CertaPro Painters of Phoenix

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Terry and his staff did an excellent job painting the outside of my home. He was proactive in keeping me posted on the status of the job. His staff of painters has been with him for 15 years. He was very professional and detail orientated.

My house is 8 years old and looks like new once he finished.

Called to get an estimate and set up sn appointment.  Got a call from Terry 20 minutes before my scheduled time saying something came up, we need to reschedule.  Waste of my time! I will not be using them. I can imagine how the job would go. Very disappointing.  Was referred by another customer in the Cave Creek store, but obviously this one isn't ran the same.

Terry is great!  He gave me a more than competitive quote, and the work was done earlier than I expected by a wonderful team of guys.  Super clean, on-time, and the paint looks great.  I will definitely call this company for any more painting required.  Just FYI: Terry says he isn't a huge fan of tech, so there is no emailing of invoices or paying online.  I believe we had to actually mail a check.  Minor detail that didn't affect our experience at all. Oh my god where do I begin!?! Terry and his team did such a great job. The entire team was so professional and kind. The communication was frequent and the price was great. When I started getting HOA letters stating I needed to paint my house, my siblings and parents told me to be prepared to shell out 3k for a good service to come out and do it. I paid under 2 grand to have my house completely painted all within 3 days time and with the most professional workers and just genuinely considerate people.
We have a young baby thAt takes a daily nap, the workers were kind enough to ask us what time she would be sleeping so that they would know when to be a bit more quiet. That is something that really meant a lot to me
The house looks great, the price was unbeatable, and the people were perfectionists. I will never use another paint service again.

I used CertaPro of Phoenix for the second time to paint my 2 story house. The painting crew that painted my house was done in the projected time that I was updated. They took their time to do the little items that really made me feel satisfied and took there time with pop-outs and metal  accents. I've referred this company to many neighbors which also have gone with CertaPro . Since I've used CertaPro of phoenix I have no need to look for any other Painting companies. They do it right, make sure you are satisfied and also give you a great warranty.

We hired them for popcorn ceiling removal & retexturing. Their pricing was very fair, & they were professional & courteous. Terry, the franchise owner, kept us well-informed regarding scheduling, & the crew showed up on time every time. They were the only company that included caulking around the edges of the ceiling to avoid gaps after the popcorn was off & the ceiling retextured. Everything looks amazing, & the crew left the jobsite very tidy. I would highly recommend this franchise.

I have used Certa Pro( Terry Doyle) for several years now and would never use anyone else.  They have painted two home inside and out, another home inside, and commercial offices inside and out X2.

First-- they are reasonable
Second--they are reliable and show up
       On time and ready to work
Third--they work quickly and efficiently
Fourth--the painters themselves are pretty
       Much family men and are members of
       A Christian musical group. They sing
       As they work and when they talk
       Among themselves there is no off
       Color jokes/stories or questionable
       Language. So you have no worries for
       You or your children to be at home.
Fifth--noise They play Spanish music that
         Is never blaring or loud.
Sixth--Terry has an account with a local
         Paint company so if you are unsure
         If the color pallet you want--he calls
         And you can go select several
         Sample cans to try out at no cost.  
Seventh--Ever day they clean up and
          Leave NO mess.
Eight--They do not unload a China cabinet,
          But they move pieces of furniture
          And set them back in proper place.
Nine--I feel comfortable enough with
          Them that I do not have to stay at
           Home/offices to monitor them.
Ten--    This company is made of
            Professionals that take pride in
            Their jobs. No shoddy work here.

Through the years I have recommended this company lots of times snd have always gotten good feedback.
