We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor? Luke at Vista General is amazing.
This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever. What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

It is rare that I take the time to acknowledge great service on social media but in this instance finding such an exceptional business is worth sharing. I had my master bathroom completely remodeled in October which was a full tear out and rebuild. After several quotes, what sealed the deal for me with Lollis was the incredible integrity, honesty and passion for their work. They did plumbing, electrical, tile install, fixtures, etc. What they delivered: 1. Ways to cut/reduce costs 2. Suggestions and great ideas. 3. Knowledge of products. 4. Craftsmanship 5. Attention to details. 6. Treats for my dogs! When the job was done they did a thorough cleaning of my bedroom/bathroom and it was all move in ready. Being under construction is usually a horrible mess to be in but I've never seen contractors So tidy! Needless to say Lollis will be the only contractors I use for my home because they offer something that is very rare these days and that is TRUST WORTHINESS.

Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.

I had spoken with 4 different companies to inspect and repair my house fire sprinkler system in Scottsdale. I'm selling my house through corporate relocation and the relocation inspector had limited understanding of fire sprinklers. Larry provided honest and practical advice that avoided unnecessary repairs. I didn't receive the similar level of consult and advice from other companies. Very much appreciate his honesty and top notch expertise/service. Highly recommend and big thank you again!

Very timely, reasonable price and excellent work. What more could you ask for. Stan came out and installed a new smart sprinkler timer I got at an SRP seminar. Would highly recommend

Honest. Reliable. Professional. Reasonable. And his workmanship is of the highest quality. My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William Chuck Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. You can trust Chuck. He's a good man and an honest man. And he does amazing work.

Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction. They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for. This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project that I may have.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare. I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard. It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly. I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess. I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job. The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead. I agreed and he came back the next day with his team. They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company. He was super professional, cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

The Capriotti brothers recently carried out my kitchen remodel. They proved first-rate; I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are great guys, honest, of absolute integrity, really hard-working, and easy to get along with. They gave useful advice on several issues. The work area was immaculately cleaned at the end of each workday, much appreciated. Their wish is to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Strongly recommended; I shall certainly ask them to come back when future work is needed.

Our dishwasher failed while we were away and the significant water damage (about which we initially were unaware) not only slowly created mold inside our walls; it ruined most of our kitchen cabinetry. Since our house was built in 1984 the kitchen had been updated but never fully remodeled (including the original fluorescent lighting and drop-ceiling!). We had no intention to undergo such significant a project but the timing would never be better.
Our insurer provided a list of its approved contractors but because the economy is so strong here in AZ, few responded and even fewer provided a bid (of the 18 GC's contacted). During the mold remediation process (a terrible experience we wish upon no one!), we were referred to Copper State Remodeling, a fully licensed and bonded General Contractor. Are we ever grateful!
Mike Byrnes, its owner, came to our home the same day we contacted him and expediently provided a comprehensive bid: Seal the rest of the house off (we lived in it throughout...), repair walls post-mold remediation, demo/remove all cabinets, drop ceiling and equally dated lighting, etc. His crew then installed new drywall/texture, redesigned our HVAC (making it more efficient), fully upgraded LED lighting, painted, and even completed minor structural improvements.
Mike as project manager, most capably coordinated and oversaw each subcontractor, the cabinetry company, appliance delivery/install, and the granite fabrication/install. Each and every individual who came into our home was the utmost in professionalism, competence, consideration, and also friendliness--including being most dog-friendly!
Copper State Remodeling was competitive in its bid. Most of all though, we appreciate the significant added value Mike and his team brought to our home. We're extremely satisfied and fully enjoying our new kitchen and family room--including its previously 'hidden' vaulted ceilings.

Just finished the garage project in Willow Valley, AZ. 40X50 with three large doors. I am a weekender and retired. The project was finished from inception to completion without me lifting a finger. With all projects of this magnitude there are always SNAFUs. The strength of a company is how they handle the problems. Southwest's team handled my very small punch list very quickly and with exceptional professionalism. My close neighbor built a 50X60 garage, sub-contracting himself; his turned out very nice, but he and his wife were constantly discovering they had to have other professionals come in to complete their project. Much less stress the Southwest way.

We discovered a slow dishwasher leak that compromised our kitchen island and caused great damage to the cabinetry. We visited a few stores who informed us that they no longer carried our cabinets. So we googled and started calling down the list of contractors that were listed as carrying our brand of cabinets. We called at least 4 companies and Keith/ A.C.E. was the first person to get back to us. Another company returned our call a few days later and the other companies did not respond at all to our messages. So the first thing that we really appreciated about Keith was that he was quick to respond! Keith came out the same evening to assess the damage and quoted us by that night by email. We had gotten quotes from Home Depot and also another well established store and Keiths quote was fair. We selected A.C.E. and they got started the next day by tearing out the damaged and wet wood and setting up fans. Our situation was unique as we were not trying to remodel but restore and keep the costs as minimal as possible. Our cabinet color was no longer available so Keith worked with us to find the closest match veneers to cover the new cabinet boxes and we reused our existing doors that were in good condition. This helped keep costs down for us. A.C.E. and its workers were very professional, trustworthy and like others have mentioned quick to resolve any concerns that arise. Having workers in and out of your home for an extended period of time is not fun, but when they are as professional as Keith and his crew you get through it and the end result was total satisfaction! Our sincere appreciation for the quality work and our restored kitchen! We highly recommend ACE!

I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am in David Zarate and D Masonry Construction. He poured my foundation slab on my house addition and messed it up being off by about 6 inches on one side which would have caused a HUGE problem if the General Contractor that used him didn't make it right. David then promised me he knew how to pour a tennis court and that he had poured several for customers before. So I trusted him which was a BIG MISTAKE. Look at the photos I uploaded. Don't take my word for it just look at the photos.
1) The court was not level and appropriately sloped as when General Acrylics came to flood test it before they striped it, there were puddles all over the court of water just sitting there.
2) The court surface finish was not done correctly. It was suppose to be done in a light broom finish which he said he knew how to do that no problem. He did not and the court was anywhere from rough to smooth all over different parts of the court.
3) He didn't suspend the wire mesh in the court right in the middle of the 4 slab like he is suppose to, to ensure no wire mesh is exposed on top of the tennis court.
4) Crooked tennis posts. He never bothered to ensure the tennis posts sleeves were set straight. Look at the photos. Unreal.
-Then when I asked him to please make his mistakes right, and pay for me to get a true tennis court company to correct these items, he told me he wouldn't and claimed he didn't do anything wrong!!!! Look at the photos!
If I could give a 0 review, I would... unbelievable to have someone take advantage of me like that.
