This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

Mark and his crew did a magnificent job painting our home.  They were punctual, professional, meticulous, quick, and cleaned up like they had not even been there.  Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all questions about the process and the paint.  He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome.  Afterward, we received multiple compliments on how good the house looked; from friends, neighbors, and even the window washer.  Not only that, I was incapacitated from a recent surgery and Mark took care of a couple of minor maintenance issues that I was unable to do.  What a nice guy!  In addition, the cost of the job was quite reasonable and was lower than most of the other quotes we received.  We would definitely recommend Arrowhead Painting for your next painting project.

These guys have been around forever, they care about the long-term relationship.  My first experience with Qualtire was almost 30 years ago (They have been at the same location since the 1960's)  when my father needed some sewer line work.  It was going to be expensive, but they worked with him to make it affordable by showing him exactly where to dig so he could to the digging himself.  Once the digging was done they came back and did the plumbing part. That saved my Dad a lot of money.

Whenever I need plumbing thy are the only people I call.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

Needed an extension to our patio. Gusto had the best bid, and did a great job. Clay and his crew were friendly, professional, and punctual. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Truly a terrible human beaing and business owner.  I worked my butt off to get the job done for him that he asked me to do.  He paid me as he was contracted to, then when he realized I was on the other side of the country, He stopped payment on my check.  Me and 4 of my guys that worked on this deal for Rick Koberna are out of pocket and were forced to work as slaves for him.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RICK KOBERNA AND CBE GENERAL. Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. Setup a quote through Yelp and received a quick message back and setup a time. Received a courtesy call from Dustin letting me know he was on his way, and he was right on time. He was very thorough in inspecting the pool and explaining the various packages that Reliable Pool Care offered. I was impressed with offerings, both in level of detail, non-pressure sales techniques, and fair pricing. I signed up and he started on the spot, sent over an agreement that day and signed it all online and setup automatic payments. Couldn't be easier and I highly recommend Reliable Pool Care for someone looking for reliable, no-hassle, affordable pool care service.

Several years has passed and Sunset Tile & Bath did an amazing job(s) for us in our going on 20-year old home.  The baths (3) and kitchen with a completely different footprint is amazing.  The quality of cabinets and workmanship and fairness is the best we have encountered.  Audrey was the ASID designer and she was so professional and talented.  Mark the owner was right on with his pricing and the entire crew began the job on time and finished with absolute perfection and attention to detail.  Tony was fantastic and with the project every day and the contractor that installed our cabinets was top quality.  Paul, the field supervisor, went out of his way to see that everything went smooth and on time.  A company with integrity and a desire to please.

First and foremost, Kent is extremely professional; his quotes are easy to understand, he listens to your questions, he shows up on time and he works diligently.  
Last year I went about getting quotes to have both bathrooms gutted and remodeled at my parent's house.  My parents are both elderly and just couldn't figure out how to even go about finding a contractor, so I made the calls and got quotes from some contractors, including Kent.  I first had the master bathroom remodeled, but didn't use Kent.  That contractor did a good job, but they sub contracted all the work to a few guys who didn't show up on time and sometimes wouldn't show up at all when promised.  Keep in mind that I was managing this remodel while at my own house, so when my Aunt (who lives with my parents) called me to tell me the (sub)contractor didn't show up, I was pretty ticked off.  The remodel of the 6 x 6 master bath did wrap up after about 2.5 weeks, but included the contractor needing to come back to fix some items that the sub contractor failed to touch up or complete.
Now onto the 4 X 6 guest bath remodeled by Kent.  I contacted Kent and immediately asked him if he subcontracted his work and he said no and that he would be onsite for every step of the remodel.  Kent fit my parent's guest remodel into his schedule and told me it would take 5 days.  It took 4!  Kent had help, but he was there every step of the way (as reported by my Aunt) and he worked fast and efficiently.  The subway tile work over the bathtub, including a nook, turned out beautifully, as did the vinyl plank wood flooring.   Kent's focus on doing the work quickly and doing it well was very much appreciated, as my Aunt now has her own remodeled bathroom to use.  

A Quick Follow Up:  I go over to clean my parent's bathrooms regularly and noticed some buildup around the base of the toilet, on the vinyl flooring.  I contacted Kent and he willingly went over and replaced the toilet's wax ring seal.  It probably isn't even the seal (my parents are elderly and peeing gets more difficult when you're immobile), but I greatly appreciate Kent's willingness no assist me and my parents.

Re-bath completely redid one bath and converted a tub/shower combo to a stand alone shower in a second bath.  The bath that was the complete remodel also had a tub/shower converted to a zero-barrier shower with grab bars.  The design consultation was quick and thorough.  Even though I already knew much of what I wanted, the designer had no problem going with the flow, but also making suggestions that would work well.  The cost was higher that doing the jobs piecemeal, but much less than other companies were charging.  The biggest plus was that we were scheduled within 8 weeks and no one else could get to our job for 6 months.  I also liked that none of the work (like electric or plumbing) was subbed out.  

On the first day we met the very awesome Alex Chavez, who was the lead on our job.  He texted daily (before arriving and end-of-day wrap-up), got to the job site early, asked exactly the right questions, and boy does he work quick (but never sloppy).  I've honestly never seen a tub come out and go out the door so quickly.  The crew also did a great job of protecting our floors, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up daily.  He had several assistants at various times.  The job finished right on schedule, and it's gorgeous!  I don't think I've ever had a remodel project (and there's been plenty) go so smoothly.  I would highly recommend, and will happily do business with them again.
