Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

The quality of the work was really good, as was attention to details in the work. I was told they would be out at 7:30 am, but due to a variety of issues or excuses did not show up until 2:30 pm. Every time I called to find out what was going on, I was told he would be there in about 30 minutes. He had to quit early due to a power outage, but had he showed up on time the work would have probably been done by then. I was then told he would be back at 8am the next day. He did not show up until 10:30 am and did not finish until 9:30am. When I was able to see the work, noticed he missed a spot under a door and he had to come back. He got to it well after the carpet repair folks came out, who he knew were scheduled for that day, and that carpet did not get put back down. He had to come out again to put the carpet down for me. Had I not been in a bind with having to pay a cancellation fee for the carpet guys, I would have found someone else. The hassle was incredible and not worth it, regardless how the tile came out.

DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

When my husband and I bought our winter home in AZ, we asked around for recommendations for a contractor.  The common denominator ended up being Slade at Trinity Homes.  After returning to Minnesota, we contacted Slade via phone.  He and his great team did a wonderful job of remodeling our entire home.  They were all very professional and trustworthy.  Slade was in regular communication with us through email, phone, and texts.  The quality of workmanship exceeded our high expectations.  We confidently recommend Slade and Trinity Homes.

These guys have done 10 commercial projects for me. Great workmanship, Good service, very knowledgeable. Family oriented company. I worked with Steve Jr mostly, but Steve Sr also helped out at times. They were on time, and came highly recommended, and now I'm highly recommending them!

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

I used this company to fix a couple broken door frames in my home. Brian had excellent customer service over the phone and provided quick, efficient, and affordable work. He was able to offer services next day and arrived on time and did a wonderful job in completing the work. I would highly recommend him and will be calling if other work is needed in the future.

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.

This company puts turmoil into cash. After two years they have collected money from the insurance company. Get lawyer first.

Used TWD for some drywall cracks in my home from settling and they did a great job. It was a bit more expensive than I was planning on to fix a few cracks but the good job they did made me accept the price I paid.

Max and his crews did a great job on our bar and bedroom remodel. Ran into a few minor hiccups along the way which is expected in a job of this size. Max never squabbled about fixing things right. As contractors go we feel Tru Builders provided quality work at a fair price.

We came across XLT Construction through the Home Advisor website. They have excellent reviews, other websites do, as well as the few on Yelp. Based on other reviews, we decided to go with them. While I'm certain they have hundreds of satisfied customers, unfortunately we are not one of them.

We hired XLT Construction Inc. to remodel our children's upstairs small bathroom and the initial estimate was competitive. Leonel was helpful in picking out plumbing parts (non-diverter tub spout, wall diverter, on/off valve & trim) needed two weeks in advance of the project. He stated that all the plumbing parts will be ordered and be ready prior to the start date. On the first day of the remodel, the workers did not have the parts with them, and we had to explain to them the three exact parts needed. Since Leonel didn't order the parts ahead of time, we couldn't get the designer tub spout we wanted in time.

They installed the decorative tile and grout the same day and ended up making the tiles uneven. We had to make them do it a second time. The second time, they did it right. See photos.

The workers' carelessness while working on plumbing caused smelly water to leak thru to kitchen ceiling downstairs and affected the base of new vanity wood panel that they just installed! The workers initially offered to paint over the ceiling, but I insisted they cut and replace the ceiling's dry wall as it left obvious stains. See photos.

Some welding had to be done outside the house and we now have permanent stains in the driveway. The worker asked for detergent and made an attempt to clean it, but the spots are still there. See photo.

After install of the new sink and cabinets, they did the plumbing. They tested them and said everything was fine. After they were gone, we did our own tests on both sinks, and both had leaks. At this point, we had enough of his workers and told Leonel we'll get someone else to fix the leaks. The workers contacted us and said they'd come back and work on it a second time. When they worked the right side sink, they changed one pipe part. Since they didn't have it in black, they installed a white component!? The left sink leak wasn't properly fixed the second time too, so in the end, the other guy decided to use pipe cement and made the pipe joints permanent?! Any adjustments to the pipes in the future requires cutting of pipe instead of simple removal, all done without informing me. I would have said NO to the pipe cement. We informed Leonel we'd get back to him after using the new bathroom for a couple of weeks. As of now, we still have a slow leak under the right sink. At this point, we are debating whether to let them come back and try again, or hire someone else since they already have tried twice to fix the right sink. See photos.

There were some discrepancies between the estimates and actual work needed; area needed to be tiled was more than stated in estimate; pricing of the decorative tiles would have been cheaper had I bought it myself. Before signing the contract Leonel said he would produce receipts at the end of the job. When I asked to see receipts, Leonel refused and told me there is no lowering of tile pricing. He stormed out of my house, slammed the door and drove away quickly; that was very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

We then realized that when I had signed off on the first estimate on Leonel's iPad, the 2nd and 3rd adjusted estimate had my initial digital signature on all of them. Apparently, my digital signature was captured on Leonel's iPad and he was able to duplicate it on other paperwork that I didn't sign for.

On many websites its obvious XLT Construction has many positive reviews, however, our experience was a very frustrating and disappointing one.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

Had an issue with a receptionist that was easily resolved with the caring owner. I appreciate a owner of a company who truly cares about his company.
