Sunset Tile improved our master vanity area and did a big remodel of our guest bath. Audra helped with the design process, taking pictures and measurements and preparing a timely presentation.  Sunset Tile was one of three quotes and in the middle price-wise.  Paul supervised the projects.  Their team was awesome!  They showed up on time every day and finished ahead of schedule. It was a great experience.

One Word AMAZING kent is professional and on time. I will definitely be contacting him to do further work on my home. It is hard to find a reliable Handyman but Kent got the job done.

Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

Brian and his crew did a great job! We started with a bathroom remodel and added a kitchen remodel, and they finished the job within a few weeks. Brian was very quick to respond and their bid was highly competitive to others.

Well, it's our 3rd and final project because everything has been updated. The last thing was to rip out all the 20 year old tile and replace it. We looked at glued wood, wood look tile, engineered floating wood and floating luxury vinyl planking. Burton really helped us understand the pros/cons and provided nice big samples. We went with the Vinyl planking (we choose Mohawk) because of the quality, the pet warranty and the fact you couldn't tell it from the engineered wood flooring.

Installation went flawlessly and we chose to go diagonal. Their floor specialist Omar, was quite the artist (see pic). He blended it perfectly. We have had several people over and they are shocked it's not wood. All and all another great outcome and very competitive cost.

Irving did a great job installing flooring in our laundry room and helping move the big appliances in there. It was quick and good quality work. He also assisted us with installing closet shelves and what not for two closets. Came out great again.

Located in the rear corner of Terry's Consignment in Scottsdale you will find the showroom of Pelleco. Do not let the size of the space fool you. The expertise is on par with much larger wholesalers and interior designers in the area. Sam pays great attention to detail and is easy to work with. I am fairly new to home ownership but have very high standards and expectations. At no time did I waiver at anything Sam suggested or offered. His pricing is extremely competitive and he has access to a wide range of materials and products. While we had Pelleco do a full estimate based on our remodeling needs; we didn't use him for all but we're very pleased with the outcome. We took four bids for each project. Sam bid on each job individually and gave us a great deal on kitchen, bath, and flooring. We took the best bid from each vendor type and added the total sum against Sam's bid for the entire project. Sam was a pleasure to work with and was very patient as my girlfriend and I made style changes often.

We contracted our remodel project of a 1950s vintage central Phoenix home with VETSBuilt Contracting. The entire project was well executed from the beginning. They were also the most responsive business during the initial bidding. DJ and his team of experts accomplished work that included electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, complete flooring and bathroom tile upgrades, and drywall work. The team held to schedule commitments and executed work in a professional way. The Quality of Workmanship from each area of trade was accomplished flawlessly. We will use DJ and his team again as we see them as trusted/professional partners that provide great workmanship, a fair market price, and a schedule you can count on. Special thanks to Sergio for stellar tile work, Jay for super electrical upgrades that brought convenience to the property, and Daryl for plumbing upgrades that addressed issues and  modernized the home.

We hired Andrew to build a bathroom from
Scratch in an empty room of our house. Andrew's attention to detail during the entire process was remarkable. He worked very fast and thoroughly - we just love the result !!

David D did a beautiful job installing tile in our kitchen.  He arrived right on time, was very courteous (with a great sense of humor) and did a meticulous job.  When he was done working he cleaned everything up with care and left our home looking as if no one had ever been there.  Thanks so much David; we will recommend you highly!  Deb & Johnny B.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I had to track down a different contractor when D&D bailed abruptly just before starting work. That was a huge waste of my time.

Even though it was 2 years ago, I wanted to make sure my review reflects that it was accurate.

I am very satisfied with Kyle of I'm gonna Fix it. I used his service once 2 years ago and kept his number because I was satisfied with his work. He just installed our entry wall light and again, am happy with his work. If you need quality work and a fair price, call Kyle.

In February Better Bath Remodeling did a total remodel of our master bath. The tub and glass shower were removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. New tile floor and quartz countertops were also installed.

Michael was great on the Sales side, Martin and Alan were equally great on the construction side. Once the job was started, they worked on it every day until completion. Each day we were advised what they were going to work on that day and their progress was reviewed at the end of the day. Their quality of work is impeccable.

All parties were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

When my contractor was unable to finish my master bath remodel due to health issues, Rudy and the crew from Global Prevention Services took over and finished the job on time, within budget, and to my satisfaction. I was able to sell my home for more than asking price, and the new bath was the key selling point! I would recommend Global Prevention Services if you are looking for a quality product.

Just opened my second spa! And of course I had to call the Spice Girls!! They help my salon look super cute super girly and super friendly I am so happy with the work they do!
