We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is 100% committed to customer service, and doing what they said they will do, you don't need to look any further! Exemplary project management, regular communication, and fantastic workmanship.

Russ is a pleasure to work with.  I had multiple projects for him and he completed each one.  He wants to make sure you are happy with the work he did and best off all he cleans up after the work is done.

They were nice and Pro.  my place become great!  They reconstruct the old area and cleaned up after, i will call them again for the next service.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Just completed a full master bath remodel with K&B. Very pleased with the results. Tyson and crew did an excellent job. Workers were efficient, professional and clean. Including wearing masks when appropriate. They were flexible and helpful in both functional and design recommendations. Pricing was clear and competitive. During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

We contacted Capital Mark to remodel our master bathroom.  From the beginning, the process was timely, organized, and pleasant.  Kyle's estimate was clear, lower than other estimates we had received, and in the end, accurate.  John and Justin were the people who were here every day performing the majority of the work.  They showed up on time (and every day!), they worked hard all day, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each work day.  They were especially careful to keep the dust to a minimum, as I have allergies.  They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. They respected our time, our home, and our pets - basically, common courtesy, which can be uncommon in this industry.  The job started on time, finished on time, and was on budget.  We are thrilled with how our bathroom came out, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends (which we have already done).  We will definitely have them come back to do our kitchen down the road.  Thank you, Capital Mark for renewing our faith in good companies that take pride in their work.  Five stars!!!

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

Fabulous experience with this company. I had my back patio re-tiled, and a bunch of work done in my laundry room (tiling, plumbing, drywalling). The work was done beautifully and skillfully, so it all looks great. They took their time to do everything the RIGHT way. All of the crafts-people doing the work were friendly and very conscientious, including everything from the obvious stuff (like actually showing up when they say they will and cleaning up when they're done!) to small, considerate things like putting extra tile away for me because they saw where I store it in my garage and patching up some extra drywall holes that weren't noticeable until appliances were moved. They pay attention to detail and put in the effort to make sure everything is right. The price was very fair compared to the competing quotes I got, and they never tried to upsell me on the most expensive option or hit me with big "surprise" extra costs. I will definitely be calling them again when it's time for the next project.

First and foremost, Kent is extremely professional; his quotes are easy to understand, he listens to your questions, he shows up on time and he works diligently.  
Last year I went about getting quotes to have both bathrooms gutted and remodeled at my parent's house.  My parents are both elderly and just couldn't figure out how to even go about finding a contractor, so I made the calls and got quotes from some contractors, including Kent.  I first had the master bathroom remodeled, but didn't use Kent.  That contractor did a good job, but they sub contracted all the work to a few guys who didn't show up on time and sometimes wouldn't show up at all when promised.  Keep in mind that I was managing this remodel while at my own house, so when my Aunt (who lives with my parents) called me to tell me the (sub)contractor didn't show up, I was pretty ticked off.  The remodel of the 6 x 6 master bath did wrap up after about 2.5 weeks, but included the contractor needing to come back to fix some items that the sub contractor failed to touch up or complete.
Now onto the 4 X 6 guest bath remodeled by Kent.  I contacted Kent and immediately asked him if he subcontracted his work and he said "no" and that he would be onsite for every step of the remodel.  Kent fit my parent's guest remodel into his schedule and told me it would take 5 days.  It took 4!  Kent had help, but he was there every step of the way (as reported by my Aunt) and he worked fast and efficiently.  The subway tile work over the bathtub, including a nook, turned out beautifully, as did the vinyl plank wood flooring.   Kent's focus on doing the work quickly and doing it well was very much appreciated, as my Aunt now has her own remodeled bathroom to use.  

A Quick Follow Up:  I go over to clean my parent's bathrooms regularly and noticed some buildup around the base of the toilet, on the vinyl flooring.  I contacted Kent and he willingly went over and replaced the toilet's wax ring seal.  It probably isn't even the seal (my parents are elderly and peeing gets more difficult when you're immobile), but I greatly appreciate Kent's willingness no assist me and my parents.

Very happy with the results of our kitchen remodel! We did obtain a few estimates for the project. Sam came out, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, came up with good design & reasonable pricing! He is easy to communicate with, addresses all the questions and issues in a timely manner! Vetsbuilt recently repaired my patio roof and replaced a water heater. Bob was friendly and agreeable to a few scheduling changes. The estimates he gave were spot on. I would recommend them and use them again.

Brian and AZ Remodel pros did a pretty nice job all things considered. I like to be a little more hands on than most, which I know isn't typical when you hand over the keys. Fairly big remodel- step one, remove popcorn from the ceilings and paint the entire house including ceilings... well, they painted the ceilings and didnt remove the popcorn. Brian completely ate that and took fault and it was corrected within a few days. The flooring came out EXCELLENT! Shower came out pretty nice as well... few little things like not raising the shower head while we were in there and a few things slightly off centered but the shower still looks fabulous and I've received multiple compliments on it. There were quite a few mishaps along the way, dings on my fridge, base boards being ripped up by mistake, fan blades damaged,  but every issue was handled promptly and professionally by Brian. The worst part by far was the painter and lack of attention to detail and care. The main thing, is Brian is a professional, trustworthy, a man of his word. Would I use AZ Remodel Pros again? Absolutely. I know next time will be a a lot smoother too, as I will have a better idea of what to expect.

I would recommend Affinity Kitchens because we worked well together. Norman McLash listened to what we wanted. He offered us wonderful ideas and suggestions. Affinity made the whole process painless and most importantly, we love what we now have.

We had 6 different estimates for our kitchen remodel.  Most of the contractors that visited our home said, "This is a big job", which didn't instill a sense of confidence.  When Eric & Angela came into our home, they immediately understood our vision and made it seem almost easy to accomplish.  After having researched remodeling in our area, the price was in the range of what we had anticipated and very competitive.  What made them stand out for us, was their shared vision for the project, the in-house crew, and the attention to detail.  
Eric came up with several ideas for our layout that we had not even thought of and created a truly custom and beautiful kitchen.
Omar's craftsmanship and attention to detail made it obvious he has years of experience.  Any challenges our older home presented, he and his crew handled without issue.  Omar was very friendly to our kids, and never made us feel like we were in the way in our own home.
Angela provided advice on design to make the space feel cohesive with the rest of our house.  We originally thought pendant lights would make the kitchen feel too small.  She strongly recommended we go with them, and we absolutely love them.  
Steve was always reassuring to me when I was having trouble picturing the kitchen during the remodel.  He was always just a phone call away.
We were very happy with our entire remodeling process with Retro Pro.  If we had to do it all over, we would definitely choose them again.  The only thing friends and family say when they see our new kitchen is, "Wow!"

Love this company. ABT has done so many projects helping us renovate our house. From the new doors and windows  to the new roof to the new master bath and now taking down a wall to open up the living room. Great company, great people to work with.
