Arizona Painting Company

These guys and gals did an outstanding job on our home, from the initial walk through to scheduling, picking the paint color and the actual painting itself and follow up. We are putting our house on the market in May and needed it painted beforehand. Here's a few before and after pictures.

We are very happy with our experience dealing with APC and despite the few bad things we encountered, we would still highly recommend them.

THE BAD:
1) my sister was home while they painted the doors yet the crew failed to knock on the door & ask her about opening the doors so they could paint every inch of them; which means there were strips left unpainted (see photos)
2) we found a discarded paint roller in our front lawn (luckily before we mowed the lawn!)
3) the crew threw trash into our green organics bin
4) although the foreman said he would send pictures daily, he never did

THE GOOD:
Everything else! The communications between us, the estimator and office rep (Chris & Cara, respectively) was superior. Heck, Chris even answered my first e-mail at 8 p.m. then proceeded to call me immediately to discuss further. We had a lot of questions, and one or both of them were quick to respond.

The quote / invoice were pretty straight forward although some sections contradicted each other - I suggest you read it thoroughly, a couple times, and call out anything that doesn't make sense. For example, one section may have said the pop outs were the body color but another section said they were the accent color. You do have a walk through with the foreman before they even begin putting up the sheeting so everything should be made clear then, but it's appreciated to have the paperwork details consistent.

After the invoice was settled & signed, APC was able to schedule us within a month's time. Although they allotted an entire week, it only took the guys three days (not counting their return visit to make touch ups discovered during the walk through). To my recollection, there were only two guys on the crew (George and Danny, I believe were there names). So damn, they were fast!

The financing process was pretty darn easy, too. They offered a 6 mos same as cash, 12 mos same as cash, and a 5-year plan with a 6.99% interest rate.

Our house looks great, practically brand new - and we are extremely happy with the APC team. THANK YOU!

~TL;DR~

I sat on this review a few weeks while I thought through, and sought lessons that could be learned from the experience. Since I signed-off on the work, I don't expect any action from the company. However, the experience matters so I will share.

I have a new-build. This is my first home. I wanted to paint my interior doors black. I specifically wanted my doors to be sprayed, NOT brushed or rolled.

I confirmed and re-verified this at every step... then the crew arrived. I was pressured to allow rolling and brushing to make the crew's job easier because they didn't want to do all of the prep work required to spray (prep work that was already outlined in the quote, and that I was prepared for). No one communicated to me a NEED to change the method. I was told by the crew, and the manager, not to be concerned with any difference in quality.

There were also a few hours in the middle of the multi-day job where the manager attempted to get me to pay 80% of the original cost, MORE, to resolve defects in the workmanship. (More on that if you read the full review via the link)

Well folks...here I am with brand new doors that are painted that have clear evidence of rolling and brushing, which is why I wanted them sprayed in the first place. I am pleased with my color choice...it is STUNNING! However, the workmanship and customer service left a lot to be desired. Perhaps the discount that was running at the time of the quote resulted in reduced effort, and workmanship?

Again, I don't expect anything from APC because I signed off on the work, and terms are terms. Lesson learned.

I am quoting with another company to have my brand-new doors sanded and repainted to achieve the look I wanted the first time...had my initial request to spray been honored.

I hope your experience turns out better. I believe they are capable of the many things they advertise. However, my experience was sub-par.

AZ Painting did offer to return and fix the areas. I appreciate the offer but three different crews and 19 days and not fixed. I do not have faith that a fourth crew can do the job.

The staff were all very nice before and during the project.   Now, when we have cracks they repaired reappearing and have identified areas they failed to paint they will not return a phone call.

I received a message shortly after post the above review.   They have scheduled someone to come out to resolve the issues.

Ken came to our home yesterday and spent 12 hours correcting the issues we had with the initial work.  Ken is knowledgeable,  detailed,  and a great guy.  We appreciate how hard he worked to complete the project follow-up.

I chose Arizona Painting Company because it was reasonably priced. They had three options you can choose from ...Bronze, Silver or Gold.  chose the GOLD package, The Gold package offers a 10 year warranty with Sherwin Wiliams duration 100% acrylic with Permalast technology & 12 to 15 years estimated life before the next exterior repaint. This is the best warranty option n Arizona and they warrantee the paint job for a full 10 years! The Gold package is for those two don't plan on selling in the foreseeable future.

I was very pleased with the product and especially the technician: Jesus Machado! He was AWESOME! The painting of my home started off with a crew of four or five  people... and then it dwindled down to four, three, then two... at that point I complained and spoke to a supervisor and he brought me out his best painter... That was Jesus! He answered every question, every concern, and even allowed me to look and see what he was doing! He was very careful with everything in terms of prep, details and the paint. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to do the best job ever! I highly recommend if you do use this company, that you ask to have Jesus Machado as your painting technician! He took care of all the hard work, all the clean up from the previous crew, and even corrected more than a few things from the previous crew that they missed! If you're able to give this man a RAISE for his professional work... I HIGHLY suggest you do!!  Jesus Machado IS THE BEST PAINTER YOU'VE GOT!!

I contracted a small paint job with Arizona Painting Company.  The estimator was very proficient but left items off of my bid.  She said she would call me the following week to check on the bid.   However, after no call, I sent an email to the company with my concerns listed.  Several days passed and then  received an email back from someone stating that the estimator was out sick (later to find out she resigned).  He stated that he would be happy to make the adjustments I listed.   Yet I received no further communications.  So I called again a week later.   Another person redrafted the estimate, supposedly to include my lengthy discussions with her.  I signed and we scheduled.   I brought up my gates to be painted several times in my email and in subsequent discusssions.  In each case there was inconsistency about whether this was included or not.  Each time in subsequent calls this was debated and I was to get a call back.  Nothing happened and no returned calls.  
In essence, they finally told me after I made the deposit that gates would be another $600 and I was not happy--especially after bringing this to their attention so many times.  
So--as far as the painting goes--they did a nice job and did clean up after themselves.  The crew was very nice and finished in two days.   There was further confusion with final payment--perhaps due to language barriers--but it is now completed.
The painting aspect of this job was great and worthy of 4-5 stars.  The office follow-up and lack of commitment to my continual mention of gates to be painted was less than satisfactory--and very frustrating.  Therefore, I cannot give a better review.

Arizona Painting Company has an outstanding supervisor in Gilbert.  He was professional and was involved from beginning to end.  It was extremely helpful because I live out of state.  He made it work with sending me pics and FaceTime.  The crew started by 8:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday.  They finished up today.

Final walk thru with Gilbert was done with a family friend.  I was on by FaceTime.  Wow!!!  They did a great job.  I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company.

From start to finish...color consultant to an amazing foreman, Able. These folks were professional, on time, very communicative and helpful.

Even when another contractor almost screwed everything by bailing on our door install, these guys stepped in, got me a new installer and got it painted quickly. Incredible!

I was well satisfied with our previous painter, but he was booked. So I hit the reviews, checked out BBB, and got some estimates. I thought AZ Painting had a competitive bid that was pretty thorough. I was really impressed with the painting team of Jesus and Miguel. They spent so much more time on stucco repair and prep than previous painters. We now have a sparkling house that looks new again

After our original painter backed out, i called Az Painting Company and I'm so glad i did.  The estimator came out within a couple days, the cost was comparable with my previous estimate.  They were able to start the project within a couple days and promised it would be completed before an event we had planned at the house.  The project foreman, Ruben,  texted prior to arriving every day.  Ruben and his crew of two were all friendly, effecient and quick to answer any question or concern i had.  They finished the project in only two days (their original timeline was 3-4 days) and i could not be happier with their work.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any painting service. I will definitely use them again.  Oh, one more thing. They left no debris behind.

I highly recommend AZ Painting. They were very responsive and timely from the estimating stage through to final completion.  Every aspect of the project AZ Painting staff were professional and courteous.  I could count on them answering my questions every time.

They assigned Marcos and Maria to our project, and are so glad they did!  This team had a work ethic unsurpassed and painted our new home as if it was their own.  Attention to detail and pride in their work showed every day they arrived for work.  They were never late and never left the job site until the end of the day.

A very professional company from Travis the estimator to Ariana the scheduler putting me in touch with Checho to get our house painted within one day of our HOA approval. The painters who came were very professional, fast, efficient, friendly and extremely clean. We are beyond happy with our house. We highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed

The pricing is very reasonable and the staff and Painters are very professional. I had my kitchen, living room w/ ceiling, and two hallways painted. Jose and Oscar were the technicians who did an amazing job. Very professional, on time and if they were not sure of something because I had a few accent walls, they had no problem asking and confirming. Please do not use Arizona Painting.  I have asked repeatedly for a representative to get in touch with me regarding questions and issues with the work.  Five tries to be exact, and absolutely no response.  The painters can't help you at all on some of the questions.  They are totally unprofessional, and act like no other painting company I have used in the past.  Please do your homework, they just don't care.  i don't have enough room to describe the things that went against the contract, yes a several page document you must sign to protect them,  not you.  It's just too bad that the work ethic and quality of work, nor the customer, exists in this country anymore.   One star is too generous.

This is our second time using ARIZONA PAINTING company. The first time they did a great room inside. We asked them to come back to do the outside. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! Ruben, the painter on the job, was an absolute joy to work with. He worked hard and provided great feedback on some of our suggestions and ideas. He did excellent prep work, as well as, cleaned up afterwards. We are showing the before pictures of the our house when it was green and then changed to a white house.

Needed exterior walls touched up where windows had been replaced. Very neat job, well done

We are so disappointed by the job done by Arizona Painting Company along with the complete lack of communication between their front office and their painters as well as communication with the customer. We went with this company as they had great reviews but unfortunately we did not have the same experience that other people had.

My husband did a walkthrough with Travis before the painting started. During this, my husband was very specific as to what walls we wanted painted and what colors. My husband made sure to mention that no one would be home as we had not moved in yet. He made sure to give Travis the garage code to get in.

On the start day (Thursday), I get a phone call from the front office stating that the painters were knocking and no one answered. I informed her that we had already informed Travis that no one would be home and that a garage code was provided. We thought it would be smooth after that.

Painting day #2 (Friday): I got a phone call from the project manager that they were confused as to what paint colors were going in the hallways. My husband left work so he could drive to our house to explain to the painters what needed to be painted what colors. This was extremely frustrating as we had already gone over all of this with Travis  

Painting day #3 (Saturday): I got a phone call from the painting crew that they were still working on the paint and it would be done on that upcoming Monday. We were not worried as we weren't moving in until the following Friday. I was told that we would receive a phone call on Monday 2 hours prior to them being done so we could come do a final walkthrough.

Painting day #4 (Monday): By 2pm, I had not heard anything from the painting crew so I called and spoke to the front office. After waiting on hold, I was told that the final walkthrough would be at 4pm. I told my husband and he left work to ensure that he would be there by 4pm. When he arrived, the painters were no where near done, the floors were still covered with paper and the guest bedroom wasn't even close to being completed. My husband told the crew that if they needed to come back the next day to finish that was fine with us but the crew insisted they would be done that day and that they did not need additional time.

After I was done working I went over to the house around 6:15pm. The painting crew was still done and still nowhere near done. I asked how much longer and they told me 45 minutes.

I waited around for almost 2 hours when the one painter finally came out and said that they were still not done but I could do the final walkthrough then (even though they were not done). I agreed to just look at the house even though it was only 90% done.

The painting looked awful. There was wall paint all over the baseboards, on an outlet, doors and even in a room where they hadn't painted. I told the crew they needed to fix it and I was not approving the job as done yet.

On Tuesday I went back to the house and it appeared as if they had fixed the original issues but there were still some things we were not happy about. No one reached out to us to ask if everything looked ok and we got busy as we were moving that week.

I finally got time to call on Monday and was told I'd be receiving a phone call from the project manager either that afternoon or on Tuesday morning. By Wednesday morning I still had not received a call from anyone. I called back and in a few hours the project manager reached out. I expressed my concerns to him. He wanted to come take a look at the work but at this point, I do not trust the company one bit and we just want to be done with this company. He told me he needed to speak to the GM and that the GM would reach out to us either that day or the following morning.

By Thursday afternoon I still had not heard back from the GM and had asked my husband to call before they closed. We both work full time jobs so this was very frustrating that we had to keep following up with them and taking time out of our work days to take care of this situation that had gotten way out of hand. By Friday evening, we'd finally spoken to the GM.  

We finally received the invoice on Monday and are officially done with this company and with this awful experience. Also to add, when both my husband and I arrived at the house, the painters were not wearing masks and did not put masks on when talking to us which really was just the cherry on top of this awful experience. We also noticed last night that they busted some wine glass holders we had hanging.

If you love issues with communication and do not pay close attention to detail then this company is for you! Otherwise, stay far far away. I would never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone we know including our realtor (who often gives referrals) not to use this company! This company is a joke and I'm surprised they are still in business.

The men from Arizona Painting Company did a fantastic job! Exceedingly courteous very neat matched paint perfectly. I strongly recommend this company for all your painting needs.

Arizona Painting Company did a fantastic job from start to finish! Adam and Juan came out to the house and got right to work. They were punctual and I really appreciate that . They were extremely professional and polite to do business with. My house looks fantastic because of all of their hard work. Thank you both for coming out and doing a phenomenal job. What a nightmare.  We had an over $7000.00 paint project as we were selling our house. We cleaned out all the furniture and slept in our garage.
    They started 3 days late. Then worked an average of 4 hours a day. So the job took forever.
    The contract was to spray the ceiling and roll two coats on the walls. They sprayed everything. Their were entire walls that were row after row of drips. There were missed spots everywhere and they didn't patch nails holes per contract.
    We called the foreman out Jose (who was as nice and apologetic as could be.)and he absolutely agreed with us. He said to put painters tape up where we saw mistakes. There were over 500 pieces of tape. He did say we had to use the same two lousy painters because he didn't want to make other guys fixed their mistakes. I wonder now if it's because they pay the guys by the job.
    Then we had to wait a week to get them back out and then wait another week for them to do the job.  The only day they stayed a full day was the last day. So now we are 3 weeks into a 5 day job!
    There are still problems but I seriously cannot stand the thought of those guys who are now mad at us being back in my house. They did absolutely no cutting in so I need to replace or clean every switch plate in the house because you can see where they painted around them instead of removing them. I still have sanding and stucco work I have to do to fix their brush marks and drips. and every door knob  has to have paint cleaned off. Walls that were a dark color there is a strip of that color along the floor line. What a mess.  
    By the way I said to the foreman, hey maybe the guys didn't see that the contract was for rolling the walls. The foreman said no we roll everything two coats.  I then said well are they new painters.....he said no they have worked for us at least ten years.

UPDATE
The General Manager of Arizona Painting contacted my husband. He had read the review and wanted to know how he could fix things. Even offering to come and do the clean up himself.  He was professional and really wanted to make things better. However we have already repaired most of the problem areas. In addition this is a house we are trying to get onto the real estate market and we do not have a 4th week to have anyone come in and tear things apart again. The general manager did offer us a monetary discount which we accepted.

Arizona painting did a great paint job on my house took a lot of time in masking them off everything that did not need to be sprayed and I would highly recommend them.

Arizona Painting Company sent Sean Zackery to quote painting the outside of my house and I was thoroughly impressed.  He showed up on time, walked me through all of my options, what to expect before and after, along with answering all of my questions.  Arizona Painting Company did an excellent job on the inside of my house several years ago and I look forward to working with them again on this project.  Thank you Sean!

I requested a quote and they reached out to schedule a time to look at my house.  I recieved my quote and schedule my house to be painted that week.  I found the staff to be really communicative and they answered all my questions.  I would likely use them again.  I removed a star because there were a couple of places that chipped or had peeled within a day because they left some tape on but I messaged them and they came out and addressed it quickly.  The only other thing I didn't like is they disposed of the paint in my yard which caused discoloration and also I have dogs so I wish they would have talked to me about that .

Came out, gave estimate, set up a start date (tomorrow) and just called to say they were going to pass on the job. Really less than 24 hours notice, wonder how they would feel
If clients did that to them?  That's a pretty awful business practice if you ask me.  They will be talked about (not in a good way) to all the friends I've made in AZ over the last 35 years that I've lived here. Looks like I'll be going with another company.

Responsive to request for an estimate but after that it was all downhill. The service rep Seth  pushed to schedule the job before the estimate was started. When he gave me the estimate it was $5,100 with a discount and when i hesitated he immediately dropped it down to $4,100. He again pushed to schedule the job.

I told him to call back in a few days so i could get few other estimates for comparison. When I found 2 different companies to do the job plus an additional repair, both came in at $2,500. I told Seth and he was very condescending and asked me why I thought they were so low. I told him that his overhead is considerable and he chuckled and said, ha oh like insurance haha. I explained that the company i chose is insured and he rudely told me they aren't, without having any idea which company that was.

The quality of work may be fine with this company.

The customer service is sub-par and the estimate was grossly inflated giving room for a false impression that a discount is being offered.

Issue #1:  We received a quote for the exterior and one for the interior. By the time we were ready to start exterior project, the sales person was leaving, so we were handed off to another sales person. While going over specifics, I asked for more detail on the paint for our front door, that's cast iron. The sales person told me oh, that's not included. You will need specific paint and it's going to be  $1600 more (exact number may be a little off). I told him that was in the quote and he said to me, what was in the quote I won't be happy with. We need a specific material so it will last.  I told him I'm willing to pay a little more for a better product, but that increase is a slap in the face considering it was part of the quote.
I contacted management and they agreed, you can't go back, after a quote, and start adding on $.
Issue #2: Walked them around the house to discuss what color I wanted where. They project manager (who I found out was actually a manager) did not relay the information correctly, so a few areas were painted the incorrect colors. I contacted the main office number and explained the issue. She said she would have the manager call me to go over. Not only did he never call me, they fixed the areas and some areas we didn't want done. So basically, more communication issues.
Issue 3:  I contacted the manager a few times about various things and he would never return calls, so I had to contact another manager. He didn't understand the behavior either.  I had to get my husband involved to get anywhere.
Issue #4:  I didn't like the wall color we chose, so I wanted a quote to paint it a different color. I contacted the sales person requesting a quote and a quote for additional areas I wanted added. He never called back.
Issue #5:  I pull up the next day and they started painted the wall without ever discussing what it would cost. The on sight manager (who never communicates) is who moved forward without even discussing. He then gives me a bill for the original cost. The original cost includes prep work, so I asked to speak with the sales person. Left him a message to call me back about this. He never called back. So, they left the wall 50% painted and wouldn't move forward until we agreed on their charge.
Issue #6, the FINAL STRAW. We have other contractors working on our house. According to them, the painters told them we don't pay. We have NEVER not paid anyone!!!  I contacted the sales personal and the office manager to let them know what was said and that we would not be moving forward with the interior job. There has been so many issues, but making false claims about the people who hired you is 100% unacceptable and disgusting!  The sales person and manager agreed, not acceptable and told me they would come up with a plan to complete project so we can move on.
I have not heard from the manager nor the sales person since then.
Below are pictures of how the painters work.

Pretty poor in my opinion.  The estimator over promised.  He promised things like dry wall repairs and holes seemlessly caulked in that just didn't happen.  

Then you have the shoddy paint that was more of a satin when we emphasized that we wanted eggshell.  Not a fan of shiny walls but I guess we'll live with them for 15 years now.  

There were several sections that were not painted for some reason.  We called them back twice already to fix the errors we noticed but keep finding more now that we have moved in.  

They say that they remove all the backing plates to light switches and power outlets but they left several on.  You could clearly see the old paint color around the borders of the plates.  Some of the outlets they masked others they didn't and painted right over them leaving me to have to scrub the paint off of them so that I don't have a goofy looking two toned power outlet.  They didn't replace most of the plates leaving me to buy new ones because I can't find all the screws.

They tore up our stair rail.  For one, they didn't mask it well enough as we have little paint overspray in some sections that I will have to clean off but worse they scratched it in several places while (I assume) they were removing the masking.  It's horrendous.  They also damaged our brand new laminate flooring.  Probably dropped a sharp edge.

Lastly we are missing a few items from our house.   We have had several subcontracted work crews in and out of here for months and have not had a single thing gone missing.  The painters were the only crew in there for three days and lo and behold after that we were missing several things.  Small things but add up to a few hundred dollars. I obviously can't prove they took them but the coincidence is pretty strong.

I do not recommend this company.  Find someone else even if it costs more.

Arizona Painting was great from start to finish!  Communication was amazing, including sending pics of who would be arriving at your home for the estimate and to complete the work.  Our foreman Orlando made the process so much easier than I expected it to be.  He did all the work himself, kept me informed every step of the way, & kept to his word as far as timeframe.  He had no problems allowing me to deal with my dog several times during the day, and even made arrangements around my schedule to complete the final walk through step.  I would definitely recommend Arizona Painting Company!

They did a great job and were on time everyday of the job 10/25-10/27 crew was great to work with and made sure job was done to our satisfaction. There was an issue with the color match on the trim but they went the extra mile to make sure their supplier corrected it to make it right. I would highly recommend their services.

I am so happy we chose Arizona Painting Company to paint our home.  From our first interaction with Sean Zachary, our local representative, to our coordination with Samantha Jorgenson, and then the actual project and final walk-through with supervisor Joe Bucko, every interaction was professional, positive and affirmed we made the best choice in a competitive field.  

They had extraordinary attention to detail, listened to and proactively addressed every concern, exhibited personal interest in our project, and took deep pride in their work product.   They took special care to protect my property, and extra time to ensure every slightest detail was finished to perfection.  

It was a true pleasure to work with this team - I will hire them again for future projects - of course, with the incredible 10-year warranty, it may be a while!!! (that kind of makes me sad!).

Needed two garage doors repainted and matched- did not want to do it myself.
Did Good work- reasonable price - accommodated work our schedule.
Travis was nice and professional. painter was sincere took 2-3 hours.
Despite being a large company- they did not say   Sorry your project is too small- we can't do that or give us more money coz our operational cost is more like some others did. They will earn my friends and family business next time with how sincere they are. Small help this time will give them big project next time.

Ok so I'm giving this a four star rating only because we initially had a crew come out to paint our home and they didn't power wash and tried to get out of here in a day and a half and didn't do a good job. My husband contacted the owner. He came out and immidialaty saw why we where not happy. He promised to make things right and he did !!! He sent out Daniel and his crew they did an Amazing job night and day difference !!! They where professorial and did a beautiful job so I would recommend using them. The owner is very kind and a man of his word and stands by the products they use which I find highly respectable .I've dealt with many shady contractors in the past and this company does what they say and honors their word. Thank you Az Painting Co for making our home look beautiful and back to live again.

Very professional and efficient. We called on a Thursday, had a quote by Friday and the paint done by Tuesday. Quick and painless! The paint looks great and they even helped me pick out the colors. I liked not having to deal with any cleanup or sloppiness. Good communication through text and email as well. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent Exterior Paint Project

We are very satisfied with the work performed by Joe Bucko and his team. To say he is a perfectionist is an understatement. Joe addressed even the most minor blemishes. The crew was always on time, very polite, and left no mess whatsoever. Go ahead and get your other Contractor bids, but and the end of the day Arizona Painting beats them all!

Very happy with my job...Ask for Walfred (onsite painter and supervisor of the crew)...he was amazing!!! Their tema had to work in some pretty rough conditions...had to work around the tile guys who were running 2 days over...Travis (the Salesman) did not charge me extra for anything...he completely understood and worked with me...they even worked with me when I changed the paint color literally when they were putting it on the walls!!!
I read some reviews over the last few months that were negative...sorry for them, these guys rock.

Had issues with the interior work (They did the exterior last year and did a fantastic job).  Received a message from Joe stating he would have a crew here Monday morning to take care of it.  They showed up on time and addressed all my concerns.  It's not often you find a company willing to stand behind their work but these guys really do.

An exceptionally professional and competent company that provided us a friendly and efficient process to complete our home painting project!! I had my nursery painted this past weekend by Sean Zackery of the Arizona Painting Co and I couldn't be more pleased! He was on time, super quick, but yet extremely detailed. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations! With the space now painted, it completely sent me into nesting mode. It was just what the room needed to make our upcoming arrival feel so real. I cannot wait to use him and this company's service in the near future for more rooms in our home!

I contacted AZ paint company to paint the exterior of our house. The painters were great! Luis and Jaime did and amazing job. When they were finished and we did the walk through they touched up anything that I was unhappy with. They were very punctual and when they finished they clean up was great as well. These two guys did a great job. I would definitely recommend AZ Paint company with these two painters! Thanks Luis and Jaime!

I did quite a lot of research on which paint company I should use to paint a couple of rooms inside my house, and all of the outside, which is a 2 story stucco.
The balcony had some dry rot in one corner and they were able to give me the name of a reliable company,  who was able to quickly make repairs at a reasonable cost.
Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me options on painting  the outside, based on how long I could expect the paint to last.
My painters were Johnny and Noe. The ugh were fantastic. They spent a lot of attention to detail,  making sure all the windows we caulked well and any stucco cracks repaied prior to painting. They moved items that needed moved, taped, and covered everything as needed. They kept me informed about what they were doing, and asked questions when necessary. They arrived when they said they would. They worked very efficiently.
They cleaned up after their work.
If you want a professional paint job for your home, these guys were awesome. I definitely reccomend this company for your painting needs.

I recently used Arizona Painting Company to paint my house and had a terrific experience. The estimater was friendly and straight-forward, and gave us some good tips for selecting paint colors. I was well due for an exterior painting.  My house is about 25 years old and it doesn't appear that it has been painted since it was originally built.  Due to some damage to the patio roof that was being partially covered by insurance, I decided it was time to have the house painted.  

I got several quotes and while not the least expensive, I chose Arizona Painting Company based on their local advertising, the services they feature on their website, and their general good reviews.  The quote process was pretty easy and the sales person Travis D. got back to me with a reasonable quote quickly.  After mulling over the decision for a couple of weeks, I notified them and was given a tentative schedule, and that is where the problems began.  

I was called on a Sunday, the day before they were to begin, and advised they wouldn't be able to make it because someone else had put off their project over the Easter holiday.  That required me changing my pet boarding plans, but that was fine with me and I expected them later in the week.  

Wednesday rolls around and the 2 person crew shows up and begins work.  They worked repairing a couple of drywall pieces on my back patio and began painting the house over the next 4 days.  On Saturday afternoon they left with just a few pieces of fascia board to paint and the doors and an attic vent to paint.  I expected them back on Monday, but apparently the crew quit and then things went downhill from there.  I got a call Monday evening on my way home from work from one of the painting supervisors saying my crew had gone AWOL and someone would be out when they could to finish.  

A week went by and they sent someone to work on the house and got it mostly finished except the front door, which was finished the next day.  

While the paint looks good, the garbage that was left behind and the Christmas light hooks that were removed and just left in a pile on the ground are just unacceptable.  I also upon my own inspection have found a number of paint smears and marks on the concrete, which means I'm gonna have to break out the power washer myself and try to fix the problem.  I wouldn't recommend using this company without being there to babysit what should be a professional company.

Hi. Joel was my go to person for painting exterior of my house. Did a great job although the color was off, due to paint company not the painter!  Getting used to the color. Would recommend Joel to friends in need of additional painting jobs. Company was responsive to my concerns.

Great company.  Gave us a printed quote on the spot.  Was flexible when we made some changes.  Great attention to detail. Courteous painters. Showed up on time.  I think they had estimated it would take 2-3 days when it really took 4, but we were not in a hurry and would prefer its done right, so that was fine. Would recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things go about Arizona Painting Company! Elmer's crew worked tirelessly for a week on our house and they did such an amazing job.  We had a great experience dealing with the office staff, estimator, and crew.  Everyone was professional and had great communication. Elmer checked in with us daily to let us know when the crew would show up each morning and told us when they were leaving.  Additionally, they kept the job site clean.  I will definitely be calling Arizona Painting Company for jobs in the future.

We are so VERY pleased with the the job Cris and his crew did on the exterior of our home. They were completely professional and their attention to detail was terrific. Great job, great customer service and a price that beat the bids we got from three other companies.
