Best General Contractors in United States
We hired Crosspoint Contracting to remodel our kitchen and utility room. We are very pleased with the job that was done. We had a few minor setbacks with flooring and ceiling fans being on backorder. But as soon as the materials were in Cliff had his crew out here getting things installed. I would recommend Crosspoint for any of your construction needs.

Waed and his team are outstanding! I learned about him after he did a fantastic job remodeling my neighbor's place. He did some work in my kitchen and completely remodeled my wife's old place that she still owns and now rents out. We couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend him.

Joe has been such an asset to have to take care of my home improvement needs. I have used him and continue to use him for all of my home improvement projects. He is very presentable, trust worthy and reliable. It is nice to have someone you can that shows up on time and does the work right the first time at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using him for any projects you might have.

My brother in law referred me to Lumby Concrete after he had his driveway poured. I needed a walkway from driveway all the back to my patio. I contacted Mike and he came out the next morning to give me a quote. Since I knew the quality of their work and the price quote was within what I expected, I scheduled the job. They called and asked to come out a couple days earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. They took a day to dig and frame and a day to pour and smooth out the concrete. It looks great and couldn't ask for a better contractor, on time, they call and keep in touch/communicate with you.
Would highly recommend!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

So thankful to have found Elvis for more reasons than one. Not only did he perform the job we originally hired him for well, he also helped make sure that many other jobs around the house turned out okay.
We originally called Elvis to drywall a closet that we had to blow out to expand our master bathroom and he was extremely responsive and came out right away to give us a quote which was more than reasonable. We ended up going with someone else purely because we didn't want to deal with the headache of coordinating the plumber, electrician, etc. and ended up hiring a general contractor who would take care of the whole project instead. However, we had a bunch of other things we needed done in the house and decided to ask him for quotes since he said they can do pretty much anything. We decided to start with matching the bedroom floors to the floors in the rest of the house and his quote was significantly less than a few other quotes we got so we decided to go with him.
The day the job started, Elvis and his crew arrived on time and started walking me through all of the options. Since we had purchased floating bamboo floors and we currently had the original hardwood in the bedrooms, there were many different ways to do it and they patiently walked me through all of the options. They even walked me through the options that would have been less expensive and make them less money but I really got the sense that they just wanted to be honest and provide me with the highest quality of work. In the end, they recommended that I not rip out the original floors as it would cost significantly more and reassured me that floating the floors on top of the original flooring would still look okay. His workers were so kind and respectful and went the extra mile to fix a few squeaky areas in the floors as well as a few other things that the last contractor screwed up. In the end, they were right and the floors match perfectly with the flooring throughout the rest of the house and the quality was superb.
While Elvis and his crew were here working on the floors, our bathroom was also being worked on by the general contractors we had hired. Without getting into a long story, let's just say Elvis saved us from ending up with a bathroom of poor quality by notifying us that certain things were not being done properly (which we never would have known otherwise). He even came by late at night after I had finished work to help point out to me what was wrong so that I could contact the company-not for money, not for his benefit, not for any other reason than to help because it was the right thing to do. It turns out the company was in fact poorly managing the project and things are now back on track.
It is nice to know that there are still honest people out there but it is just plain shocking to know that there are honest, good contractors out there-Elvis and his crew are definitely one of them. Now we know we have someone we can trust to not try to screw us and to provide us with quality work so we plan on having him install our windows and flooring in the bathroom-I will update the review once those projects are finished but I have no doubt that they will provide us with the same quality work that they have so far.

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!

Justin is a nightmare!! We hired leckie investments to do our first flip. It was a $130000 budget. The first day they were suppose to be there on Wednesday to start demo, they were a no show. I called and they said it would be Friday. Then they took the weekend off. After 3 days of demo the house sat for 2 weeks with nothing being done. When work started I went over and they had tiled a shower wall that was suppose to come down and placed a pantry wall in the wrong place. I called, not upset at all, to let Justin know. He told me they were doing things in the order they were suppose to. I told him they shouldn't have tiled a wall that's coming down though. He said, that was not for me to worry about, if it's wrong that's on them. He said Don't be talking to my contractors. So, I asked, so you don't want me to tell you if something is being done wrong? He started yelling at me saying he was pulling everyone off the job. I calmed him down and he apologized and I hoped we could work past it,things only got worse. Our original budget was $90,000. He told us to ask for more for unexpected expenses and to pay interest on the loan. As soon as we asked for more, our budget jumped to $117,000. He refused to sign a contract. Threw a fit about signing lien releases. Which I later found out why, when he threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay him more for a hood. He refused to uphold his scope of work. We were suppose to get quartz in all 3 bathrooms, which we had discussed and the scope of work was changed to state. We got vanities with counters already attached. When I asked him about it, he said we were over budget, yet never gave me any receipts. He just pulled the max amount. For example his kitchen budget was $20,000, which was for cabinets and the sink ONLY. All demo, framing, plumbing, countertops, appliances and tile were billed separately. He put in white shaker cabinets that were not custom made, just prefab. There is NO WAY they cost anywhere near the $20,000. We also got NO say in what went in. If I asked for a different color or anything that wasn't from their wholesaler, it would cost more. We found that the $117,000 didn't include shower doors for walk in showers laundry cabinets (just 2 above the washer and dryer), and more. We ended up paying over $10,000 out of pocket for everything not included. If I brought it up he told me , I have a list of things that we have done that wasn't included because you made changes. Which is NOT true. We made 1 change and that was to put 2 outlets outside, which the wall was already open to, due to demo. They damaged our new front door when delivering the appliances and damaged the appliances. When I asked about the front door being replaced they said it's not that noticeable! It doesn't matter if it's not noticeable, I paid for a new door. The appliances had football sized dents and I was told I don't think that will keep people from buying your house. It's a million dollar house, so yeah it will. They offered me $500 to keep the dented appliances. I told them no, I wanted new ones, that I paid for. A week later, they still hadn't ordered anything. They had budgeted $3500 for appliances. Which I didn't pay much mind too, knowing that he had budgeted $20,000 for cabinets. So, he then tells me I can keep the dented ones, take the $500 or find my own for under $3500! So, I searched forever, found a suite for under $3500. I contact them and they say not to buy it they were to expensive. The appliances were the only thing holding up us putting it on the market. Justin then tells me that the $3500 included INSTALLATION!! He said he had already paid for the hood and threatened to put a lein on the house. Wouldn't the installation be included in the $20,000? I ended up buying the appliances and installing myself. They charged me $3500 for custom shelving in the pantry, I got 3 shelves. Beware!

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
