My wife and I hired Sunset Tile and Bath for a condo remodel of the kitchen and both bathrooms. Both of us were sold after talking with Audra. Her space planning and super helpful ideas for ease of use and durability were amazing. The crew were fantastic and professional. Mark stayed in contact with us as well as Their foreman Kevin. So glad I am able to leave a great review of Kent's handyman services.  I found him here on yelp with a 5-star rating, and I wasn't disappointed!  Kent worked on installing some wrought iron fixtures on a newly installed wood floor, and the work was immaculate.  He also installed a new wireless doorbell (which he also shopped for and provided) to replace our broken system.  Kent is a great guy - honest, hardworking, and very handy!  Five star review *****

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.  I would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone, and will be using them again when we need home improvements that are beyond my abilities.

Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

We used Pelleco Home Design for a kitchen redesign / renovation, as well as laundry room and floor renovations.  Sam was very involved throughout the design and build process. He was very responsive and kept me updated on who was coming to work and when.  

Pricing was very competitive and I really liked that they wanted to avoid change requests as much as I did. Even when unexpected challenges arose, he kept his word and there were zero change requests.  We have worked with other contractors in the past where every little thing was a separately charged piece of work... and that of course extended the timeline for those projects.  

We were back in our new kitchen within 5 weeks!  All of our neighbors commented on how quickly our project was progressing.  We love our new kitchen and we loved working with Sam and the Pelleco team!

DJ and Bob are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need.

We (pre-Vetsbuilt) made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed  to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned.

Vetsbuilt stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. DJ and Bob are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money.

Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site.

Vetsbuilt, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their subcontractors are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 6 am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home DEPO all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break.

These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run!

We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

We hired Andrew to build a bathroom from
Scratch in an empty room of our house. Andrew's attention to detail during the entire process was remarkable. He worked very fast and thoroughly - we just love the result !!

Some months ago, we had them come out to estimate redoing a shower/tub job gone bad. They were one of four contractors we sought estimates from, and they were lower-middle in terms of cost. I strongly feel they gave us excellent value for our money.

Working with them has been easy and straightforward. We signed an agreement and wrote them a check for a 40% downpayment. Shelly at the office scheduled the project. Ric showed up on time everyday, had all the necessary equipment, and cleaned up everything before he left. He was friendly and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home with myself and my infant. The project itself took 9 days to complete.  He did not rush and it was evident that quality was the priority. At the end of the project, I received a final invoice and paid via check for the remaining balance. There was no funny business or hidden charges or trying to finagle more money out of us.

Most importantly, our bathroom is beautiful! The shower is beautiful! I am thrilled with the results and excited to have our bathroom back together after literally months. Working with Ric and Handyman Connection has been a night and day difference from our previous experiences with remodeling this bathroom. We will be keeping Handyman Connection in our contacts and if we ever need more tile work, we are asking for Ric!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

We were on a time crunch for getting our 2br 2b condo patched, painted  and a 2 tub surround installed. We called over 10 people, before finding
D & D Construction on yelp. Thank goodness we did, because his crew exceeded our expectation with there attention to detail by completing the job on time even with the additional time challenge. We worked personally with owner Deon and he genuinely cares about his clients needs and has high expectations for quality work. Thank you for your wonderful service. We will definitely hire D&D Construction again for our future projects.

Kyle is an excellent handyman. He is professional and respectful. Kyle worked with us to remove the dirty old carpet from our used home, and replaced it with laminate flooring. He offers competitive prices and worked with us to find the best deal on material. He is efficient and flexible. I highly recommend him for any home repair jobs you may have. We will definitely call him with any future repairs we encounter.

Michael is super personable and very responsive to what the customer wants. He did a great job remodeling our master bath with a new soaking tub and updated shower. The photo doesn't do his work justice. Would definitely use Better Bath again in any future remodeling projects!

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.
