One of the most honest and best contractors one could work with. Only problem is that there are not enough Glenn's to go around. I highly recommend Glenn and his team.

My husband and I worked with Stein to re-tile and install new shower doors and medicine cabinet for our bathrooms. From the very beginning our experience was great. Stein was instrumental in helping us thin through materials, the pros and cons of going with certain tiles, and look and feel of what we were trying to accomplish with the remodels. Not only was the work completed in the time frame estimated, it was at a very reasonable cost.
We also needed a small amount of plumbing work in the shower during the install. Everyone we worked with through Nordic Improvements was exceptional, professional, and fast.
We highly recommend working with Nordic Improvements, and have no reservations about the quality of work, pace of the work, and the general professionalism and guidance you get by choosing them.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

This company is fantastic! Great experience all around. The salesman was on time, professional, honest, and knew how to answer all my questions. (Which has not been the case with every company I've had a quote from). They have a great selection of products to choose from and are very competitive with price. Glad I went with Bill @ HomeTime and I would happily recommend them to a friend or family member

I have had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline for a number of years. Jacqueline was the Interior designer for our latest project, a home remodel in Ramona, CA. Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. The clients were extremely satisfied! I look forward to working with Jacqueline again!

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

Kris came and gave me quotes for two separate jobs. After meeting with two other contractors, we decided to go with her, and we agreed on prices, terms, etc. When it came time to do the actual work though, she backed out of both jobs and left us hanging.

I measured many times and built a custom sized door with the guys from Lowes. I was not expecting to pay over $600 for their cheaper model, but the other brands they had were actually a bit more, and I couldn't go with a standard out of the box door because my door width was an odd size. I got the CDMP.
I have never installed a shower door before, but I read and re-read the instructions about 10 times before even starting the demo of the old. The instructions were actually pretty good, but they did leave some questions about sizing and cutting and what to do with this part or that, that could have been more clearly written. I guess I could have called them, too, to ask.
The door went in fine eventually, but I would have thought for over $600, that they would have come up with some better solutions for some of the parts. For instance, the bottom tray, that catches water from going out the front, has a lip on it on the outside, which is good, but it's also dead flat, so after a shower, the water just sits there. With all this precision cutting when they manufacture it, you'd think they'd slope it.
Kind of disappointed that the door side catchall at the bottom also has all these grooves on the inside. Since water is ALWAYS there, why not make it flat or smooth or rounded, now, when I go to have to clean that part, there's all these tiny right angle corners that will be more difficult to get crud out of (I guess all shower door catchalls are like this, though, but INNOVATE!).
Also, the clear rubber vertical strip shield (for lack of a better term) that goes along where the door latches doesn't butt up against the door, so water can slip out that way and down, too.
The door is 100% plum, so I think that's just the way these are built (my mother in law said their door doesn't close the same either, like above)
The glass is nice and the brushed nickel looks real good, but I was a bit disappointed in some of the lack of attention to detail in manufacturing or innovation in ease-of-cleanliness.
Also, silicone caulking sucks. Use mineral spirits on your finger first before sealing it up.
