They were really helpful. We had several outlets that stopped working. He scheduled to see us same day, came on time, and fixed the problem. Very upfront about the cost. We'll definitely used optimum electrical in the future.

Separately, I have been in escrow on a condo and wanted to get quotes for electrical repairs in case the seller wouldn't fix them, and Marat has been super helpful in providing me with quotes even though I don't have access to the condo. Before having my family room repainted, we wanted to move the ceiling fan to a more aesthetically-pleasing location in the room and wanted to replace a semi-flush mount ceiling light in the hallway with a recessed light.

I called AP Electrics, and surprisingly Jose answered the phone (no need to leave a message and wait for a call back).  He scheduled the work for the following week.  He and his fellow electrician arrived on time.  They installed  the ceiling fan box in its new location and took down the ceiling fan.  Jose informed me they could not convert the hallway light to a recessed light, but would put in a flush mount light when he returned to re-install the ceiling fan once the painters were done.

One month later, when the painting was finally completed, I called Jose again and set up another appointment to re-install the ceiling fan, install the flush mount hallway light fixture, install a dimmer switch, and disconnect power to some of the outdoor lighting.  Again, the two electricians arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and competently.

Jose is wonderfully responsive and he and his fellow electricians are professional, leaving us feeling secure about their competence and knowledge.  We highly recommend this company and will certainly call them again for any electrical work when needed.

Really questioning the legitimacy of the favorable reviews here. Shoddy work, poor communication and no GUARANTEE on the work done. None. It's electrical work, you need to hire someone you can trust. I would never rehire BK. Had them out to replace outlets in a house I had just purchased (estimate around $800-$1000). Upon their recommendation the outlets had to be rewired due to the cloth covered wires installed in the '50's. Cost goes up to over $5100. I move forward because I didn't want to take the chance of a fire from older wiring. After the job was done I learned that an outside outlet didn't work. I contacted Alexis, it took them a few weeks to get someone out here to fix it - but they came out and did the job. A year later, I'm having work done on the outside of the house and discover that the same outlet isn't working AGAIN. Contacted Alexis, she told me she would have someone out to look at the problem - no one ever showed. I've left four messages for them - no one returns the calls. They got over $5100 for the job - they have no guarantee. They don't return phone calls after cashing the checks. Spend your hard earned money with a company that has a bit of ethic and will stand behind their work. This company won't. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

I'm so glad that I found Scott because he is fantastic!  He knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced.  I hired Scott to replace my bathroom fan, add an outdoor outlet, switched out a security light and a few other items.  Not only did he fix or add what I hired him for, but he also fixed some other problems that he discovered along the way.  He is very easy to talk to and will answer any question you have.  He more than lived up to those reviews and I would definitely recommend him for any of your electrical needs.

Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors, and have become accustomed to expecting the unexpected. However,  with East West Electric, their fair price, experience, punctuality and honesty is what caught me off guard. To top it off, they're nice guys!! What was truly refreshing is their knowledge in LED lighting. They recommended that I switch out everything in my house (indoor & out) to LED and what a difference it has made on my electric bill. Thank you guys, I will definitely be sending every one I know your way!!

We purchased an EV and needed a charger installed.  Got a few estimates, but Penna was the only one to come out and look at things before giving us an estimate, which was assuring.  Daniel came out when scheduled and installed the charger, and he also took some time afterward to look at some loose wires we had from a demolished water feature to confirm they were safe/dead and could be cut, and looked at a broken porch light for us.

Joel did such an amazing, CLEAN job installing 4 exterior light fixtures without existing wires and a nest doorbell. He was responsive, very clear in his communication, and arrived on time. I shopped around multiple electricians who wanted to open MULTIPLE holes in the wall and did not include patching. But Joel managed to find a smart and elegant solution to the problem--leaving zero holes to patch! His approach was the most sensible and efficient compared to the 4 electricians I consulted.  HIGHLY recommend Joel and his team! Will be reaching out to him for any future electrical needs.

Eduardo and his worker were punctual and prepared, cooperated with me to figure out the best solution to my problem (an EV charger installation with some quirks), and worked quickly and competently. The price was comparable to or slightly higher than the quotes from other electricians, but there were no extra charges tacked on after starting work and I appreciate someone who respects my time and opinions.

Celso responded quickly to my Yelp message, was knowledgeable about my problem, was on time, and wore a mask when he arrived. Although I had a somewhat new/unusual electrical problem (electric car tripping a breaker panel) he was able to troubleshoot the issue. He was professional, kind, and most importantly fixed the problem. Thanks, Celso.

Yuri was absolutely great.  I couldnt open my electric gate to get off the property on a recent Sat. morning.  I looked up reviews for my area on Yelp since I am new to the area and picked him due to the great reviews - glad I did.  He could tell I was stressed out from this and was over in less than an hour.  He figured out what was wrong on a large property in less than an hour.  I would definitely use him again for a problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Cesar was great to work with to set up our EV wall charger in our garage! From the initial consultation, to the installation, and reasonable prices, I'm glad we chose EV Guys. He was very knowledgeable and friendly in his communications.

Extremely bad with following up with new clients. I called for a quote on a small to medium size job. He sent me to voicemail and said could he call me later. I never heard back. I called back and text to
no reply. Not sure how good the work is when communication is key and not a strong point here.
