We had a leaky shower and a blown out plug. Randy was on time, respectful, and went way above and beyond for us. He drove out to Cave Creek just to get a different shower cartridge for the job, installed it in a flash, and came back for the electrical work. Super nice guy, great service, would recommend him and for sure hire again. Thanks Russ!!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

Great experience with Sunset Tile & Bath.  From Mark coming out to access remodel to offering his suggestions.  Timely reasonable estimate.  Tile selection, etc. was spot on, Audra is delightful as well.  Always available for little detailed suggestions / advise.

Crew started on time and did an amazing job.  Big shout out to Cesar, Cesar & Tony...!!!
Cesar's tile work is The Best.  A true craftsman...!!!  And the crew have great respect for your home, clean-up was done daily.  Overall GREAT guys!

One Word "AMAZING" kent is professional and on time. I will definitely be contacting him to do further work on my home. It is hard to find a reliable Handyman but Kent got the job done.

Can't say enough great things about Irving and Modern Innovations. He works fast, does very high quality work with great attention to detail. And at a very fair price. He is very skilled in seemingly every home remodel trade. If you are considering doing any work to your house (big or small) you should definitely give Irving a call

We just had Pelleco Home Design completely renovate our kitchen and are glad we went with them. After researching our options, we called Pelleco. Sam showed up on time, took some measurements, and gave us a basic idea of how our layout would look. He then gave us blueprints of how our finished kitchen would look with the cabinets, counter tops, sink, and appliances, complete with measurements for everything. Before construction began, we were able to visit their showroom to see how the cabinets, hardware, and counters would look. At the Pelleco Surfaces warehouse, we got to pick out the actual quartz slabs that would go into our kitchen. Sam was great to work with and was always able to be reached. He kept us updated every step of the way. Everyone in his crew was professional and helpful. The whole renovation took about two weeks and we're very happy with the end result. We would definitely go with Pelleco again for a future remodel. Thanks Sam!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

Bob does amazing work, we have had him do 3 different home remodel projects over the years. The first was a huge one, converting our open living room into a den for my husband. The second was a HISA shower conversion with the VA, and 3rd was tiling the bedrooms. We receive so many compliments on the den, most people assume it was built this way when the home was built. The floor to ceiling shower in our master is beautiful, and reminds us of a resort. The tile work is perfection, and you will be more than pleased any time you use VetsBuilt contracting and their contractors!

AZ Remodel Pros installed cabinetry and a hall tree for our laundry room. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Izzy had great ideas for the project and Joey did excellent work. We are so excited to have such a beautiful and functional space!

We selected Retro Pro for a major remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wall/slider to the outside, and whole house flooring) after getting quotes from 4 different companies. We went with them because of Eric's vision after he heard what we were trying to accomplish, the time and energy he and Angela spent on us just to get an initial quote, and the trust and respect instilled in those first couple of meetings. Our gut was spot on! This huge project was such a good experience with Eric, Angela, Steve, Omar, and the rest of the staff! Their communication throughout the project was phenomenal; stayed in constant contact for progress and questions, we were never left hanging or wondering, and Eric was always in tune to any hesitations or requests we had. Angela learned what style we like, and helped design our project beautifully. They really listened to what we wanted, and designed it so. Everyone was very respectful when they were in our home, the work was always clean. The skill and quality of their work and products are top of the line!!! True craftsmanship! They make sure it's perfect and guarantee it to last. We are so pleased and have since used them for new windows and some other projects in other areas of our house. THE. BEST. Don't look any further! Hire them! We were looking for a design/build company we could trust. They delivered and with high quality! They do it all from design, flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, backsplash, etc!

We've done 3 different projects with them now. A few years ago they did our kitchen. We get compliments on it all the time. They spent tireless hours searching for the perfect sink we picked out and couldn't find in stock! Sorry the picture is a little dark, but the island has open shelves on this side of the picture. The kitchen also includes a microwave drawer, trash can drawer, specialty drawers, pull out drawers in some of the cabinets, soft close, etc.

We have now recently hired them again to do our bathroom after severe water damage. They fit us in and gave us a better than ever bathroom in a reasonable time. They also gave us all the documentation we needed for our insurance company.

We also had them recently do a custom craft room. It's also amazing! They made my dream come true and figured out exactly how to lay it out so everything would be setup perfectly in reach for all my different projects!

The designers are great at listening to what you want and providing suggestions to make sure everything looks great. They have a great eye for colors and styles. Additionally all the workers are very professional and do high quality work. They show up on time and make sure every little detail is perfect. You can trust them to do the best from design to build!

Did a whole home remodel and couldn't be happier.  Slade and Trinity Homes are the best of the best.  High quality work, fair pricing, and very responsive.  Slade is straight forward and easy to work with which is what you want when you're doing a stressful remodel.  Our project was quoted as 6+ months by several contractors, but we decided to go with Trinity Homes and Slade and his crew came in and did it in about 3.5 months.  That's pretty much unheard of for home remodels.  A+ Highly Recommended
