ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Born and raised in Phoenix, Rick dabbled in the restaurant business before moving on to the construction field. After gaining experience with other contruction companies, he decided to use all his managerial and construction experience and opened his own Residential Contracting business, Gaio Contracting Inc., in 1998. Since then Gaio Contracting Inc. has completed projects for homeowners, insurance agencies, property management companies, and financial institutions with 100% guaranteed satisfaction.

Rick and his team were amazing. They were highly skilled in any job that was given to them. The attention to detail was above any other contractor I have used. They listened to what I wanted and produced exactly as I detailed. The final example of their commitment to customer satisfaction was how clean they left the job each and every day. I really can't say enough about Gaio Contracting. I was lucky to have them install my kitchen. The owner/Rick is very hands on & a perfectionist of installations. Very kind & knowledgeable on how to keep the supply & demand moving. His wife also just as kind & nice. Old school pleasantries & speaking to you not at you. Recommend highly, even over some big box companies.

Gaio contracting is one of a kind. In today's world it is hard to find good people let alone good contractors. Well, I am hear to tell you this company is the best company I have every worked with, they have unbelievable compassion for the homeowner. Rick went above and beyond to try and help us get the best price for our countertops after he was done installing our cabinets. He also was more than happy to ensure that the sink would fit in the frame that was installed before we ordered it on Amazon. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself everyday. If you do not choose Gaio contracting for your next kitchen or bathroom project you have flat out lost your mind. Great experience.

Rick and his team (Mike and Kerry) were very professional and made my cabinet installation a breeze. Everyone knows remodeling can be very stressful, but these guys really work hard to mitigate issues and have the skill to handle complex installations. I would highly recommend Gaio contracting to anyone looking for a worry-free installation from a company that is trustworthy and qualified.

If I could give Rick and his crew more than five stars, I would. Two men in his crew, Mike and Carey were personable, professional, and very thorough. I hired this crew through Lowe's to have two bathrooms renovated completely with new appliances and replacing one trashed shower and installing a new shower where a bathtub used to be. They first ensured all of the materials were available to finish the job and then they went to work tearing out the old, including an old linoleum floor in both bathrooms and they fabricated the walls out of a very expensive material that I had purchased. As they worked each day they apprised me of their progress and were very courteous. They used drop cloths liberally on every stick of furniture near the renovation and covered the floors thoroughly. Upon completion each day they cleaned their areas as much as possible. The completed job was amazing and beautiful! As soon as I acquire some more money by next year I will hire these guys for my kitchen renovation. They are professionals in every sense of the term!!

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. Rick changed a boring wall with a drab window into a beautiful back door with two smaller windows on either side, including a doggie door for my four-legged kids. The difference this has made in the way the room lights up, and the access to our backyard, is incredible. The design idea was his, we were just going to put in an arcadia door... BORING!! I used him again to replace our back patio cover and that combined with the new door/wall... I love my new room. His suggestions are creative and sensible and I am looking forward to using him to remodel my kitchen!
