Eric at Sun City painted our rental in Litchfield Park.  The transformation was amazing, the quality of the work and professionalism was top notch.
Excellent communication, worked around our tight schedule, fixed unforeseen damage and still finished on time and on budget.  We would highly recommend Eric and his crew!!!!!

I recently purchased a second home in Tahoe Vista that needed cleaning and staining. Rob did a great job with quoting, scheduling and staining the home. Rob was great to work with, he was quick to respond to calls and texts - he texted updates along the way so that I knew progress was being made. Everything was completed above expectation, within the estimated time frame and cost.

Rob also cleaned the roof, found a bee hive, fixed woodpecker damage and completed accent painting - all within the original estimate.

We had brand new custom cabinets installed recently. We went with a painter recommended by a friend to paint our cabinets. what a nightmare. even though he had pictures of kitchens he had apparently painted that looked nice, after he started, we knew we were in trouble.
After we parted ways, we were looking for a painter to salvage our beautiful cabinets and paint them for us.
Sherwin Williams recommend Caesar at Chandler 480 Painting. As soon as I met Caesar I knew he was the guy we needed. his price was fair and they started quickly. every step of the way was clean, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, they do fantastic work; our cabinets look amazing. The finish looks factory.
We have a lot more painting we need and we can't wait to work with them again.  
If you're considering using Chandler 480 Painting and reading this review, do it. You'll be happy you did. If you don't, I pray you don't get the first painter we used!

Incredible job!!!! They washed the area, masked everything (including the trees) had a full crew of 4 very knowledgeable painters and did fantastic work!!!! This is how painting is supposed to be done. Thank you

I will hire them again. They came in with the best quote, showed up on time, got the job done quickly and even put the door trim back up and left no mess. I couldn't have asked for more. (Job scope: I had to rehang the double front doors because the original remodel-contractor didn't put studs in to screw the frame/hinges to which allowed the doors to sag and stick over time. I had to cut out the drywall in order to add studs. Bright Future finished the walls on both side of the door like new with no drama. Thanks Eric, Jose and Co.)

Sal and his team are great!   They came in and did a great job!  I am so happy that we hired them.   They were clean, very organized and got the job done quickly.   We had hired a nightmare of a painter, they came in, cleaned up his mess and helped us through, what would have been, an ugly experience.  

The other guy cut a hole in my wall and ceiling.  They fixed them without even asking.  They even told us that the other guy used the wrong type of paint.   They repainted the entire place with the new paint without an upcharge.  

Hire these guys!   They know what they're doing.

I met William virtually as I'm in a different state and we coordinated everything over the phone.  His team showed up on time and painted all of my doors and baseboards to freshen up my rental property.  He guaranteed his work and said if anything didn't look right he would send his team to fix it.  Everything turned out great and I highly recommend him!

Rick responded quickly to my request. He scheduled for a week out then called and said he could be here the next day which was great. He texted me in the morning to say he was sick with a virus. He left a message that he could make it two days later. I decided to put the project on hold. Can't give any testimonial on his work as I didn't see it.

I contacted Martinez Family Painting and they quickly got back to me to set up a consultation. Carlos showed up on time and within minutes gave  me a quote for all the work I requested. His bid was in line with other quotes I had received and I chose to work with Carlos because of his professionalism and warm personality. We needed the interior of our home painted quickly and Carlos started the job 2 days later and finished on time. The finished product is beautiful and we are so happy. We highly recommend Carlos and Martinez Family Painting.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

Casey is a good salesman, very friendly.  Sadly, he isnt the one who paints the houses.  The workers were a different story.  We paid for the premium option where there was a hand rollered layer.. didnt happen.  Casey said he prides themselves on raking rock back for overspray... didnt happen, spray all over the rocks.  patchy work under the rafters, missed spots, the works.  Overall just a quick tape job and speed through then on to the next house.

I contacted the office and sent pictures, took weeks for a reply from the receptionist, only to say that Casey would need to schedule a call.  That never happened.  I just gave up because the color didn't end up coming out well anyway, so were going to eventually re-paint... with another company.
