Desert Valley Concepts remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom at separate times. In both cases, we had great experiences. The project manager was responsive and available, the workers arrived when scheduled and the jobs were completed when we expected. Our kitchen remodel was a big job that involved knocking down walls and more - our house was built in 1952 and even had the original cabinets. We spent quite a bit of time with Desert Valley Concepts prior to the remodel, discussing design and structure changes. As a result, every part of the remodel was known and approved by us. We couldn't be happier with the final kitchen. In fact, everyone who sees it is totally amazed and impressed. A year later, we did our bathroom remodel. We highly recommend Desert Valley Concepts.

The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,  
They worked incredibly hard and their attention to detail was amazing.  They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows.

I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

I cannot say enough good things about Ken, Jeff and Mike of BHB!  We hired them to do a complete remodel of our master bath and master bedroom. After meeting with several contractors, Ken was the most thorough and professional in getting back to me with a quote. They were honest about the fact that we were opening up floors and walls, and that additional costs would possibly come up. As we got into the project, I was able to relax and trust that they would take care of everything and were looking ten steps ahead. They were there with each and every sub to make sure the scope of work was understood. All of the subs were trustworthy and quality craftsmen! We are 100% satisfied with the results and recommend these honest and hardworking people to all.
We hired a contractor to supervise (or do themselves) and guide us through this complex project. They were worth every penny!

At first the service was very good they answered all questions gave a quote quickly talked us through options. After we got the final measurements we didn't hear from anybody for a week. All this time we had an inoperable kitchen. We call them and email with no response finally we get through to someone and they hadn't ordered the material yet. They are expanding and we fell through the cracks. They rushed the order so it would be another week after they got the material instead of the normal 2. Ok sounds good. The date they told us passes so again we call and they said Thursday or Friday someone would call with a time. Nobody calls and Thursday afternoon they show up while we were walking out the door. Luckily we were able to move things around and wait while it was installed. The process went quickly but they didn't know what to deal with our bowed wall and the bar piece wasn't installed well. When they measured I asked how big of a piece can be installed without extra support I guess we had different definitions of extra support because now there is a big piece of ugly plywood that can be seen from the couch. There are scratches along the fronts and the seams weren't caulked. We asked about getting that fixed and installing a matching backsplash they said no problem Monday or at the latest Tuesday. Never heard from them. We texted and called they said it had to be pushed to Thursday. They never called. We call Friday morning and they said they did call Thursday but didn't leave a voicemail. We had no missed calls so I don't know if they did. We talked to the owner and again said they are expanding.

I am changing my review from 1 Star. The owner and installer came on Saturday morning and finished everything and installed the backsplash. They said that is how they install bars with 2cm so nothing could be done about that.. so be aware of how that will look. Aside from that the overall look is great. I am leaving it at 3 because of the amount of time it took and hassle. Hopefully we were a one off and this isn't normal for this company.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. There were no bad surprises, just amazing work only. I couldn't have found someone as kind, professional, skilled and efficient for my kitchen remodel. Thank you DJ!

I am not sure where these other reviews are coming from but let me tell you the Real Deal! The McBride Team installed a galvanized aluminum roof on my home. The quality of the work looks Amazing!! When choosing a company to do business it is important for me to find someone who is professional in there communication from Start to Finish. McBride went above and beyond by working directly with my Insurance Adjuster which helped save a ton of time and headache (As I have no idea how that system works or have the software to write up an estimate). A Job Well Done! Not to mention... They increased my claim from $3,500.00 to well over $37,000.00 (The claims process really showed me how poorly an Insurance Company will try to help you in the hardest of times, always hire a professional to help/guide you) McBride was there maximize it all! I highly recommend McBride Services.

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

Brian of BH Construction is my go to for every home improvement project. Brian is extremely reliable and knowledgeable.
Brian worked on the renevotion of my home, top to bottom, and has since worked on several additional projects.

I just had my kitchen remodeled by Shower and Bath and I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Lon and his team are terrific. Lon helped me with product choices and has a great eye for detail The team came on time and finished on time - something that not all contractors do. This is not the first time I used Shower and Bath for my remodeling. Lon also remodeled in the past both my bathrooms and all my floors. He stands by his work and I would use them any time and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable contractor who does excellent work.

I am so impressed with KMI Contracting.  These guys are honest professionals who understand how to get projects done on budget, and on time.

I witnessed KMI renovate a 10 year old house my brother purchased, and can tell you that Don and Bryan do excellent work.  Updated the Master Suite including a beautiful shower, installation of two sets of French Doors, new lighting and hardware throughout, completely painted including ceilings... whatever KMI doesn't do themselves; they bring in an expert.

Really happy to have found KMI Contracting.  Next project is the Kitchen!

I called Kowalski construction to come out and do some drywall work at my house. Lonnie arrived and was very nice and professional. He did very clean work and made it look like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this company to anyone   They are very professional and did really good work.

This company clearly doesn't have their act together but does have time to argue and whine on Yelp. Again, glad I dodged a bullet. Their definition of project would take ten minutes. Ridiculous. Funny and Ridiculous.

Most family owned general contractors keep their license on average 5 years. True Builders has had theirs over 20!

We had them come out and bid turning our office into a bedroom and converting the downstairs powder room into a full bathroom with a walk in shower. This would all be for my mom. With a post tention slab it is going to be a chore, but not one they cannot handle. They are are able to install an elevator for her as well. We also are looking into an option of building a Casita for her out back.

They are license, bonded and insured at all times. They are not tight on funds where they find themselves in a pickle and need to cut costs by cancelling their insurance like many tend to do. This leaves you and your assets at risk if someone should get hurt on the job you will be sued. Our neighbor used them and I couldn't wait to find out how their experience was after walking by and seeing Tru-Buikder's sign up at their house. They were exceptionally pleased.

They are very professional. You name it they can pretty much make it happen if the city allows it. I was very transparent sharing that remodeling is one of a few options we are looking into to make room for mom. The owner was still thoughtful to his time to put a quote together. We will receive it in 2 weeks.

Their reviews and contractors history are very good. Being a general contractor and not a handy man business there is. $25k job minimum. Highly recommend getting a quote from them if you are looking to add on or remodel.

Worked with XLT Construction to have a job completed where the previous contractor bailed - these guys came in and completed the work in 3 days and did a terrific job!  Would highly recommend. They installed french doors for our den - a door on the master bath, added walls to a removed fireplace and removed a door opening.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

Had an issue with a receptionist that was easily resolved with the caring owner. I appreciate a owner of a company who truly cares about his company.
