We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I would highly recommend hiring FIVE40 and Shannon for your next remodeling project, and I know I will be using them again in the future.

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Got a large cabinet section installed in a random area next to my kitchen. Excellent service from this company. Quentin keeps you informed of the process and communicates well throughout. The employees who did the work were respectful and did a great job! Would use this company again for remodel services! Adding a picture, the color is the same on top and bottom cabinets, photo lighting throws it off

Joe and his team did a great job from start to finish. I reached out to Efficient Home Pro after contacting the big window installer and being quoted what I felt was ridiculous. Joe was able to come out to my house within a few days took measurements and just a few days later he sent a very competitive quote.

After deciding to move on with our project I placed a 50% deposit and scheduled install for a month later, much less than the 4-6 month timeframe I was given by other companies.

The install was incredibly clean the crew picked up after themselves and respected my home. I'm very happy with the product the difference in heat and noise is night and day.

I'll be updating my review in a year or so to see how they hold up. Initial install date May 2022

They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. They have remained available even after the job was complete for any questions. If you want knowledgeable and top quality, these are your guys!

WOW! Chad fixed the gables on our Tudor style home and they look amazing! He drafted a new project solution that makes the gables look beautiful and authentic, but that works so much better than what we had before. Chad is creative, punctual, efficient, super tidy on the job, and offers very fair prices. Highly recommend Chad and Jones Reclaimed for any home project- big or small. We for sure will be calling him again!

I filled out the online quote request for a large remodeling job at our house. It included enlarging a bedroom, or potentially adding one, and converting our carport into a garage. I missed a call from Jason the next day. He sounded nice enough. I called back and left a message with Bill. No return call. I called the next day. Again Bill answered and said he'd relay the message to Jason. No return call. I called one last time and still couldn't get through. Then I realized if I were hiring these guys I would really want them to be more accessible and willing to talk to me. It was horrible business practice and first impression. I would have probably have used these guys for the house we are trying to sell and the next one that we are soon buying if they had been reliable.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

I found Aqua Therapy Tubs so awesome to work with. Derek is very professional, prompt and is very clear with the proposal. He really worked  to get me the materials I wanted, showing he goes that extra mile. I now have an offer on my home and I look forward to having them re-do another bathroom for me. We had the pleasure to work with Peak One Builders and had a fantastic experience. My husband was hit while serving in Afghanistan and sustained a traumatic brain injury and loss of both legs below the knees. Remolding a home could have a nightmare....but with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors and Peak One Builders this was the easiest experience for us.

Mike Christensen of Peak One was professional, reliable and made sure that the job was done right. The way that Mike had reconfigured our home was outstanding. He was extremely creative, thinking outside the box for my husbands special needs to make sure our home looked normal and not like a handicap section. The house feels open, clean, spacious, and luxurious. Basically, the house looks like it was built for a King!

I love seeing the look of pride in my husband when we are at home, he has full access to everything and there are no obstacles. Now we BBQ and hang out at our fire pit almost every night! If there is ever a question we had, Mike is always available to help. After the whole experience, I feel like we gained a great friend too. Thank you Mike and Peak One!

We used Retro Pro for a guest bath remodel in 2013 and were so pleased that we used them again for the master bath and, as before, we were really satisfied with the results and the whole process. Eric and Angela met with us initially at our home and then again for a design consultation at their showroom. Angela was very helpful both in the design process and during the construction. The work encompassed
a total tear out of the existing bathroom, removal of a sunken tub, and a dividing wall. Two narrow windows were replaced with a single window involving the reworking of the stucco exterior. A new bathtub, tile surround, tile floor, new lighting and cabinets were installed. Nestor, our project manager, and the crew were professional, competent, very accommodating and polite. Eddie did a great job with the tile work as
he had done for the guest bath. It is nice to see a lot of the faces that were with the company four years ago. Communication was excellent and the project was finished on schedule. Although they are not the cheapest in town, the quality and peace of mind was well worth it and we highly recommend them.

Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker Pencil tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.
