Thank you so much for everything!! This company is amazing! I was a nervous wreck when we bought our first "fixer upper" home. I had no idea where to start or what to do. Jeremy was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! I had an issue regarding a faulty circuit breaker, and also with my wall outlets. I sent a message to a few businesses (using the Yelp request a quote feature), and Russ was very quick to respond. Since he was in the area, in between jobs, he was able to drop  by, diagnose the issue quickly, and even did a trip to the hardware store to make sure he could get the right part to fix the issue immediately. That was impressive since I didn't expect it to be fixed the same day. He did this all with a cool attitude and safely (wearing a mask). I look forward to contacting him again for some of my projects around the house and highly recommend him for his services.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Well, it's our 3rd and final project because everything has been updated. The last thing was to rip out all the 20 year old tile and replace it. We looked at glued wood, wood look tile, engineered floating wood and floating luxury vinyl planking. Burton really helped us understand the pros/cons and provided nice big samples. We went with the Vinyl planking (we choose Mohawk) because of the quality, the pet warranty and the fact you couldn't tell it from the engineered wood flooring.

Installation went flawlessly and we chose to go diagonal. Their floor specialist Omar, was quite the artist (see pic). He blended it perfectly. We have had several people over and they are shocked it's not wood. All and all another great outcome and very competitive cost.

During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

We contacted Capital Mark to remodel our master bathroom.  From the beginning, the process was timely, organized, and pleasant.  Kyle's estimate was clear, lower than other estimates we had received, and in the end, accurate.  John and Justin were the people who were here every day performing the majority of the work.  They showed up on time (and every day!), they worked hard all day, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each work day.  They were especially careful to keep the dust to a minimum, as I have allergies.  They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. They respected our time, our home, and our pets - basically, common courtesy, which can be uncommon in this industry.  The job started on time, finished on time, and was on budget.  We are thrilled with how our bathroom came out, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends (which we have already done).  We will definitely have them come back to do our kitchen down the road.  Thank you, Capital Mark for renewing our faith in good companies that take pride in their work.  Five stars!!!

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

It was truly an all-around great experience.  Mark came out, talked to us about what we wanted to do in remodeling our bathroom, took pictures and measurements, and had a reasonable estimate out to us within a couple weeks.  His crew started the job on time, and they were all great.  They all seemed very competant and friendly.

Once the job was completed, we realized that as a result of our plans (not Mark's), our walk-in shower had a little overspray issue where our vanity was getting splashed.  We called Mark who offered us a few different options and the cost of each.  We decided to have a glass wall expanded a little, and then Mark told us that he was going to split the cost of that with us.  How sweet is that?  It truly was not Sunset's fault that our shower was spraying a little past our glass wall, so that was an added bonus that he offered to share the cost of our "tweaking" of the wall.

Hiring Kent/Details Remodeling was the best decision we could have made. Kent is honest, straight-forward, responsive and does meticulous work. Unlike other contractors that have many jobs going at once and barely pay attention to your project, Kent focuses on the project at hand and has a clear plan for completing the project on time. Best of all - he does it in a very reasonable amount of time.  He is very attentive and detail oriented. He remodeled our Master bathroom and our guest bathroom and both were done to perfection. He does a lot of work himself, and if he has a sub-contractor do something (like plumbing, drywall or tiling) you can be sure that their work is just as reliable and well-done as Kent's.  Another bonus is that Kent allows you to purchase the materials for your project yourself which saves a considerable amount of money. All other quotes we received clearly marked up the materials to boost their profits. With Details we were able to afford better quality materials than if we had gone with someone else. Kent's estimate process is very transparent as well. He provides very detailed estimates for what is to be done. If the project changes, he gets your authorization before proceeding. At the end you receive a revised quote showing credits for things that didn't end up happening and the additions that you had agreed too. In summary Kent is a true professional who will strive to do a great job on every project that he takes on and I highly recommend him.

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.  I would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone, and will be using them again when we need home improvements that are beyond my abilities.

I too wish my experience was as good as some others' here. We chose Affinity for our Optima remodel because I'd seen their logo in a kitchen I'd admired. The products are beautiful and I was excited to work with them. The designers took time to measure for one unit we didn't buy and I was glad they were willing to measure the unit we ultimately did, included in their $1800 drawings charge. Our designer was very nice, and I think has good aesthetic sense. She took lots of time to show various products. Over time, I simply didn't feel she understood our logistical needs and our unique challenges (my husband has some mobility issues). Because we were hiring our previous cabinet contractor for other work in the condo, and he has real roots experience that led to good ideas for our lifestyle, we decided to go with him for kitchen install too. I thought that our $1800 covered the CAD drawings to spec, with Affinity's promise to credit that to our account if we chose to have them install, but no matter what, we'd own the drawings. As a good contractor does, our guy remeasured to be sure all was correct. He uncovered a 1 1/2 inch problem for the cabinet housing our unique dishwasher drawer. He and I thought it would only be helpful to mention to Affinity designer so she could learn from experience for the next project that might incorporate the same dishwasher. When I emailed her with, 'you may wish to double check the specs', her response was, 'The drawings you have are not for construction, the drawing is an artist's interpretation and is not intended as a precise depiction. You have made the decision to go into another direction therefore your new kitchen specialist is responsible for the dimensions and finish details.' I guess I misunderstood. If I were to do it all again, I'd use some of the $1800 to hire a designer for aesthetics, and let my kitchen guy recommend features and measure the kitchen as part of his quote. But in the end, if it weren't for Affinity, we would not have been introduced to the fabulous glossy acrylic cabinets, so all's well that ends well.

Love this company. ABT has done so many projects helping us renovate our house. From the new doors and windows  to the new roof to the new master bath and now taking down a wall to open up the living room. Great company, great people to work with.

Disappointed. I experienced absolute failure of this company to follow through with anything after the initial meeting.  I have been getting bids on this project and have not had any of the other companies just disappear, which is what Trinity did.
