. As the work dates approached (and once the work commenced), he stayed in regular touch with me by phone, which was helpful since I was down in the Bay Area while he was doing the work.  

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Rob also provides great work at an excellent value -- he gave us the best quote of the 3 companies we reached out to, and completed the work on-time and on-budget.  

We will not hesitate to use United Paint and Stain again the next time the exterior of our home needs a little TLC. They're great!

This is a family-owned small business. I love this and try to support businesses like this. It took a little time to get the painting scheduled because they are in demand. I obtained more than one quote, and Chandler 480 Painting had the best pricing.
The painting looks great! Like another review mentioned, they need to take care in regard to clean up -- but as soon as Caesar knew about it he took care of it right away. I will use their services again if the need arises.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We hired Coleman's Painting to paint the exterior of our house. This company is very professional, prompt, friendly,  communicative and detailed. They go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. We had another company paint our house six weeks earlier and a lot went wrong. Coleman's Painting team made sure everything was painted exactly as requested and even went out of their way to fix the decorative ironwork over the vents. These gentlemen were 100% professional! I will hire them again. They came in with the best quote, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and even put the door trim back up and left no mess. I couldn't have asked for more. (Job scope: I had to rehang the double front doors because the original remodel-contractor didn't put studs in to screw the frame/hinges to which allowed the doors to sag and stick over time. I had to cut out the drywall in order to add studs. Bright Future finished the walls on both side of the door like new with no drama. Thanks Eric, Jose and Co.)

I hired Isaiah and Andrew to paint my garage walls.

I needed our block wall repainted. I sent WSJ a message, and they responded immediately and set up an estimate the next day. They quoted a reasonable price and were available to do it the next day. I was really impressed by their reliability and their work was excellent. Highly recommended, I would definitely hire them again.

Fred and his crew where very professional and on time.  I had ask for a second coat as part of the price, and then agree to do the job.  I had one complaint which Fred took care of in a timely manner.  I would differently use them again and I highly recommend them to everybody.

New to the area, I contacted five painting contractors. When I met with Carlos, I knew that I had the one. What stood out was Carlos' authenticity. He loves what he does, and takes pride in meeting, and exceeding, one's expectations. His pricing was fair, his work exceptional, and the end results were more than I expected. I would use his services again without question.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

We thought we didn't really need to paint when we bought the house. We were wrong! Casey came out twice, met with us and did an incredible job helping us select colors! Crew was prompt, clean, professional and friendly! This is a GREAT local company! Price was excellent as well!
