Russ is a pleasure to work with.  I had multiple projects for him and he completed each one.  He wants to make sure you are happy with the work he did and best off all he cleans up after the work is done.
I would 100% recommend Russ for all your handyman and/or construction needs.

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. DJ even gave us a thank you card and a thank you gift at the end of the project. Top notch service and quality work. I would highly recommend VetsBuilt for your construction/renovation needs.

Kent helped us out with a remodel project that included new flooring throughout and complete bathroom renovations and took about a month to complete.  

Kent was referred to us by friend who had experience.  He was extremely professional in every aspect from the time of estimate to completion of the job.  He was very clear in cost and estimation.  He was on time, courteous and very neat.  His staff was excellent and meticulous.  He was kind in referring us to other contractors for work outside his scope who proved to be excellent as well.

I find it interesting that the only negative reviews are from folks who never even worked with him.  We tend to know what we want, but are willing to leave the technical decisions to the experts.  I found him to be knowledgable and detailed, giving sound experienced advice and will continue to utilize him for future projects.

I've used Handyman Connection multiple times during the past few years -- for electrical, for drywall repair, for installing a new door and for fixing a leaky sunlight.  Each time, the contractors have been very professional and completed the jobs with quality work and on budget.   I will continue to use their services.

They exceeded all of our expectations on our remodel, definitely would recommend this company to family & friends. We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Irving did a great job installing flooring in our laundry room and helping move the big appliances in there. It was quick and good quality work. He also assisted us with installing closet shelves and what not for two closets. Came out great again.

Alex was super accommodating and informative. He explained everything, from the materials they use to the way they're used. He presented us with several options and the associated costs. I wish all service guys were like this!

Eric with EL Construction definitely knows what he is doing. With his expertise, he was able to design a beautiful master bath. He spent extra time sending over links of certain places to get materials from. He helped me design this bathroom so it was functional for us. We appreciated the professional quotes he sent to us. They were easy to understand and straight to the point. He even wrote a few different bids so we could decide which would be most feasible for us. He got the work done in the time frame he gave us. And it looks BEAUTIFUL!

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount.
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote. He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective. So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call. She says, Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do.
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it. It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour.  I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

2:00pm I added this in response to the owners comment.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.

The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.

As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I appreciate the quick response to my review but fixing the issue when I called and spoke to your company would have been better. Instead, I talked to someone on the phone that said she would talk with the owner, had a technician show back up at my house to argue the point (which is not great service or professional), and then got a call three minutes later to pay because you felt it was due regardless.

Again I can't say enough good things about Amazon for erasing most of what turned out to be a horrible experience.

2:37pm Finally made it back in my bedroom tried to turn on the fan to take a nap and it doesn't even turn on manually now.

2:55 After a little investigation it seems the tech wired the fan to a different wall switch for the light and the fan, which he didn't do before. We are hiring another company to check the work.

Juan and the G&C team are top tier contractors. They've got specialists for everything you could need in a house and deliver top quality for great prices.

Occasionally, scheduling can be a bit hectic when multiple specialists are on the job, but Juan is responsive to feedback and his team improves after each trip.

I highly recommend Juan and the G&C team.

Great experience with Sunset Tile & Bath.  From Mark coming out to access remodel to offering his suggestions.  Timely reasonable estimate.  Tile selection, etc. was spot on, Audra is delightful as well.  Always available for little detailed suggestions / advise.

Cesar's tile work is The Best.  A true craftsman...!!!  And the crew have great respect for your home, clean-up was done daily.  Overall GREAT guys!

Sunset Tile & Bath sets the standards high!

Gorilla Builders built us a 1500sqft detached RV garage.  They did a great job staying within budget, handling all of the permitting.  Timeline was doubled due to lack of trades available, but Jeff communicated well to keep me up to date.  Bob oversaw majority of project and was awesome to work with.  Overall I am very pleased with the end result and was done at a very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

Doug helped me install a ceiling fan. He was able to accommodate picking up the item for me as well. He was very responsive and reliable. The service was prompt and everything transitioned smoothly and the installation comes with a one year warranty which is nice.
