Desert Valley Concepts remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom at separate times. In both cases, we had great experiences. The project manager was responsive and available, the workers arrived when scheduled and the jobs were completed when we expected. Our kitchen remodel was a big job that involved knocking down walls and more - our house was built in 1952 and even had the original cabinets. We spent quite a bit of time with Desert Valley Concepts prior to the remodel, discussing design and structure changes. As a result, every part of the remodel was known and approved by us. We couldn't be happier with the final kitchen. In fact, everyone who sees it is totally amazed and impressed. A year later, we did our bathroom remodel. We highly recommend Desert Valley Concepts.

The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,  
They worked incredibly hard and their attention to detail was amazing.  They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows.

We selected BHB after meeting with three different General Contractors.  We ultimately selected them because the thoroughness of their proposal and professional communication gave us a higher level of confidence that the job would be done right.  We had a fairly extensive remodel that required repairing some unforeseen structural problems from original builder.  Jeff at BHB always clearly communicated challenges and mitigation options.  Jeff and Mike have a high level of attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is obvious.  They personally oversaw that each subcontractor did the job correctly.    Questions were always answered thoroughly, calls returned promptly, and scheduled appts were always met.  We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a GC that wants assurance of things being doing right..

I have nothing but praise for OHS!  Joe was very accommodating when my schedule became a problem, he not only made sure the install happened while I was on vacation he also pushed it a day earlier so I wouldn't be so rushed.  Juan's installation was fantastic!  He is not only efficient, he does beautiful work with a smile. Also Nolan was the only salesman I spoke to that informed me that I would have left over quartz from the kitchen.  That inspired me to use the rest of it on a built in entertainment center.  This level of customer service is so hard to find.  Today they are installing the back splash tile, I haven't seen it yet but am getting reports it looks awesome. You won't go wrong trusting your project to this group!

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He's not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he's also just a total blast to work with.

He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around.

We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That's saying a lot as renovations are not fun!

I live in the Dallas area and my home was struck with hail. My roof was completely damaged. I had several companies knocking on my door but felt this company was the best fit. These guys are very nice and professional. I had no issues and have a new roof! Plus I clarified they are local. So I felt comfortable if I had any issues I can have them come back to my home!

I cannot say enough about the superb quality of work performed by the Sheppard Construction team.  Rob and his son both have an eye for detail and the patience to make sure every aspect of their work is top notch.
Our bathroom remodel is definitely a five star job. The Sheppards treated our project as though it was their own home. Their sense of pride in their work was obvious.   The cabinets, tile work, plumbing, painting and more are receiving the most complimentary comments from our friends and relatives.  Because they are so conscientious you will want them as your contractors and you must consider yourself lucky if you are placed on their calendar. They have been and will continue to be in high demand.

You can't do better than Brian and BH Construction. We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and Brian and his team did a wonderful job. We are 100%+ satisfied. Brian provided unparalleled professionalism. He  was punctual, honest, kind, friendly, truthful, knowledgable, and respectful in every way. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath)  in the last few years. We couldn't be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome  big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects.  His crew was great to work with and above all they're quality craftsmen!  I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next projects.

Recently, we needed some repair work done on the exit door in our garage. We called four contractors to get bids; Don responded first and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came on time and submitted a written estimate that same day. The work was completed in a timely way, and at exactly the price estimated. Work was outstanding in quality. We would use them again.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.

Don't waste your time. They apparently don't want or need your business. First they tried to pawn me off by quoting ridiculous ballpark figures over the phone for a bathroom remodel, relocating the laundry room, and building a detached garage. Undeterred, I asked that someone come out and actually LOOK at what we're dealing with. After booking an appointment for two weeks later (their earliest available), they call me a couple of days prior and tell me they are now only quoting jobs with formal plans from an architect in hand. WTF?! No mention of that prior whatsoever. Our project might indeed end up being about six figures, but it will now definitely be spent with another company! Thanks for nothing.

Completely impressed with the work that Tru Builders did for us, whole house flooring. They helped me and my wife pick out the flooring, baseboard and paint. They made the whole process so easy. They have a handy online system that kept all of our job information in one place, they even had photos uploaded to us everyday of the process! Very user friendly. They showed up in a timely manner, even finished a couple days ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for with Tru Builders, their quality of work and professionalism is unbeatable. It was difficult to find a re-modeler that we could trust, Max and his team showed top quality work, can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to working with them again in the future on our bathrooms.

Worked with XLT Construction to have a job completed where the previous contractor bailed - these guys came in and completed the work in 3 days and did a terrific job!  Would highly recommend. They installed french doors for our den - a door on the master bath, added walls to a removed fireplace and removed a door opening.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

On the 17th of March, my wife and I were returning from basha's to pick up groceries for saint Paddy's dinner. Traveling back there was a back home operator east bound in front of me, I cleared the inbound traffic, changed lanes to pass the back home, as I started to pass the operator made an improper left hand turn. Forcing me to make a sharp left turn off into the field, causing damage to the left fender and bumper. To date there insurance and the company have made no restitution for the damage to our vehicle. They have absolutely have no integrity.
