The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

I cannot say enough about the superb quality of work performed by the Sheppard Construction team.  Rob and his son both have an eye for detail and the patience to make sure every aspect of their work is top notch.
Our bathroom remodel is definitely a five star job. The Sheppards treated our project as though it was their own home. Their sense of pride in their work was obvious.   The cabinets, tile work, plumbing, painting and more are receiving the most complimentary comments from our friends and relatives.  Because they are so conscientious you will want them as your contractors and you must consider yourself lucky if you are placed on their calendar. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath)  in the last few years. We couldn't be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome  big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects.  His crew was great to work with and above all they're quality craftsmen!  I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next projects.

I witnessed KMI renovate a 10 year old house my brother purchased, and can tell you that Don and Bryan do excellent work.  Updated the Master Suite including a beautiful shower, installation of two sets of French Doors, new lighting and hardware throughout, completely painted including ceilings... whatever KMI doesn't do themselves; they bring in an expert.

Really happy to have found KMI Contracting.  Next project is the Kitchen!

This company puts turmoil into cash. After two years they have collected money from the insurance company. Get lawyer first.

I recently had my home painted by another company and they did a terrible job. They didn't tape off windows and cabinets and got paint everywhere.Their color tie ins were a mess and the overall job just looked horrible. TWD came in and spent two full days detailing the entire house and did a fantastic job. I will be using TWD for everything from this point forward. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.

Max and his crews did a great job on our bar and bedroom remodel. Ran into a few minor hiccups along the way which is expected in a job of this size. Max never squabbled about fixing things right. As contractors go we feel Tru Builders provided quality work at a fair price.

Leonel came out for an estimate yesterday to replace all the tile on my first floor, about 1100 SF.  He was fair, honest, thorough, friendly and professional.  He explained all aspects of the job and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot.  He may even have me talked into redoing my Master Bath!  Now off to the bank for the home improvement loan!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

Had an issue with a receptionist that was easily resolved with the caring owner. I appreciate a owner of a company who truly cares about his company.
