Great working with this company! Remodeled our entire kitchen and what a outstanding job! Everyone from the company put forth best quality work. From sales & then design in their showroom, to daily supervision and inspection by the Project Manager, who returned my phones calls and everything went great.  Even the work crews performed jobs with care, professional quality work and had open communication. By having their own granite/stone cutting shop, ended up saving a lot of time off the job. I will definitely use this company again for our future bath rooms remodeling and can't say enough how they made the remodel fantastic!

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

We selected BHB after meeting with three different General Contractors.  We ultimately selected them because the thoroughness of their proposal and professional communication gave us a higher level of confidence that the job would be done right.  We had a fairly extensive remodel that required repairing some unforeseen structural problems from original builder.  Jeff at BHB always clearly communicated challenges and mitigation options.  Jeff and Mike have a high level of attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is obvious.  They personally oversaw that each subcontractor did the job correctly.    Questions were always answered thoroughly, calls returned promptly, and scheduled appts were always met.  We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a GC that wants assurance of things being doing right..

I cannot think of any more better adjectives to describe OHS than the ones already left by other reviewers. We are so pleased with the whole process, everyone was top notch and best of all our kitchen looks a million times better. Oh, wait I think I have a great review angle that no one has mentioned, my return on investment of new countertops will be better than the stock market!!! Thank you Optimum

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. Highly recommended!! We worked with Trinity to remodel our 3 bathrooms and they were excellent to work with. We were looking for a pretty quick turnaround and they were able to start right away, and get the job done quickly! From the beginning, Slade was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to our numerous questions and tweaks to the plan. The workers in our home (specifically Fransisco and Victor!) were extremely professional, respectful of our home and family, and just a pleasure to be around. They were super reliable and came every day. Each day they cleaned up so well that you could barely tell they were there. I have an 18 month old baby and a very social dog and was home during most of the work, and Fransisco and Victor, as well as all the workers, were so kind to us. The work was done well and very thoroughly, and they listened to our requests and made them happen. Slade and his wife Becky helped us stay organized and on track. Our bathrooms are beautiful and the work is such high quality. I highly recommend Trinity! A wonderful, respectable company that was such a pleasure to work with.

I live in the Dallas area and my home was struck with hail. My roof was completely damaged. I had several companies knocking on my door but felt this company was the best fit. These guys are very nice and professional. I had no issues and have a new roof! Plus I clarified they are local. So I felt comfortable if I had any issues I can have them come back to my home!

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

I used this company to fix a couple broken door frames in my home. Brian had excellent customer service over the phone and provided quick, efficient, and affordable work. He was able to offer services next day and arrived on time and did a wonderful job in completing the work. I would highly recommend him and will be calling if other work is needed in the future.

We've done two major remodels (kitchen and master bath) with Shower and Bath Connection (SBC) over the last 10 years, and we highly recommend them.  The owner, Lon Lisback, was very involved throughout both projects, from design, material selection, estimating, demolition, installation, and fine-tuning.  The attention to detail was very evident, as well as the care his crew and subcontractors showed in every step of the remodels.  The workers accommodated our little tweaks along the way without any fuss, and we finished both projects on time and on budget.  As for after-installation service, we recently had one of the handles of the shower valve fixture start to act up.  I called SBC to ask what the warranty was on the part, and without question, they scheduled a visit to the house and fixed it right away without charging me for something they'd installed over 3 years ago.  Wow!  We are very happy with the way the remodels have gone and would highly recommend Lon and his team.

Recently, we needed some repair work done on the exit door in our garage. We called four contractors to get bids; Don responded first and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came on time and submitted a written estimate that same day. The work was completed in a timely way, and at exactly the price estimated. Work was outstanding in quality. We would use them again.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.

Professional, top quality work. It was great dealing with just one company completing various home improvement projects including adding a door to our den, sealing a pet door, replacing cracked tile, plumbing, etc.

I don't ever post reviews, this could be my 1st!  We called with water damage from a leaking water heater, the plumber provided by the warranty company offered a free assessment of the water damage. We didn't realize it, but he contacted a water restoration company that proceeded to frighten us with their fancy meters, about the extent of damage and hard sold us.  We called Tru Builders for a second opinion, and we're glad we did!  Without saying one negative thing about the other familiar company (a class act with integrity), it later became apparent that the other company was trying to take advantage.  Tru Builders immediately came out and began to assess and fix the damage.  They showed-up when they said that they would, completed the work in just a few days, respected our home and kept it clean, and they were all very nice!  They really did a great job!  They are very knowledgeable & professional, work very fast, are super easy to work with, they perform quality workmanship, and they completed the work much faster than what we expected.  I will definitely refer others to Tru Builders!

Used them for our bathroom remodels. Very pleasant to work with. Always remained in communication with us and took time to answer our questions thoroughly.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

On the 17th of March, my wife and I were returning from basha's to pick up groceries for saint Paddy's dinner. Traveling back there was a back home operator east bound in front of me, I cleared the inbound traffic, changed lanes to pass the back home, as I started to pass the operator made an improper left hand turn. Forcing me to make a sharp left turn off into the field, causing damage to the left fender and bumper. To date there insurance and the company have made no restitution for the damage to our vehicle. They have absolutely have no integrity.
