I called Optimum 2 days ago and Seon answered the phone immediately (miracle), I explained the electrical problems I was facing and he gave me an appt for today.  He showed up on time (miracle) with Mike, both very knowledgeable and helpful in every way.  They ended up doing more jobs than anticipated.  They are very patient and kind.  Pricing is fair too.  They cleaned after (miracle).  I am extremely satisfied with the service and I highly recommend.

Quick response and scheduling. Came the next day, on time and got it done quickly and effectively.

I needed to get a few outlets working, an outdoor outlet installed, and a switch split to have lights work independent from a fan. The team at Madison Electric came on time, did all repairs as needed with minimal interruption of my work (home office) and got everything done in a timely manner.

This company is simply the best!!! I just had my electrical panel upgraded to 200 amp. They did incredible job, nice , clean, their prices was the lowest compared to 3 other bids that I got. They explained everything thoroughly, they took their time to answer all my questions they did an amazing job. They are my go to electricians from now on!

I recently needed some rewiring in our extremely outdated kitchen. It had become a safety hazard and a friend recommended AP Electrics after their great experience with them. They came in, followed all COVID safety protocols, and got the job done quickly so we could get back to using our kitchen right away. Not only were they fast but they did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them enough! I can finally plug in all my appliances without worry. Definitely will call them for future projects.

Stuart helped us hook up our hot tub in Culver City. He and his crew were absolute professionals, provided great level of customer service, was responsive, gave us tips on how we could save money and completed the project very quickly. Absolutely couldn't be happier with the job well done.

We were having issues with our lighting in our house and that's when I was referred to east west electric and I'm so thankful for that!!! With the lights flickering in every room, we needed our lights looked at, and FAST! These guys made it out to our house promptly, showed up when they said they would with extreme professionalism. We had wiring issues and they were able to diagnose the problem right away! These guys are quick and super reliable. I will definitely call them should we ever have any electrical issues in the future (doubt it with their precision)

OMG, what makes me happy? An electrician who is a perfectionist! Not only did he take the time to do things right, he cleaned up after himself, was pleasant to deal with...plus he smelled good! That counts, too, right?

I highly recommend this great company. I chose to go with them because the communication was clear. The other companies were throwing me high estimates before coming out to assess the problem. One even said they would change our smog detectors. LOL. Our smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. We tried changing the batteries and re setting but they continued to chirp. The father and son team came out and determined that one was defective setting off the others. That was replaced as well as the carbon monoxide detector closest to the kitchen by a smoke and carbon monoxide detector which was good advice. All the work was done at an extremely reasonable price and they thoroughly vacuumed up the work area.

I couldn't recommend B&K more. I had a grounding issue on an overhead can, a burnt out dimmer, and mis-wired landscape lighting. B&K was right on time, friendly, professional, and did fantastic work. Not only did he take care of all the issues immediately and bring exactly the right parts, he even noticed an error on charging me and came back right away to fix it. I hadn't even noticed and he said his math had been wrong and I actually owed less, amazing. One of the most honest and professional experiences I've had with a company in LA. I would highly recommend them!

Eduardo's Blueprint Electric installed our EV charger. The work was done well, quickly, and within the forecast budget. I was thoroughly impressed with Eduardo, who was responsive, courteous, and professional at every step of the process -- from the initial quote through to the final inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to return to him and Blueprint for any future electrical needs.

Showed up fast and wasted little time. Our control panel with all our breakers weren't working. He found the two fuses that were burned, he had to make multiple calls for the part because it was late and many places were closed. Instead of saying sorry I'll come back tomorrow he kept making calls. I really liked that. He knew the emergency we were in and didn't give up. After he replaced and fixed everything we noticed a separate problem with our ice machine and fixed that for a very small fee. Overall one of the best electricians we have ever worked with. Will definitely be calling him again.

My wife and I needed a new bathroom exhaust fan and heater installed. Yuri came over with Mike and took care of it very quickly. He and Mike were very professional from start to finish and the price was fair for what was required. Very professional! Cesar installed a 52 flat screen tv in my living room with all the cords hidden. Impressed by the clean work & fast services. Definitely recommended.

I called Pat to try to hire him to do more electrical work in my house. I never heard back to get a time scheduled for the work, despite reaching out to him multiple times, and his initial assurances he would would fit me in.  I've waited four months, and am now moving on to another electrician.  So strange after having a good experience the first time around, but ultimately, responsiveness matters.

UPDATE:  I finally heard from Pat after this review posted saying he saw the review, he would finally try to squeeze me in for the work, and he hoped I would take the review down.  I opted to continue with the other electrician I had hired.  It worked out well for me in the end as the other electrician did great work.
