Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Deck remodel:
Over all quality was very good. The crew, led by Freddie, was a pleasure to deal with. The communication from James the owner was poor, that is the only reason that I won't give a 5 star rating. I awarded the bid to James, faxed my contract to his office and gave 50% down with them over the phone. After 5 days I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to see if they had a start date. They replied that James would have to handle that. I texted him and asked for a start date. He replied the same day stating that he had a few decks in front of me and had to see how far the crews had gotten and would get back to me as soon as possible. 7 days later I finally hear from him. He asks if they can start the next day. I replied absolutely. 2 days later, still no crew. The next day he replied that there had been a mix up and they would be out the next day, and they were. The crew was very friendly, clean and did fantastic work. 2 weeks later I found a couple spots where the paint didn't stick after a rain. I text James back and a crew had the trouble spot repainted with in 2 days and that time it stuck.

How often can you say what an awesome experience remodeling a master bath was?
M2 just finished our master bath and it could not have gone smoother or turned out better. Mark really has his act together. He is on top of each job, communicating schedules and the work that will be done each day. His trades people are all excellent and have been with him for years in most cases. Check out his Facebook page for the beautiful examples of his work.  Mark is an excellent communicator , listens well and also has great ideas.

Richard Peel rescued us from renovation Hell! We had been working with another contractor for months to finish the tiling and flooring in our master bathroom. We were on a tight timeline as I was seven months pregnant and wanted to get the project completed before our baby was born. For over two months we sat patiently waiting for the previous company to finish their job and they never did. We got a referral for Richard Peel from the Arizona Tile preferred vendor list and from the first phone call I knew they were sincere and on their game. They are a three-generation family business and although they couldn't start immediately, they sent out someone to put together an estimate right away. They needed two weeks and we're willing to use the existing materials we had already purchased and put together a very fair quote. They started the demo and project right on time and stuck to their timeline. Every day they had someone come out and do something to continue to move the job forward. Tom, their tile guy, did a phenomenal job and worked with us to get the exact final outcome we hoped for. Everyone from the company was courteous, tidy, punctual, and trust worthy. It was a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the final result. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them for any future tiling or flooring needs.

We have been very pleased with the professionalism of Brent Pemberton of McLintock Builders.  Since at least 2016, he has been involved with over six different residential home remodeling projects and he is a true industry professional.  For anyone wondering, yes, he is licensed, bonded and insured.

Brent shows up when he says he will be there and is very prompt at returning both calls and emails, something not every General Contractor does.  I really can't say enough great things about him.  

As a side note to you Brent, Maryanne and Jack wanted to also say thank you as well, for always having the homes ready before our crews arrive to start the flooring demolition, it really makes everything go easier for us!  We are looking forward to many more years together.

They repaired our 30+ year-old fountain and identified issues we didn't realize were there. Good price, showed up on time, easy to work with from start to finish. Great communication. Would hire again and highly recommend. Nothing but good to say about Advanced Fountains.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

Michael was able to put in new screens for me when another company said they couldn't do it the way I wanted.  I appreciated Michaels no problem attitude and he did a wonderful job.

I used Infinity Pro Services to paint the entire interior of a rental property in Gilbert, AZ and I am completely satisfied.

I requested quotes from numerous vendors and Infinity came in as the most competitive and easiest to work with. Sean, the owner, made defining project requirements and scope extremely easy - he was very knowledgeable and offered various solutions to ensure I got what I wanted.

During the project he communicated with me multiple times a day to ensure I was appraised of progress. At the conclusion of the project, following floor install and plumbing, he even came back to do some touch up to make sure everything was just right.

I give Infinity Pro Services my highest recommendation. I intend to use them again on my next project.

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

Ken and his team just finished remodeling our kitchen and widening our living and dining room walls.  We are so happy with our vision coming true and the quality of work Ken and his crew provided for our remodel.   They were true to our time line and finished the project in just 4 weeks.  I will certainly hire Armstrong Innovations in all our future projects.

Well, I don't remember whether they told me on the phone they would charge a $50 estimate fee but I paid it when they came out. They were on time and took measurements and pictures. They did send out an estimate deducting the $50 but then said they were booked for two months. Should've told me they couldn't book me before I agreed for the estimate or visit. Live and learn. Ask if they can do it before paying an estimate fee.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
