Jake and his team always do a great job!  We have had lots of work done by Desert Valley Concepts and the works is always top notch.  Our close friends had their entire kitchen remodeled by Desert Valley and they can't say enough about how much they love their newly designed space.  

Jake took an old 70's wood burning fireplace in our home and turned it into a modern show piece with a beautiful stone facade and cool modern electric fireplace.  

We can't wait to remodel our bathrooms with DVC :)

The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,  
They worked incredibly hard and their attention to detail was amazing.  They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows.

I hired them to add a closet to a room in my house.  They had to deal with framing, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical & flooring.  It came out great, looks like it's part of the original house.  I would use them again.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

We selected BHB after meeting with three different General Contractors.  We ultimately selected them because the thoroughness of their proposal and professional communication gave us a higher level of confidence that the job would be done right.  We had a fairly extensive remodel that required repairing some unforeseen structural problems from original builder.  Jeff at BHB always clearly communicated challenges and mitigation options.  Jeff and Mike have a high level of attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is obvious.  They personally oversaw that each subcontractor did the job correctly.    Questions were always answered thoroughly, calls returned promptly, and scheduled appts were always met.  We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a GC that wants assurance of things being doing right..

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!  EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL!  Look no further for a company to do your renovations, Optimum Home Solutions is THE BEST!  Our job was small, but Joe, the owner, Alysha, the secretary, and Juan, the fabricator, gave it their utmost attention as if we were their only customers.  They answered our questions promptly, were on time for the measuring and installation, cleaned up afterward and were the most congenial people to work with.  The granite countertops in our kitchen and baths look absolutely AMAZING.  If we ever have reason to do more renovations, Joe will be the first guy we call.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He's not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he's also just a total blast to work with.

He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around.

We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That's saying a lot as renovations are not fun!

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

You can't do better than Brian and BH Construction. We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and Brian and his team did a wonderful job. We are 100%+ satisfied. Brian provided unparalleled professionalism. He  was punctual, honest, kind, friendly, truthful, knowledgable, and respectful in every way. Omg...if I had an employee that responded to a customer complaint the way that Aaron Mullins did just 24 days ago (read reviews below) I would fire his ass immediately. Apparently his mother, and now his boss, have failed at teaching him manners. Additionally, Mr K of Kowalski Construction responded to my negative post and I would like to address three of his mistakes: I signed off on the project completion, but never once told anyone I was 'happy' with the work and I've never communicated with Mr K; and as I stated in my original post the flooring was purchased at Home Depot and was IN STOCK...Mr K, there was no special ordering of flooring: and there were no delays due to insurance. I had the payment in full from the insurance company approx two months before you finally finished the job! In fact, I was sitting here with the money and finally had to call your office and REQUEST a final invoice! You should just sit in your little office and stop responding to issues you are not fully informed about. It might help if you had better employees.

I just got hung up on a call when trying to confirm my email address to schedule a service call. The rep had my phone number but never called back to see if it had been a mistake. Interesting.

Very conscientious and polite workers.  Cleaned up as they worked and cleaned up very well after job.  Protected floors and plants while installing windows.  Good job all around.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days!  I highly recommend XLT Construction.  Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work.  When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality.  Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man, who was available to discuss the project throughout the entire process.  Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction.  (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system!  So so satisfied with this company!)

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

On the 17th of March, my wife and I were returning from basha's to pick up groceries for saint Paddy's dinner. Traveling back there was a back home operator east bound in front of me, I cleared the inbound traffic, changed lanes to pass the back home, as I started to pass the operator made an improper left hand turn. Forcing me to make a sharp left turn off into the field, causing damage to the left fender and bumper. To date there insurance and the company have made no restitution for the damage to our vehicle. They have absolutely have no integrity.
